My family and I went here in March to get a family picture taken with my then 6week old. We had a terrible experience. The photographer did not take good shots, was unprofessional, and made my daughter uncomfortable. When I reported the incident to the Manager we did not get a good response from her. Instead of an apology she went back and forth with me about how long her employee worked for the company and never resolved my problem. Please be careful booking at this location if your looking for good quality pictures and professionalism. I had a better experience with Picture People.

We got some great deals in Jcpenney.JCPenney had wide sale today with an additional 20% off when you use a JCPenney credit credit card and 15% with all other cardsThey are still having their clearance sales.There was a line s line of people waiting in line for the story to to opening. This was the day before friends and family day.We got there about 10 minutes to open and there was a line, a line.We waited in the car of course.

Everything was clean, folded neatly or on hangers no issues at all. Everybody was very helpful.

The service in this store is the reason why this company is failing. I hope corporate reads these reviews. 30 min plus just to return an item. They need to fire Gilberto 25 minutes with the same customer????? And it is a mess clothing all over the floor everywhere.... Management should also get an overhaul...they can care less about appearance.

Scheduled an appointment for a photo shoot for my kids at 12:15 and after receiving multiple phone calls to confirm and emphasize the time when I arrived I ended up waiting 45 minutes anyway. I even asked when I first arrived what is the wait time and the girl stated with an attitude 12:15 your scheduled time. As a place who receives many families for photo shoots for their kids it is a given that a toddler will get cranky and no longer be able to cooperate after waiting for a long period of time. When the issue was stated the staff member replied that other families were late. This defeats the purpose of a scheduled time especially now since COVID.

The team members in the clothing department were very friendly. Enjoyed looking over the number of discounts with the money I spent shopping for merchandise!

JC Penny is my go to store for clothing. They have a good selection of styles in a good range of sizes, the prices are not ridiculously high, and they have great sales which combine with coupons you can get through texts if you sign up.

Clothes are mediocre and the employees are helpful, but the clothing rooms are filthy. i stepped my foot on the floor. the floor was so dirty that it made my socks wet and dirty. ive never been so disgusted. please clean your clothing rooms, thats just unacceptable... had to stop shopping here

If u are looking for basic things this is a good place to shop. Was hard to find a cash register once I was ready to checkout. Merchandise was put all over the place regular price items on sale racks and they would not honor the price.

You are missing a great discount i ever seen. I cam with my fiance to return a shoose that thint fits him right they cost $90, and we exchanged with other couples of shoose that cost $75, I got long black boots that cost $80, but with the discount that they have with the creditcard, we pay only $18. Yes, As you read $18. I so as well gorgeous necles and sandals as for wedding, prom dresses. So hurry before the discount is over. Its been nearly a month since I went to JCPenny so my memory has gone down to like 30%. Shoppers and shops live a symbiotic relationship. Shops display items they think shoppers will buy. So if you display good quality at good price and still dont have customers or enough blame the economy. People will always shop if they have money and they are going to where they think they will be satisfied with the product when they pay. But the idea of automating the check out lanes with self service machines will lay off more workers adding to the lines of unemployment everywhere while companies are shamefully accumulating more and more savings. Very unfair. Its becoming rampant. My opinion.

Would of been nice if they accept advertised JCPENNEY online coupons. Cashier told me i had scroll down to the fine print, no Adidas apparel.

Good chain store, pleasant associates, well ordered floor. Longer line than Id have liked, wanted to buy a good black 3-piece suit, but couldnt find it. There was a very nice 2-piece instead.

Never able to find employees when in store. Placed online order that was supposed to be ready yesterday. Called and called today, untill some picked up and rudely remarked theyre busy. Eh, youll eventually get an email if we still have w.e. you ordered customer service 0%. My Kohls orders were up and ready within 2 hours...sorry but JCPenney will rightfully be the next to close.

It was hot it seemed like they didnt want spend money running the ac, the line was long so it wasnt a pleasant experience. For a store thats struggling they really dont know how to keep the little loyal customers they have left happy.

I remember going to JC Penney as a kid. We always got our pictures done there and haircuts. School clothes and shoes. It still has all of that. Good quality clothing and everything you would expect. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is clean. You can always find a good sale too. Why people traded going here for Kohls is beyond me. I hope they can keep it going and come back out on top

Online returns couldnt ne easier. However I was shipped a very similar item which caused problems with the return but all worked out.

I can either buy some clothes, toys, furniture, mattresses, snacks, or go to the fitting room to try on my new clothes.

What’s to say? It’s JCPENNEY Whenever I need to dress up or dress down this is my place to go. My favorite.

June 19, 20. Jcpenny bankrupt! Read liquidation started. So drove 30min to see if i could grab anything good. Literally walk around 10min but nothing. Didnt look like a store under bankruptcy.So i stopped by Nordstrom rack next door while i was there. Extra 40% all items! No kidding. Ex: $65 cologne was $50. After extra 40%, $30. Any items seriously. Bought Gstar raw t shirt $45 for $11. Thats how you run SALE, Jcpenny. Go before they are sold out.
