I had a great experience with Anthony at the AT T Store where I bought my Samsung galaxy,he helped me to understanding all the questions i ask and kept me on track and how to save alittle bit more on the bill by getting AARP which I did.A great store to get a new phone...Excellent Service!!!

After reading the reviews online, I was less than excited to have to go in the store. I had attempted to resolve my issue through AT&T Chat and with Tech Support. To no avail, issue not resolved, so why not try good old fashioned face to face? Walked in, greeted by the employee, explained the issue, and was told Charlottesville will have to take care of it. I asked if I could at least show her what I was referring to since no one else seemed to have the answer and lo and behold, it worked. My issue resolved. I was also there to get my free gift from AT&T and was told that I would have to go to a corporate store (Charlottesville). She took the time to call her manager and ask and was able to get that for me also. All issues resolved, polite staff, had no reason for anything other than 5 stars. My only suggestion, make it a corporate store, apparently folks around here is AT&T and like it, so why run them off by making them drive across the mountain to resolve an issue?

I went in today to transfer data from an old phone to a new one. An employee named Corey greeted me and asked if he could help. I explained what I needed and he responded that hed be happy to take care of that. He proceeded to not only transfer data but to check for updates and point out features of the phone I wouldnt have known about. It was great to get such competent and professional service but also to interact with such a genuinely personable representative.

Giving this store 1 star is way too generous. I had a special situation where I was moving to Alaska and needed to change services. I would have loved to have stayed with Sprint. I told the Clerk I needed a phone with and unlimited plan for $75 was told it was $55, I left happy, got the bill $170 not happy. I Will be calling my American Express Fraud Department to report this misrepresentation. Do not go to this store

Walked in to store on a Sunday. Both women employees sitting on the phones. Told them I needed assistance resetting my pin number as my phone was locked.. First words out of one employee was YOU HAVE TO GO TO CHARLOTTESVILLE for that. My response was I AM NOT DRIVING 30 MILES for this. She didnt even go off the chair. The other girl stated she would have to reset my phone and lose all data or call ATT. I actually had to use the store phone to call ATT and then Samsung while they ignored me. A devoted employee would of said Let me call someone and see if we can get this taken care of.. NOPE . Just sad.. If I go back and they are there I am walking out the door. Perhaps I need to go there when Corey is working

I was told that my hotspot device plan would not change. By the time I got home I had almost $40 in overage charges. When I tried call ATT to get assistance they told me there was nothing that could be done and all their current plans have overage charges. When I attempted 4times to contact the store that changed my plan no one would answer and there was no option to leave a message.

We went in around 7:15pm on a saturday & we were expecting it to be a 15 min process & to spend at least $10. the man working had us in and out in 2 mins & we ended up not needing to pay anything. also he was super friendly. we appreciate him being there on a saturday night & making everything easy.

I stopped into this store today to see if they had a screen protector for my replacement At&t phone, and waited for 30 minutes while the woman was talking to a customer. After seeing another customer walk out, I decide to do the same. She said she would be there until 8 as I walked out the door. One quick question could have saved a customer.

Every time I go into this store the manager can never really fix anything and every time she is training someone....everything is your fault and she doesnt know why the system does what it does. Making side comments hinting that we the customer are so stupid because we waste her time when we could of just looked it up online. Needless to say Ill avoid that store.

Beware of this store . This is an authorized AT&T retailer which is different from a corporate AT&T branch- I think this is similar to the guys that walk around in Best Buy selling phone deals. And I am going to report this authorized retailer to AT&T corporate. I walked in with a broken Iphone 7 and was told I needed to take it to Richmond, they couldnt do anything for the warranty. Reasonable. I then explained I needed the phone for business and I couldnt wait till a trip to Richmond, I was ready to spend an additional 750 on the same model. I was told then they could not sell me a new phone (or any new model in high demand) unless I purchased a new line, because they didnt make any money selling the phones. The sales guys said his cousin runs this store and maybe I could purchase an older model, he brought an opened box out of the back and offered me full retail $550 for it, but the model I had he would not sell me. Ive been an AT&T customer for a decade, and to refuse to sell me a phone due to your commission game, while using the AT&T brand, is ridiculous. Will be looking into Verizon soon. Please avoid this store.

We worked with the manager switching lines over to a new account and he was extremely knowledgeable and had us in and out of the store in no time at all. Out of every AT&T store Ive visited this was by far the best experience. VERY friendly and personable. HIGHLY suggest Waynesboro residents use this AT&T Retailer.

They says activation charge will be not apply and charged me $120.00 for activation when I getting my paper bill my family plan also for $215.00 and I am getting now $271.71 for monthly billing. We back and forth for 3 times to make it happen same day and we waiting 4 Hrs and for that they offer discount in acceserry.Thanks for that but we are cheated by them we order 2 phone for 128gb and they give us one 128gb and other is 64gb we done everything than they says she has only Black color and before she offer 5 color. I am not recommending that place.

They have a so call Mgr. That sits on his stool without getting up when customers walk in. AND it seems for the past 3 months every time Ive had problems with my bill and hes not once helped or tried, basically just taken my money for my payment. This month November 2nd payment early than the 4th..and January etc..how can you have a manager that sits with his feet crossed like and Indian does in those small stools..its frustrating during that every time I come in for problem with my phone or monthly payments does he not get up for me or any other customer that walks in.HELP ME AT&T or whomever hires these managers. We need people like we use to have in the past like RJ whom helped us sll with any problems we had...I love my AT&T service..just help me out with our needs..

Ive been trying since April to get what I asked for and was promised. Instead Im paying over 300 a month for internet that doesnt work and when I try to go into the store to pay that outrageous bill the newbies in that place dont know what theyre doing and cant get their own equipment to work so I can pay. I can pay the phone and internet portion by calling *729 but not the direct tv bill. Im so done with this company.

Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate AT and T store where you can actually get service. 1 unhelpful employee in the store, 3 walkouts, no stock, a overcharged card they could not refund due to down equipment, and I left without a phone after multiple hours. I go to a different store the next day (a real store) and all my issues were resolved, new phone, in and out in 45 minutes.
