I was at the store today and had the pleasure to work on my phone with Hannah Simmons. She was polite, she listened to my issue and immediately began looking at some of the settings on my phone, she asked permission for all the changes. She showed empathy as her phone done some of issues. She could teach a class on customer service as hers was A1-5star. Another great interaction at this store was with Dominique Duncan-I was at the store yesterday and he help with the issuei was experiencing. He exhibited 5 star customer service.

Chip and Crystal give the best service and is the only store in Waynesboro Stanton and Augusta County that I would recommend going to hands down. Ive been to the other T-Mobile stores in the area and have not gotten the quality of care that this store gives!!

Love the manager here. She is extremely helpful every time Ive come in.

I have to give a huge shout out to Chip Glover and Krystal Hartsook at the Waynesboro Town Center store. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, the customer, was completely taken care of and satisfied before I left the store. In a time when there is so much going on in our world it is such a heartfelt experience to encounter people who genuinely want to help others. They worked well together and were there for the customer!!!

The store had three employees at the desk. I told one the the three I wanted to look at getting a new phone, she told me she needed to see my ID. I gave her my ID, she told me I needed a Virginia ID and couldn’t help me (the store is located directly off of I64)...The detail I neglected to mention is race of the concerned parties, tell me what you see

Beware of scams, go with a different cell company or ask a ton of questions and READ every word on the contract before you sign. They will scam you. They only care about sales not people.

Chip is the best sprint rep around he has been helping the valley with their sprint service for atleast 10 years and is so helpful kind and caring.

Great experience, appreciate the deal I got. Antwon was great-highly recommend his help w/new phone.

On June 30, 2020 my mother and I visited this location to purchase her a new phone for her birthday. We were greeted upon entering the store I told the lady what we were there to do. She said that they didnt have phones on display or in stuck due to Covid-19. Totally understandable she goes back behind the counter and never says another word to either of us. None of the other employees offered to help nor ask if we had any questions. I told my mother we should go Id take her to another store. We were the only customers in the store I felt totally appalled by the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed towards us. I cant help but wonder if the situation would of been different if we were white. I took my mother to the Sprint Store located on 2704 W M St where I purchased a new phone for her and was given exceptional customer service.

This place is a joke! They cant fix issues and they talk to you like youre stupid. And they cant just wait on one customer at a time and because of this it takes FOREVER!

Many Greetings !! I have been very fortunate to be on the receiving end of some of the best customer service that i have seen in a long, long time at this location! These awesome humans are working under some tremendous pressure with the Sprint / T-Mobile changeover ! Oh, let me not forget to mention that they are seriously understaffed and STILL, each of the times ive frequented this location, all the other customers, including myself, received top notch knowledge and advice!! Customer service at its best!!
