American rental is always willing to help no matter what. If they dont have it they will do everything in there power to find what my family and I are looking for. They always have the best costumer service and greet you with a smile. They truly treat you like family and that is why I continue to stay a costumer!!!

The team at Waynesville, NC has always done good to me. Ive bought countless items from their store and Jeff and Daniel are the best. The only problem I have is with the District Manager Keith, last year he was supposed to get an item for me and he promised and promised. He never got me this item. If it wasnt for Jeff and Daniel I would have never came back.

A disabled friend of mine has a horrible experience with this place when it was called by another name. Rent World. My disabled friend also has a speech impairment. During a visit a couple of staff members mocked and made fun of his disabilities for all to see and witness.While I was browsing a few other sites I stumbled across this one in my search. Seeing the photos displayed of this location it dawned on me that it was the very same location that had mocked and made fun of my disabled friend that horrible day.Update: Dont believe a word this company says because they lied. Once again they humiliated my disabled friend after stating they would never do that because they were a different company.How is it that you still have my disabled friend black balled from renting anything and why is it that you are upholding an old companys decision? Did they bother telling you the truth about why they black balled him? They were being sued for the trauma caused by them that put him in a hospital. When the matter was reported to that company they chose to black ball my disabled friend from future rentals even though he never failed to pay off or send back anything he rented.I just tested your company and you did the exact same thing to him. So you are liars.You can change the cover of a book but the story within is still the same. This company is worthless and their word is no good.

I can’t say enough good things about the store staff in Waynesville store #70! Jeff is absolutely the best manager they have had and will help you find what you want and make sure you’re happy with it. I had a sofa and chair and a half delivered today and Duncan and Samantha had quite a challenge getting it in our house but nothing stopped them and they did an awesome job! They had to remove hinges and put everything back just like it was before they left. Daniel is also great to talk to and will also do what he can to help ya out. Thank you to all the staff and please know we appreciate each one of you!

I got a lovely washer dryer set brand new an was able to walk out with only a 150 down payment they even delivered it to my house and set it up for no extra charge the people were super nice and extremely helpful will go back and highly recommend there service

I would not recommend them to anyone. They have an attitude and blow your phone up if you are a day late. They said we were a month behind when my husband paid the bill!!!!! His cousin Tina Medford had something to do with picking up our lawnmower after the he said the check was there

Mary Davis is lying yo. If you a day late they dont care. I was legit 2 weeks late and only got a text from them. All you gotta do is call them. They aint a charity case pay yo bill. I freakin love this company cause they work with ya when ya struggling. They do about anything to make sure you get to keep your product as long as ya talk to them and make sure you come in an pay. Like for real the drivers are awesome too. They moved all my stuff for me after i hurt my back an like if you return a product even though ya want it they save it for you for a bit so ya can get it back.
