Got charged a cleaning fee when it was returned spotless. We swept out the back of the truck and it was exactly as we got it, but still charged $25. When I inquired, was told to take it up with the 800 number. Honestly, I dont have the time or energy to spend an hour fighting for my $25 back. The actual truck we got which was the sites own truck, not one that circulates, was a it scary. The transmission sounds like it needs some work, the passenger side door would not shut well, and overall could use some tlc. We were just happy it got us to our destination and back without breaking down.

I got the UHaul as reserved. The condition was new. The process was easy. I had a delightful experience in a one of a kind place. The gentleman who assisted me was very informative and nice.

Thanks Leo for helping us hook up the 15 ft van and auto loader. We had to tow my son’s vehicle over 3 hours away and everything went smooth. Thanks again for a great job and the artwork on your building is amazing!

Never rent a Uahul from this place. They will try and sneak a cleaning charge of $25 after you clean out your vehicle. If you are using the garbage Uhaul App at their store it hardly work because they have no cell phone signal at the store. So just be prepared to wait 45 minutes on the side of the highway. Also they say they open at 10:30 but the fact I was there trying to get the uhaul until 11am and no one was there says thats a lie too.

Our experience with Leo at Mattress Goddess was outstanding. He helped us in a way that you truly do not see very often this day in age. Went here to rent a U-haul truck. Made the reservation online and completely messed it up. The guy was very understanding and worked it all out for me. He never let me accept any blame and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He even let me use his broom to sweep out the back of the truck when I returned it. I got an education on mattresses here, it made the mattress buying process/decision so easy! This store only sells local, North Carolina made mattresses. The same quality choices as name brands, except made in NC, they sold me!!

Lee and Cookie are super nice people. They really seem to care about their customers. Had a minor issue with my mattress and the owners went way out of their way to get me a brand new mattress, which ended up being an upgrade.

The gentleman who runs this place is very kind. Went there to rent a uhaul, saw his selection of beds and ended up leaving with a bed set for my guest room. He is very willing to make deals and I believe even does payment options for those who need that. A great salesman and doesnt push you to buy anything.
