I had family coming into town on a Sunday and was expected to have my mattress delivered on Saturday from a different company. The unnamed company decided to call me hours before they were supposed to deliver and told me that they didnt have my mattress after I had already gotten rid of my old one. They gave us the option of several different mattress. We wanted single exlong. They were getting it from their warehouse in Greenville, no problem. Bought a mattress set for my daughter here back in August to outfit her new college apartment, Bill was patient, new his stuff, and was very helpful. Had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm today. Bought a new Sealy Hybrid from Casey in Waynesville, N.C. My husband suffers from sleep apnea so we needed an adjustable bed so he would no longer have to try to sleep in the recliner. Casey had us test out 3 or 4 beds and, showed us how to work the controls and fully explained what each had to offer. We decided on the Sealy Hybrid because of the comfort it offered. I called around for two days trying to find a good deal on a mattress for my daughter. Mattress firm was by far the best deal we got a full size bed and box spring for $320. April was great to work with. My boyfriend and I are purchasing another mattress for us as well, she was extremely helpful in finding one that fit our budget as well as what we both needed. Be careful, a very deceitful place!!!!! My wife and I came back into the store for a problem with the adjustable base for our new bed. that was delivered. We was met by Stacy the sales clerk. We told her that the base they delivered was torn across with a hole completely through and I showed her the pictures. (Quote) there is nothing we can do, you signed for it and now its yours (unquote). We told her that the drivers said they would make a note on the delivery papers and the store in Waynesville will handle it. Well we are stuck with the faulty base and they have only refunded the 134.00 dollars of the delivery fee. She said we should have sent it back immediately on the truck. The drivers was misleading I signed after they arrived just like any other delivery. We only noticed after it was set up and the driver said not to worry the store will take care of it!!!!! We didnt know that delivery is subbed out to third party contractors. You will never know who is delivering. A very bad way of doing business😥😥😥😥😥 we paid a 900 dollars for a torn up adjustable base. Warning do not shop at mattress firm!!!!!!

We had a claim for a defective mattress. The mattress we have is discontinued. So they gave us the credit for the price of our mattress towards another. Which was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Told us to stay as long as wanted. We ended up getting a Sealy posterpedic mattress. Being delivered the next day.
