Staff was friendly, store neat but slim on product. Almost like the store was getting ready to close. I went there for shoes. There were 4 pair in my size. Bought 2 of them. Hopefully they will be restocking soon.

Mostly clothes now. All the shelves in the back that had fun, quirky, unusual items are empty.

This place went downhill. Theres literally nothing in the store. The customer service was nice though.

Very clean. Well stocked. Nice cashiers that joked with me and made me laugh. Will definitely make this a staple shopping place. Especially since the lotions I bought from here were the best Ive ever used—they smell amazing, feel buttery-smooth, and disappeared into my skin easily. Definitely recommend browsing their bath and body section.

I really like this store!! The help is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre a little low on merchandise right now because of only 1 truck a wk. Im sure that will change soon.

Not much inventory to choose from. This was my go-to place years ago. Hopefully as regs are lifted and companies can get back to normal, the store will go back to the way it was pre covid.

Some good deals occasionally but you have to be aware that these clothes are factory defects or have small issues and the sizes will not be correct a lot of times, also Ive noticed the shirts shrink really easy compared to same name brands from the actual retail sellers!!! Just pay attention

Great prices. Clerks used sanitizer at the register. Didnt like how people didnt respect social distancing guidelines within the store. Some people still refuse to wear their masks. You are loving your neighbors by wearing a mask.

Staff are friendly & do a good job of keeping things stocked.. even when theres several people in line, the check out process is quick. Good stock rotation

I love these department stores as they seem to have a wide variety of items to choose from. Clothing, kitchen/bathroom accessories, wall art and decorations, toys, food, cologne/perfume, furniture, etc..They literally have everything. I do wish they had more Big n Tall clothing, or have it stocked in a separate section so I know exactly where to go to find what I need. Most items were fully stocked however some sections needed more product.Overall, I had a great experience shopping here and found many items I didn’t plan or expect to purchase but was glad I did. Thank you for the awesome customer service at the checkout line and for keeping the store clean and tidy. I highly recommend shopping here and will be back again! Thanks

They always have net things, plus great prices on clothing that you cant beat anywhere else.

I use to shop here a lot because of the good deals. Also you could find unique items for your home that you wouldnt hardly find anywhere else....but NOT anymore prices are getting ridiculous!!! I can get better clothes for just a wee bit more at Bells. Besides I use to love to buy purses there(thats my thing..purses) they were tons of them cheap too, some designer some not. NO more. A few purses here and there and by the way, they have went up too. Dont even ask about customer service!!! Lines, lines and lines. Other associates just walking around seemingly not to care. Then you stand there and wait and finally someone barks, NEXT!!! Whatever, so through with you!! Word of advice go to Belks, better prices, better attitudes, and a cleaner store.

They treat you like you dont matter I applied for a job and was told that the store manager was going to interview me but DID NOT A OTHER EMPLOYEE interviewed me then to top it off The store manager emailed me and told me I WAS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE JOB!How is that possible when THE STORE MANAGE DIDNT EVEN INTERVIEW ME!!!!! SMH!

Not a bad place to shop. Wide selection of products, lots of department store house brands with some name brands mixed in. Products look to be a mix of shelf pulls, return and irregulars. Pricing and staff are both top notch! Employees always full of smiles. Very helpful and courteous. Good selection of home and ladies clothes. Shoe department a little thin at times. Otherwise, a great experience!!!

Burkes can be a great place to get bargains especially on make-up, purses, shoes, home and pet products etc. Bargains on clothes too just be careful before you buy and make sure there are no holes or missing buttons due to it being a second hand store. Friendly service if u ask for it. Thanks

I love love love love this place. There isnt much selection around here so I very much appreciate it being here. Everything is clean and smells fresh, maintained well also the bathrooms. Whenever I come into Waynesville this is that place I go to most of the time just to see what kind of great deals they got going on. Very helpful upbeat positive people who seem to like their job which makes all the difference. I would recommend this to everyone I love this place
