Will not be back in this location again.went to return shoes and I was told to come back later that they had no money in the register to give my refund .But to be told to come back an hour after store opens and should be ok .i dont think thats policy.disrespected.

Quiet little store. The employees are always helpful. I have 4 kids all athletes. They always have what we need.

I understand mark ups but holy jeez. The official Nike store has what we were looking for priced at 25 dollars. The exact same thing here was 65. 😯. The staff Hawkeyed and hovered us the whole time. We left. We will get what we were looking for from Nike.

From the the time I stepped in the door til I walked out..this is the worst place ive been for hibbett sports ever and pls tell the manager that if hes having a bad day..dont make everyone elses bad too!! Smile big guy..itz not that bad!?? Or is it!!?? Hehe

The last two times I was in the store there was a guy who works there walking around bouncing a soccer ball. The other team members were in the corner near the stock room talking. I had to go over to ball bouncer and ask where a Nike item was, he kept bouncing the ball as he pointed to the other end of the store. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! And the ball bouncer was rude as hell! I will never enter that store again! STAY AWAY!

Salesman was not helpful,brought back the wrong size shoe three times and rolled his eyes each time,we left without purchasing anything and drove to sports zone in Franklin NC. Will not be back
