Never had a problem here, on the way to work. Unfortunately went in to buy a couple of things and no one had masks on including three customers. Looked it up and apparently the restrictions were eased today. Now I might actually look into the vaccine as Im not risking my family because of others and dont want any of the long term side effects if anything

Staffs don’t know how to fix the problems. This is not limited to young staffs.

I came here and to get gas and buy me a soda and the dude said he can do two different transactions which I know he can it was very rude disrespectful wasnt not polite whatsoever I will never show up at this gas station ever again they just lost my business I come here twice three times a week to get gas and buy me drinks is right next to my job Im not ever coming back here again

I was sold an expired product by a year and 26 days. No one should be sold such things from any type of store ever. I did put the item I purchased in my mouth for consumption but due to the stiffness, which is not familiar to this product, I checked the date it was supposed to expire. Low and behold it says: Best Buy Dec 05 2016. Terrible inventory process or terrible personnel conducting inventory checks.

Every time I go in here I am always greeted with a friendly “hello and welcome to shell.” They have great coffee and a clean store. I am happy to have this shell on my commute.
