The pharmacist at this particular store failed to meet with me when I had a simple question about what actions she is taking to fill a prescription that I had been waiting two weeks for. After her failure to have a discussion with me, it was time to switch pharmacies. Contacted my doctor who sent script to Publix, my prescription I had been wanting filled for two weeks, was ready for pick up this morning, less than 24 hours!

It took me an hour and a half to get a covid vaccine even though I made an appointment and I was the only person waiting to be seen by the pharmacist. Ridiculous.

Purchased a prescription that has never been over $20 cost over $70. Would not accept my discount pharmacy card as it wasn’t “ registered” Used to shop there frequently. Any new prescriptions go to CVS.Not even going to mention attitude of pharmacy employee. I know this is trying times but not acceptable from a professional.

I really needed some bleed stop. Im not real sure they were open yet. Needles to say I got what I needed to stop a blood flow problem. These girls are super helpful.

Website is too slow and stops in the middle of downloading coupons. Store staff is very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy staff are also helpful and willing to answer any questions about my meds.

Old lady at register needs to be a greeter at Walmart and stay away from any type of computers took 10 mins to check out and doesnt know what online coupons are

Nasty bathrooms. Seems well stocked. Avoiding staff. Nasty bathrooms. 3 staff members, one bathroom stall with one toilet. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple days. Toilet sprayed my legs when flushing. I even went to the men’s restroom but it was just as bad. I was going to do some shopping here but went to ingles instead. Was really surprised by this.

I tried to pick up my meds and they told me I wasnt who I said I was and made me spend 2 days trying to find obscure insurance information, not before telling me to apply for Medicaid because they couldnt believe I had tricare dependent coverage.

When people complain about the store, they have to remember that they still have the same employees from when the store was Rite Aid. Dont get upset because they switched names!Ive never had a problem. Pharmacy is quick to respond to calls. Employees in the store are nice and helpful - just like when it was Rite Aid.

Walgreens saved the day. Abscessed tooth on a Saturday at 5 pm began. Just relocated and dentist called in the RX to CVS. They would not fill the RX because they couldnt find my dentist office on file....5:49.....tired of dealing with incompetent CVS pharmacist and tech. They kept misspelling name of doctor and the practice. I gave up. I called Walgreens at 5:55. They had the RX transferred and filled at 6:02...2 minutes AFTER closing. CVS wouldnt fill the antibiotic, which was Amoxicillin....and wasted my time because tech said she would not stay past 6. Neither would the pharmacist. But Walgreens went above and beyond. Go to Walgreens. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you....

Employees and employers are very nice and knowledgeable

I always liked using Riteaid. They have been bought out by Walgreens I suppose. All of the Riteaid pharmacies in the area are now Walgreens pharmacies. They didnt change all that much and as far as I have seen. They are using the same employees. All prescriptions that were at the local Kmart pharmacy, were automatically transfered to the local Russ avenue location of Walgreens pharmacy when the local Kmart store was shut down.

Its very quiet here. I need that. I cant handle the chaos that is Walmart. It can take a few minutes, but its an easy wait; they have chairs and a water cooler while you wait. The staff is incredibly busy, but Ive always been treated respectfully.

The pharmacy rocks!! Those technicians really bust their butts to get your order to you!! Theyre ALWAYS so friendly!!! Love them!!

On the corner of rude and we dont care if we have your business. Must be why everyone is flocking to CVS. Very disappointed. I thought the first time they were just having a bad day. But after two visits. Im convinced they dont care how they treat people. Very rude and ugly.

Came in yesterday, 28 December 2018 to fill a prescription for my wife who is at home with cancer (not looking for sympathy). The pharmacist I gave the prescription to politely said to come back, which I did about an hour later and the prescription was filled. After waiting a bit, another younger girl, extremely busy gave me the medication. I asked to be counselled before I signed for it as it had hydrocodone and wanted to know what side effects it would give my wife and if she should take it with food or if it would have any interaction with her other medications. She didnt know so she asked whom I assumed was her supervisor, another woman with black hair, shaved on the sides, combed back in to a knob... Anyways, her reaction was as if I was stupid and interrupting and all she said was with or without food, then walked away. Not professional at all! If my own store had this medication, I certainly would not have come here. I will not go back .

Ever since they partnered with Walgreens, this pharmacy has gone down hill fast. I’ve been with rite aid for 10 years and getting my simple prescription filled has been a nightmare. They’ll tell me it’s ready, I go to pick it up, turns out not only is it not ready, but they don’t even have the medication when I called it in 5 days in advance. I went without my daily meds for 2 weeks because of this company. On a side note, this location smells like 25 portapotties have overturned inside the store. And the squirt gun I bought from there LEAKS! SHAME!!

Has turned into the worst pharacy around. Very little customer service. Been with since eckerd very dissapointed in rite aid/Walgreens they never have meds in stock with long waits even with text alerts slow on letting you know meds ready

This place is TERRIBLE. Walmart does better ! They are slow, and rude ! I went to this one. Also, My Nana Went to the one in Clyde (a couple of years later) And it was STILL terrible ! The Lady who helped us was CHEWING HER NAILS !!! And that was while helping customers. DONT GO. If you need a pharmacy, Walmart is great.

Takes forever to get service and forget about calling if you have questions because you will nevet talk to anyone.

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to! My prescription was called in to get refilled a little after 10 am. I was in line for over 20 mins and the clerk said pull back around we are running a little behind today! Been on hold on the phone for over 15 mind behind FOUR cars theres one caller ahead of you unprofessional, ignoring phone calls ..... I liked this store when it was rite aid. Do yourself a favor go to CVS! I will never use this pharmacy again.
