I have not been to this big lots in quite a while. It looks a lot different than it used to inside. In fact it looks more organized and better than before. New employees there were very polite and nice today. Good shopping experience today.= )

We couldnt find what we was looking for. But store is organized. Lots if gift ideas.

Lots of low prices and crafting supplies. Get it when you see it because supplies are often limited to what is there.

Youve seen one BigLots, youve seen them all. Store was fairly clean and had a lot (about half the store) of decent quality furniture (mostly living room sets).

Love this place great choices on beds and couches and tales and decorations for the season

After recently moving to the area our family was in need of outdoor furniture and the Waynesville, NC store did not disappoint! The staff in the furniture department were very friendly, acomadating, and didnt hesitate getting my order together and places it in my care with extra care. LOVE this neatly, kept store!! Everyone was so nice too!!

This was a very nice big lots. It was well organized and clean. They had a lot of merchandise, some things you cant find anywhere else. They prices are low and the employees are friendly. We would definitely shop here again if we are in the area. Loved it!!!

Shopping was fine but there was a heavy set man with a short Crew cut look to be red or Blondish followed me and my daughter (5) around the hole time very scary. Everyone be careful i have my carrying permit so i was protected but this guy even followed us down the toys he had no toys no kids and even after i had been there a hour and filled my cart he still hadnt picked up 1 thing

So I had an issue. Someone from the store did contact me and left a voice message. Ive called back twice, my contact person was not there either time. I understand this. What I dont understand is why 2 different employees do not know how to take a message... Big Lots... do better.

Low inventory and less variety than usual.

I like shopping here for cleaning and household necessities. I can tell from recent visits the store is struggling with help just like everyone else.

We love big lots.They are getting a little pricey. But is things we can get there you cant get nowhere else.

The place was expensive and the shelves were really low on stock. Not so clean either but the staff were helpful and friendly.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the assortment of items you carry. The staff was super nice in loading the items purchased on the truck. The prices was very reasonable.

Big lots is an ok store, some of the prices are a little high on stuff. The one thing I learned was dont do the Lease program because they will screw you.

They always have great home decor items and a good selection of holiday decorations.

Our Big Lots is clean with a friendly staff. Also a good inventory of merchandise.

Shop here all the time now that Kmart is gone. Better than Walmart!

I remember them having much better prices last time I went and a lot more stuff. Maybe because seasons changing and inventory going from Halloween to Christmas. Most Halloween stuff was till full price and its a week into November. Over all found what I came for and mission a success spent 50 bucks before I realized. So still 4 stars good job guys

I went in here to just look around but as I was browsing I came upon an aisle filled with toys that said fifty percent off. Price reduction taken at register. So since I have a grandson turning three in February I thought awesome!!! I picked up a couple items and continued to browse. When everything else was too expensive I decided to check out. There was no one in line but I had to wait because the cashier was doing something? Or nothing who knows. Anyway I told her about the toys being fifty percent off. So as she checked the prices for me they all came up full price I explained to her there were signs on the whole aisle stating ALL toys but she just looked at me and said so do you want them... I just walked out what a joke. Their signage is either non existent or incorrect and they dont care. So if you got loads of money and dont care what you pay go there also be prepared to wait and be treated rudely.

Usually you find great deals and named brand items. A few aisles were being restocked today I guess based on Valentines Day being over. Friendly and helpful staff that is always willing to help.

Good stock selection. Easy to work with. Has issues trying to get furniture deliveries using independent contractors. Not really thier fault. This area just has small pool off willing movers.

My daughter and son in law bought a nice couch only problem is we had to rent a U-haul because they anyone to deliver. Hope they hire someone soon so other dont have to do that.

Store is very clean, neat and well stocked. The cashier, Ashley, was very, cordial and friendly. She explained how going to the website and filling out the survey might be very beneficial to me. I love my Waynesville Big Lots.

Every time I have shopped here, the employees are nice and friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I find good marked down prices here on certain items like appliances for the kitchen as well as other stuff.
