Absolutely THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had shopping!! The store says open until 4pm on Sunday. At 3:42 we walked in and older man shooed us out telling us to GET OUT because they were about to close and that they were open 7 days a week and we should get there earlier!! Im not sure if he has dementia, but he should never be on the sales floor talking to customers. As we left, there were people standing outside and evidently heard the man yelling and told us we should never shop there. The people are so rude!!!!

Disappointed in the customer service. Have bought here several times for our lake house, was looking for the guest house today. Sign on the door said they closed at 5:45pm, google said 6pm. At 5:25pm was informed I couldn’t look downstairs because they were closing in 5 minutes, and she headed straight for the front door. I use to work retail, I get people shopping when it’s time to close and your ready to go home. However, if you don’t post your closing times correctly you can’t get annoyed at your customers. I had planned on making a purchase, but no desire to spend money in this store anymore.

Kim and her staff helped us buy the furniture we needed for our new home. They are amazing and delivery includes set up - above and beyond! We will be shopping here again!

Love all of the unique items. I was like a kid at Christmas! I was looking for a specific item, was directed upstairs that I would have a lot to choose from. This was correct but the woman that greeted me upstairs was a bit pushy & did not listen -at all. Still love the store & will be back

By far my favorite furniture and home decor store Ive ever visited. Friendly and helpful staff, 3 floors of cool stuff to check out. Love to walk through this place every time Im in downtown Waynesville, its unlike any other store Ive been to. Unique items and lots of REAL wood furniture with great prices you simply wont find anywhere else.Dont listen to any of the negative reviews. Those people sound like serious malcontents. This place is awesome!

When I moved here last fall, I found Davis first and didnt need to go anywhere else. The store has an awesome atmosphere with plenty of woven animals and thematic pictures hanging on walls, on all 3 levels. Their selection of rockers/glider chairs is very nice. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name who helped my family, he was a great spirited guy. If I had to take a stab at it, I think his name was Patrick? Hopefully thats right!

Called Thursday several times. Was supposed to get a call first thing Friday. I called when they opened. The person who answered was with a customer and told me they would call me when they were finished. 2 hours later I call back to arrange delivery for a piece of furniture I bought Tuesday. Lady ran my credit card wrong and told me she would call me back in 5 minutes. She called back, ran my card and it worked. Now its almost 1pm. Now they dont know if they can fit me in today because they have a big load going 50 miles away. They are open until 7. Its a damn chair people.... figure it out!

This place has a huge selection but theres a fine line between that and overkill. This place is a nightmare of clutter. You can hardly move!!! You cant really see around the furniture cause its all crammed together. I wanted to ask some questions about the recliners upstairs but it was deserted. Will never go back here. Bought a great recliner from Carolina Furniture instead.

Sent us 1 wrong recliner...told me to come & get the one I wanted...after we paid for delivery..I did not mention that there delivery person knocked a angel off my wall...that I have had since the early 80s..& broke it!!!! .NOT HAPPY we are stuck with 1 wrong recliner..my husband is 80 yrs old..unable to go exchange the recliner.

Bought convertible couch last year for over $500 plus delivery.It is currently advertised for $300+.The mattress is so thin its like sleeping on springs.The couch itself is so narrow with the buffy pillows you cant hardly sit on it.Dont waste your money.

Furnishing our whole home with new furniture. Went in to shop, needed to use restroom, was told there was public toilet down the hill....went to Babcock and spent $3K instead, with more $$ to come....BIG MISTAKE!! HUGE MISTAKE!! Remodel your bathroom and let customers use it!! U LOSE
