Service Department employees are knowledgeable and friendly. However my vehicle was there for over 2 months and their communications with me was very poor, I always had to call to find out what was taking so long on my vehicle.
Went in there they were very helpful did my estimate due to an auto accident gave me the estimate which was reasonable turned over to my insurance agency I would recommend these people for all your Collision needs
They repainted a scratch on the gas cap and bedside that was there when I bought the truck from Jerrys - It was a loaner and was discounted accordingly. They did a poor job on the paint repair and there is trash/debrit under the paint where they made the repairs. Lets see what they do to correct the problem. - They repaired the area and they were very kind about it. It was an easy process. They simply buffed the area to make the repairs. Im no expert so I hope this was the best way to make the repair.I will keep the one star for the hastle and time that was wasted. In my opinion, they should have inspected their work and I would not have found the issue, or they would have repainted the bad area instead of buffing it out. They are nice and good to work with.
I had my SUV repaired at Jerrys Durant Collision and Rodney was my advisor. I can not express how pleased I am with their services, work ethic and overall performance. Rodney provided exceptional service and was extremely knowledgeable. Working with him was like working with a friend. He was professional, yet friendly and very accommodating. A top notch guy! I will recommend them for repairs to any one I know in need. This is my second repair theyve done and I will not go anywhere else.
Bret in collision is a man that cares about your vehicle. He did everything he could to make sure my car was done correctly. You couldnt ask for a better person. Bret is Awesome.

I Took my wife’s car in and C.Reed was amazing. Insurance kept trying to fight with them and he was patient and didn’t let them get away with anything. Ended up costing less than expected due to his efforts and continuing to not let up on my insurance. Car looks amazing and was detailed. Very happy with Jerry’s collision center and highly recommend them!!Insurance tried several times to short coverage and payment. C.Reed knew his stuff and was professional through out it all. Staff never got irritated with my wife calling daily and C.Reed was quick to get back with her if he wasn’t available at that time to speak with her.
They helped me by calling the insurance company because the insurance company was giving out the wrong info. She took the number made the call and called me back saying it was handled. Thank you.
Highly recommend Jerry Durant Collision Center in Hudson Oaks. First, I will say that it is very convenient to get an estimate, currently, they do not require appointments for estimate. Also, they are open until 6 pm so getting there with out missing too much work is possible.Brett was my contact, he thoroughly explained the damage that was dealt to my car when I was rear ended, what repairs were expected, and length of stay. He even called and had a Enterprise pick me up in a rental car and took over dealing with the insurance company which took a great deal of stress off of my back. Brett, kept me apprised of progress and made arrangements to accommodate my schedule during a move and starting a new job.I dropped the car off full of West Texas dust and stickers as well as a healthy layer of dirt on the outside as I was unable to wash it following the accident. They returned it to me with not only a perfect paint job and VW parts but also washed and cleaned. (I was planning to have a $125 detail after it was returned....not anymore)
After having my vehicle for over a month, 3 rentals during the time my vehicle was there, my car is still not fixed. The repair work is incomplete and at this point would rather trade my car in. I will never use this repair shop again, highly disappointed after the money I spent

I wouldnt take a vehicle anywhere else! I have had multiple dealings with this collision center and the team is always professional, kind, and on top of everything. They do fantastic work, push insurance companies to do it the right way not the affordable way, and are always doing right by the customer. Highly recommend!
I’m very pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the people that worked on my truck. My collision specialist Brent was very helpful and updated me on every step. He also handled the insurance people for me. All I did was bring my truck up there Brent contacted the rental car place to pick me up after walking me thru all the steps I was to expect. I wanted to thank JUSTIN for all his hard work on my Chevy. He kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my truck was perfect. It was washed and cleaned so beautiful. I signed the paperwork in 2 minutes, and was on my way. They also drove me to Enterprise to get my rental, which they didnt have to do. I really appreciated that. The service was impeccable, and I was truly impressed. All staff at this location were so nice, and addressed me immediately when I walked in. I would give 0 stars if able. It has been one issue after another. This has been the worst experience ever! They had my car for over 2 months and I got it back for a week and now my transmission thinks it has been in a wreck again!

Bill was nice, the folks specifically in the collision center were pleasant but took a long time... almost 4 weeks.Had problems with the people in the other parts of the facility for other repairs. Staff members were dishonest and rude. Definitely over all the nonsense that transpired. I deleted a past negative post and they fixed things.This last time was just ridiculous. Wont be deleting this or future posts.Youll probably want to find somewhere different.🤷♀️
ACCOLADES to Reed Chapin & the amazing group of men in the Collision team! They were able to touch up several scratches & touch-ups with matching paint on my 2011 Mustang, as well as gave me great advice on other issues...They were very professional & I highly recommend them! Unfortunately, I lost the card with the name of the gentleman in the garage, but it starts with an M & he was awesome! I cant say enough about the excellent customer service I received! Thanks Reed for making it happen! I feel like I have a new car!!

I took 2 vehicles to this collision center. It was a easy enuf start to the process. Cody was my service technician. It took a lot longer than I expected for the vehicles to be complete and they were a little slow on the updates of the vehicles. When I arrived to get our 2016 Ford Explorer everything looked excellent so I dropped my truck off and left. Upon arriving home I found that the passenger rear door was jammed shut. I called and had to take it back which made me a little irritated but they made it right. Now 6 months later the back hatch on the Ford Explorer starts leaking dust. GREAT !! I call Cody ready to drop some FBombs but he told me to bring it by and they would have a look. Upon me arriving a manager came out with Cody to inspect the vehicle. Both of them agreed it was a malfunction on their part. They took it back immediately and started the repairs. They even lent me a loner vehicle while they did the repairs. Overall I am highly satisfied with the work and how my family was treated. They made me a very satisfied customer and I will be using them again !!
Its mortifying being in a auto accident, especially since it was my fault. But, Cody at Jerry Durant Collision was so understanding and simpathic, he made the whole process easy. And on top of that my car looks good as new!
Very poor quality work. Back door on Toyota Highlander was put on crooked. Service manager told us that it was probably the way it came from the factory, along with the cooler side doors but they would take care of it at no charge. Would much rather they simply tell us they made a mistake and would make it right. Waiting to see if they actually fix it correctly.UPDATE: They corrected the problem, sort of. Claimed they did their best, b and I believe them. Unfortunately, their best isnt very good.
Customer service could be better. The jury is still out on the repair of my vehicle, as far as if it will stand the test of time.
Good afternoon.. looking at all the reviews I was a little hesitant to take my car there.. even though I was hesitant I wanted it to be done by a Toyota place so I dropped it off December 26, 2018.. the lady at the front was very nice and helped me since my Service guy was not available.. Rodney was my service advisor and is very nice and made the process very easy.. not only does my car look awesome but one of my mats was missing and Rodney did not hesitate to order me another one.. Thank you Rodney.. I wish I had gotten the ladies name at the front but also would like to say thanks to her..

The bumper is damaged and has a bad paint job. They are saying it’s all brand new. It looks tacky, and unprofessional. It’s a scam! They are supposed to have a process when repairing collisions. Order parts, repair, inspect, and upon completion call the customer for pick up. My car was not inspected at all!!! I’m shown it was replaced with new parts you can tell it’s not, they cut corners to pocket money.
They did excellent work on my car after my wreck and kept me informed all the way thru. Brett is awesome!!!

My fender was mashed in a parking lot and they got it fixed and looking like new for me. Makes the fact that it was damaged less upsetting.

Issac Deaver, Rodney Rucker, and Monte Mayfield have been SUPER to work with! Great communication throughout the entire process- frequent AND realistic in terms of expectations. They did not replace what did not need to be replaced and were beyond fair with overall pricing. They worked extremely well (seemless) with my insurance company and got things done! And the work... Oh the work! My car looked better after paint and repair than it did new! No gaps in joining body parts... No overspray... No mismatch paint (and I have dark metallic). SUPER happy with Isaac and his team!
I urge caution when doing business with this repair shop. They refused to stand behind their work when our Siennas paint started cracking and peeling within one year of the repair. They blamed us for hitting something. We will never do business with them again.
I can not say enough good things about my experience. They stayed in touch with me the whole time and let me know what was going on. Then when I picked up my car they had cleaned not only the outside of my care but the inside as well. It had the new car smell!!
Took way to long to get the job doneFisheye dont match color looks to match places were not warrantied and molding not painted mirror replaced but the glass shakes in the wind cheap mirror I guess
