Received a estimate for incident involving the right front portion of our vehicle. We asked for a separate quote to repair a couple of scrapes under the rear fenders, the estimator marked the areas with red marker to indicate that these areas were not part of the accident. Never received a call about this, when we picked up the car nothing had been done to those areas! Car star missed an opportunity for additional business.

Extremely professional and courteous. I dealt with Daniel and he was extremely courteous. I was unable to disconnect the car seat from the rental car when I came to get my car and the awesome woman at the front desk helped and got another employee to work on it until they got it out. The collision work they did was perfect and they cleaned the car. I highly recommend them.

Horrible. If you want it done right, don’t go here! What did they NOT mess up. Had body work done and 100 miles later, new radiator leaked, hood wouldn’t close, front undercarriage fell off and what’s worse, had to turn my steering wheel 45 degrees to get it to go straight. Here’s the funny part, their rep said that even though I had $8K in work done, they didn’t bother to align it because “it looked like I hit the hog dead center so they thought it would be ok”. Now I have to start all over with repairs.

They did ok on my car. Took 3 weeks for them to repair a blown tire and then returned my car with 9 miles to empty. I left them with my car that was full. Hope yall enjoyed the riding around in my car while I was waiting on it to get repaired! Then when I brought it up, I was asked ok how is this my problem? Are you freaking kidding me right now?! Its your problem because as a customer who just paid a heck of a lot of money, Id like my car returned to me with at least half a tank of gas sir since yall felt you needed to go joy riding in my car. The first two pictures are the side that was repaired, the second two pictures are the side that was not repaired. They couldnt even make it flush with the car. Guess Ill have to take it somewhere else now and have them fix it properly because Roger Williams Collisions certainly did not do a decent job.Updated: Mike Williams, the manager, called me to see how we could fix everything. My car was under a life time guarentee about repairs, all of their work is, but 3 broken bumpers later they got everything fixed on my car. They even repaired my front bumper which was not part of the wreck. Looking back, I wish this was the service I first received but such is life. If I need anything repaired again, Ill just reach out to Mike and talk to him.

My husband was sent here through our insurance company after damaging the front right side of his car in a hydroplane accident. Upon receiving the vehicle back form them, we didnt even make it halfway home before the whole car started shaking uncontrollably. CARSTAR told us it was a CV axle and that it was not from the wreck, so they werent responsible. We told them that it wasnt like that before the wreck, but they insisted that it couldnt be from the wreck, since the CV axle that was in need of repair was on the driver side of the car (not the side that was hit). So we forked out the money and got the repair done. The car STILL shakes uncontrollably, and about this time, the body work they did on the car is starting to fall off already :-/ SERIOUSLY. We complain to our insurance company that they didnt fix the car, and did not do the repairs that were completed correctly. They send us back to CARSTAR to see what is going on. CARSTAR just called and left a voicemail, but this time they are saying its the CV Axle on the passenger side of the car (the one that WAS hit), yet they are still claiming it isnt from the accident.....Okay well if your excuse is it isnt from the accident because it isnt on the side of the car that was hit, and NOW IT IS ON THAT SIDE!!! Then I guess your original excuse, was just that....AN EXCUSE! They are still claiming this is not part of the accident and I dont even know if our car will make it a week without the body/frame work falling apart again. Just awful experience all around. Oh and BTW, the work we had done on the car, that CARSTAR wouldnt fix originally, they tried to tell us the part alone would be $700!! We bought it ourselves for $100 and then paid the labor to another professional and licensed mechanic to install.

Bryan never returned calls/messages, told me my vehicle would be ready that day, never called to let me know that it in fact would not be done that day. The following day when I was finally able to get him in the phone he told me that it would be yet another day before my car was returned to me because it was last in the wash line.On the occasion that I do business with Carstar again I would suggest that Bryan Crandell is not a point of contact to deal with.Carstar gets 💯💯💯 from meBryan gets 👎🤮

Weve used this collision center for two separate rear impact repairs in the last four months. Kevin P was our point-of-contact both times. He was very professional and didnt send our vehicle out the door until he was satisfied that the repair and paint were as they should be. Others there were also very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Although the time in the shop each time was longer than expected, we were very satisfied with the results.

The shop was clean and social distancing practices were present. The staff was courteous and professional.

Excellent work! They gave us a time it would be done and called us almost a full day before the scheduled completion time. My wife is super excited and loves the work they did. They even vacuumed out her car. Hopefully I wont have anymore accidents, but if I do I will be going back to Roger Williams and if my friends or family get in an accident I will send them there as well.

Previously had a 5 star experience here. Updating the review to 1 star because there isn’t an ability to go lower than that. Dropped vehicle here for bumper repair and tail light fix. The paint job on new bumper was terrible and not even close to matching. How it wasn’t caught before I saw it means no real oversight of quality control. Told them to try again. Much better the second time. Ill give credit where credit is due. However, not a single apology about it. No additional discounts for time lost or hassle. Not a single ‘hey how can we make this right for you finding our blatant mistake.’ I don’t have a problem with mistakes. I have a problem with not taking responsibility for them.

Took my vehicle in to repair damage and have it repainted on the right side because it was on my insurance list of repair places. I had worked with these people before and had a better paint job then. Communication between taking it in and picking it up wasnt bad. It was an automated message that essentially told me they were on schedule from the date they told me it would be ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was the afternoon and the sun was setting on the left side of the truck. So from my initial inspection the paint looked good. I did notice that several body clips were missing and a small vent cover was missing which they had to order. Once I got home and did a visual in the sun I could see multiple areas that had blemishes. It was if they didnt prep the surface very well or they didnt have a clean booth when they went to paint. Since I had to return for the vent cover I called and said I would point it out to them when I went back. Took it back a second time and they kept it several more days. Got the call back and it still had blemishes.Called the insurance and told them of my issues and they requested that I take it one more time to see if they could correct the issues. Theses people said I was being to picky cause according to them, the paint job looked better than before I took it in!! Hello, how could that be if it was damaged?? Took it back a third time and to this day it still have blemishes, not as bad as the first time, but still has them. I was tired of being without my vehicle for weeks and was tired of dealing with them and the insurance company. So long story short, They have a lack of Quality Assurance system. Nobody was apparently looking the vehicle over before calling me that it was ready. Make sure you look the vehicle over with a fine tooth comb, in the shade and sun to get a good view of the paint job. Not sure why this company went down in quality but it did for my repair job!!

This is a horrible repair shop. I would give zero stars if possible. Long story short, my brand new $30k car was in the shop with them for over 2 months and was still not fixed properly. I was not kept informed of my repair progress and repair quality. After sending the car back 3 times, I was still left with misaligned door/hood/trunk, multiple bubbles, hairs in paint, mismatched, and dripping paint on the car. My insurance company ended up totaling the car due to other repairs needed to fix the issues estimated at an additional $7500ish on top of the $10,200 charged by roger Williams initially. I wish I could post pictures here because repairs were awful and I would hope to steer customers away from this repair shop.

Nice people. my truck was totaled, but they were very helpful in letting me come load up my things a couple trips and didnt charge me a storage fee.

My car door got smashed in and they fixed it. Cleaned it, dealt with the financing company and the insurance people. They washed my car and vacuumed it out. It looks brand new again!!!
