Took my new truck in to have a flat fixed and decided also to have my tires rotated. When I left the business I noticed that my vehicle was riding rough. That had done something that caused my tires to become out of balanced. I thought the price was high and the owner was not very cordial.

Was great as usual. Always the best tires not seconds. In and out quick but always do a test drive. Wont go any where else for tires. Great service all around. Great prices and rebates . The shop is fully featured, the guys actually doing the work are extremely nice… the service writer is the reason for 1 star. Rarely stated to me its against their policy to mount tires that customers bring in, and he would have turned me away if they were busy. So, I guess my money is only good when its slow. Then said dont bring an F-450 to him with tires to put on, because hell send me up the road… asked an employee about this, said he didnt know anything about it, they do it all the time.So, Ill call and see who this guy is, and try to get a hold of the owner, see if itll get straightened out, until then, that guy will keep me from going there ever again.Their prices are about double in the area for a mount/balance w/ new valve stems. Their employees do good work, though*EDIT*In response to response, I didnt forget to mention. I was told I would have been turned away if you would have been busy. If your employees wouldnt have been as hard working and nice, I would have pulled out the tires immediately. So, youre immediate response is to accuse me of omission. You also didnt mount the tires on the car, I brought the wheels and tires in the back of an F-350. The only reason you knew what they came off of is the manufacture plug in the middle, which you also said you dont work on at all. But, thats just fine, I came looking for a reputable shop, and I found one whos more money oriented than service oriented.

Took great care of me. I had a tire get a staple and took it to discount, after almost 2 hours they would not fix it and wanted to upsale me on a tire instead, I declined. I took it to Turpin and they had me in and out in 15 minutes patched and ready to roll. The I realized this has happened before. Never again. Turpin will get all my business from now on and I WILL recommend them to everyone.

I am handicapped and live close to the service center. I was having a problem with the front tire on my mobility scooter. I had the replacement tire already but could not put it on due to my handicap. The front desk as well as the tire technicians were all very nice and my tire was put on quickly and at no cost. I would highly recommend this business to all for the quick, friendly and professional service !!!

We have used Turpin for many years. They have always been good to us. Never let us spend unnecessary money on repairs just to make a buck. They are always friendly. We have used many name brand stores over the years, though once we found Turpin we never went back. I cant speak to their prices vs others. I believe they put our safety first and thats priceless.

Asked about a product they no longer sell. They referred me to a shop in Fort Worth who sells the product in question---and gave me their phone number. I have done zero business with this shop. When I call you in reference to a product I want, which you no longer have/service, and you immediately refer me to a shop that does? I have to ask fellow raters, should I not rate this place 5 stars? And give me a good reason. Call Turpin, ask them yourself. They had zero problem referring me to the shop that could. Basically, this tells me Turpin has confidence in their product.

Came in to have a front tractor tire repaired. I told the guy at the counter that I had a tire from a tractor that was flat and the bead broke from the rim. As soon as I said that guy at the end of the counter closes to the shop started with smart ass remarks. Sounds like your buying a tire today. After I pulled the tire out of the back of the truck he said it would be 30 to 45 mins before they finish it. I asked So, it only needs a patch? His response was, Well thats the million day question aint it...... I hope so Now thats a dumb thing to say, there is no way on Gods green earth that the tire will cost one million dollars. So, why would you tell me thats is going to be 30 to 45 mins if you dont know if I need a new tire or if the old can be repaired? Some people should not be in customer service and he is one of them. I thought I would give local business my business. You would have thought they would treat their customers better. I guess this family just doesnt care if they have a rude employee even if he had been there 37 years. It would be responsible to think he would have learned customer relations by now. I will not be back.
