Firestone has always done good work on my car. I cant complain about their work. Their employees are very nice and usually very knowledgeable. One time, I had a problem with my car that 4 other places could not even fix. The car was a Ford and the Ford dealership could not even find the problem!!! But Firestone found it, fixed it and had it running great again!!! The only problem I have with them is their prices!! They are quite expensive! On some things, they charge more than double what several other good car care places do. I know this because, when my car needs a repair that I know will not be cheap to fix, I always shop around and check out several places. I look at prices, dependability, knowledge, attitude and reputation (among other things). I also read customer reviews!! I hate to say it, but a lot of car repair places assume ALL females know nothing about cars. They see a lady coming and immediately start adding all kinds of stuff they do not need!! Fortunately for me, not so much for dishonest mechanics, my dad was a mechanic and I was a daddies girl!! I was always where daddy was!! Enough said😂 My mama taught me a lot of good stuff too! Among other things, she taught me to never judge a book by its cover and to ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. That is the reason for this LONG review!! Since I only gave Firestone a 3, I felt the need to give them credit for the good stuff!! If I were rich I may go there all the time because of their good work, knowledge and hospitality. But, I am far from rich!! Therefore, I only go there for small jobs or when Im in a hurry and cant get in the less expensive places. Firestone, if you could find a way to lower your prices and make them a little closer to everyone elses prices, I would give you a 5 and be a regular customer.

Made a 7am appt online and received several confirmations. Arrived on time only to find a dark store and no answer on office phone. Another customer arrived and decided to just drop her keys in the door drop. When she approached the door, she noticed a hand-written note on the door that says they now open at 8. When manager arrived at 8:05 and told me he’d be with me in a few minutes, I frustratingly said, “I have a 7am appoint and have been waiting over an hour.” He then held his hand up at me and told me off. Told me he didn’t have time for me (presumably because I was complaining). Told me to go somewhere else and asked the next person in line to come up. This was the most unbelievably worst customer “service” experience I have ever had. After reporting this to corporate I drove across the street to Jiffy Lube where I was greeted kindly and I gladly paid them for the service. Shame on Firestone

I took my truck in for an alignment after installing a 6” lift. I had to trailer it in as, and I’ll admit, it was way off. I can get my alignment pretty close myself but I knew it’d take me forever. I thought letting the pros with the right equipment handle it would be smart. The guy at the front counter was extremely rude and condescending. He looked at my front end and because he didn’t recognize some of my front end parts, he scoffed and asked me what kind of kit I had on my truck. He told me even decent parts would help. Just my tie rods were $300 compared to stock at $15.They “finished” my alignment with the caster 6 degrees out and toed in. Cost me $105 for them to do absolutely nothing. I’m sure if you bring in your stock vehicle with nothing out of the ordinary these guys can follow the on screed commands from the alignment computer. But if you want these guys to think at all your out of luck. This place is a joke. I fixed my own alignment after about 2 hours of work.Never again Firestone.

The place is good and quick for state inspection. The lady was quick at the front desk and processed the information quickly. Waited for about 25 minutes before I was ready to check out. No up selling of anything and gave some honest recommendations for wiper and routine maintenance. Recommended to all.

Brought my ‘07 Ford Escape in for them to check out some vibration in my steering wheel, get 2 new tires and get an oil change as well. It took a good bit of time but they did a great job. Fixed my balancing/alignment problems and had good customer service while doing it.

Service manager jason went above and beyond servicing my truck when I was broke down on a long road trip he an his team stayed late after hours to make sure I was able to get on the road an back to work.

Very professional and courteous, I had several repairs done on my pickup, was in and out in a couple of hours.

I went in to get a state inspection done. I was told there was only one in front of me and it wouldnt be that long. Having a bit of car knowledge I know it should only take 15 minutes at the most once they pull your car into the bay and start. It took them over an hour! When I went up to the man at the desk and asked about my car he looked it up in the computer and then went to check on it. He came back in and grabbed a packet that had been hanging on a hook for at least 20 minutes, pulls paper work out and starts to tell me that there are problems with my car. Never once until directly asked does he tell me that these problems dont affect my inspection. When I inform the man that my tires are fine and have just been checked and I have many more miles before they need replacing, by battery doesnt need a corrosion package because its new and under warranty and the spark plugs had been checked at the dealership when I took my car in for a recall he mumbles oh okay, Ill go make sure your car passed and get you on your way. He refuses to make eye contact with me and goes to check on my car. He rings me up for my inspection and then I am finally handed my keys so I can leave. I will NEVER be back to Firestone again. As a woman I am insulted and mad that they thought they could take my car hostage and then try and scare me into getting unnecessary things done to my car when my car is completely fine and well maintained.

Expected to wait 2 hours to get my car serviced and inspected, but it went to 3 1/2 hours. Reminded me of why I had been going elsewhere for the past year; a half hour car service elsewhere is a half day shot at Firestone.

I usually never leave reviews but this is one thing that’ll definitely make me leave one, all i wanted to do was call and ask some questions about a quote on prices for and alignment and some other things I need done on my vehicle and when I called they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, older reveiws from what I’ve seen are pretty good but the newer ones are pretty low and when I used to go to Firestone it was always a great time now im just curious if they’re under new management or what because it seems like something is different

If your buying tires go some where else, you may spend a few dollars more but it will be worth it.I made the mistake in buying tires at Firestone to save about 50$, had a flat so I pull in theres 1 person sitting in the waiting room worker asked me what I needed I said have a flat on one if my new tires, he asked how old they were I told him maybe 3months he took my # and informed me it would be 30$ and Id need to make a appointment ???? This is Saturday next opening is Monday or I can wait around and they might be able to get to it, I left and went to Texas Tire they fixed it in 20mins and didnt even CHARGE me. And they where busy....

They quoted me $600 for a $20 fix. For shame on yall.

Do not go here for an alignment. After I spent over two hours waiting on my scheduled alignment, I left and my truck was still pulling right. They even charged me extra to adjust camber. I immediately went back for them to fix the pulling to the right and it took them another hour to even look at it. After the technician looked at it for a second time, Roy (the service adviser) came back and spoke to me about the technician noticing the issue and stated that I would have to wait another couple hours for him to get back on my truck. Roy was not concerned at all about customer service as I listened to several other customers complain about their services being done incorrectly. Instead of admitting fault, he blamed the techs and other ticket writers.

Awesome place. They got my new tires on quickly and I was on my way. Im happy with the service and the price.

Never again. Ive been an avid Firestone customer for more than 10 years at several different stores from Georgia to Texas. Ive never been so disappointed in any location. The customer service is subpar at best, the work is ridiculously slow and the employees have no respect for the customers. I took my car in to have a simple part replaced, which I had purchased already but couldnt do the work myself and they refused to use the part I brought it, which had the matching part number and was in a sealed package. They wanted me to order the part through them, and they were charging more than $100 more for that part than the dealership charged! I will absolutely not be returning ever again. Luckily another local repair shop helped me out for a minimal cost!

Went in to have my breaks checked because they were making weird noises and found out that my roters, calipers, and drum were falling apart😬. They let me know what it would cost to have the repairs done, and since I wasnt able to have the repairs done today they ended up towing my truck back to my house because it was unsafe for me to drive. Definitely recommend them because they took my safety into account and took care of me even though I didnt get anything done today. Will definitely be going back to have the work done because of their customer service and their concern for me in the truck.

Very poor waited almost 2 hr for oil change. could se my car sitting there noone doung anything. Did not put new filter in or rotate tires did get sale price after having to ask for it. could not fix other problem with doors. Very dissappointed

Brought my car in for a brake service because the front right side was making a grinding sound. Without notifying me of what extent the repairs were going to be they continued WITHOUT my consent to replace all rotors & pads and charged me $842. All while having me wait in store for 4hrs.

Ive had a few bad experiences with this place in the past but recently I needed help quick and on a Sunday and they helped me out. Very friendly service everytime I came back from both mechanics and office staff. Theyve definitely been redeemed in my eyes. Prices are a bit expensive but thats a regular occurrence at a tire shop.

Just needed to get a tire checked for balance or out of round. Marcus was the service writer and he explained everything very well and was knowledgeable and professional. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

We are traveling and started having steering and braking issues. Drove into the parking lot and the staff was very professional. They did inspection and identified issues. They could have told us there were other issues and based on what I was experiencing I would of said fix it. They worked us in. They even identified a mouse issue that was limiting air conditioning. Went in and wanted brake pads replaced. Wasn’t expecting to have to have additional repairs done. It’s hard being a girl and not knowing much about car maintenance. From the moment I got there Jason the Service Advisor took amazing care of me. Gave me honest advice, told me they would do a free brake check just in case I didn’t need to have work done. Most places would just take your money and do it without checking first to see what’s needed. When I returned to pick up my car, I was informed by Jason I would be getting additional discounts that I’m sure they didn’t have to give me. But, they did out of the kindness of their hearts. I could not let this go unnoticed or not say anything. Thank you Jason for being honest with me, and treating me like a valued customer. I will for sure be back for all my car maintenance needs. I hope this review finds its way to you!

Took my car there and talked to the MANAGER about the problems. A full day later they call me and tell me it needs to go to the dealership. Why you ask.... They dont know. Them when I get there to take my vehicle to another shop they tell me they just started working on it. They asked me to please leave it so they could have the time to diagnose it. What is going on over there. If your a mechanic you should promote assurance. Peoples vehicles are their lives in Texas. We need then to get to work and take care of our families.

Went in for an alignment at 10 am. They said it should be about 30 minutes before they got to me. They kept letting people pass andaand about 1 and a half hours later I started to leave. They immediately took my truck in so I assumed they would start work on it. They held me here until 4 pm. You guys need to stay away from this place!! It does NOT take 6 hours to go get an alignment done ! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! This was the last time I step foot in a firestone shop! Stay away from this place people!

Everytime I go into the lobby I am always surprised by how courteous and thorough they are. prices are very reasonable. and the service department is wonderful

As a shop, I occasionally need to have a wheel alignment done. 8-9 vehicles a year. For the past year Ive used Firestone and been happy with the service. This time I took in a car to have the alignment done after replacing all 4 ball joints. One if the new ball joints became unseated (nothing that they did) and they were unable to align it, I took the vehicle back to the shop, replaced the control arm that had the unseated ball joint, and drove back to Firestone. I arrived about 5:45pm (They close at 7pm). The counter guy said he needed to check and see if he had a tech that could do the alignment. The counter guy came back in and told me I would have to come back tomorrow. I was shocked at first and asked why. He said all the techs that could do advanced work like that usually go home at 6 and were already gone for the day. I looked at my phone (5:45pm) and looked back at him. Before I could say anything he revised the time and said 5:30-6:00. I asked him if he was sure about that because I had just driven 45 miles back there, after repairing the problem they found earlier, just to get the alignments done and I really would be unhappy to leave after driving all that way and getting nothing done, and then I would need to drive 45 miles back tomorrow. He just said, yeah, sorry. I wouldnt have minded so much if it wasnt for the fact that the man that did the last 2 alignments on cars I had brought in was sitting in the shop playing on his phone.They close at 7pm, but Im guessing they stop working at 5:30 and ride out the clock until 7pm. Once lied to, I will find another alignments shop to take my cars to and send my customers to. Who I use and who I recommend is a reflection on me, and as such, I cant use a place that would lie to me, knowing I drove 45 minutes, just because they dont want to do a little work.

My other half’s 2007 Jeep was having issues, tried to change spark plugs by herself, they were awesome. They explained everything and the customer service was amazing. We will use them from now on.

She gets 6 miles down the road and pulls over cause her check engine light came on and car was running bad.So in the night she is setting on the side of the road. NOT GOODFierestone did call a wrecker to come get her. And they fixed the problem they said. BS a lady sitting on the side of the road by herself at night broke down due to your negligence is very dangerous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came here twice in the last week with two different cars. One explorer and one truck. Both times they said stuff was broke that we found out wasnt and didnt need to be replaced. Even more interesting that supposedly the same thing is busted on both cars.... Give me a break. Total scammers. Go someplace else.

Wouldnt align my vehicle. Said the brand new wheel bearing had too much play. Several thousand miles later, my truck still rolls fine. Jist ruined a new tire due to lack of alignment.

I only take my car here because its right by my work and super convenient. Even then Ill only trust them with simple things like alignments and rotations. Theyve told me my brake rotors needed replaced when they didnt, and they missed a broken CV joint boot that was super obvious when doing an inspection. For shame.

They always get my car in quick! Especially when it comes to airing my tires up.

I’ve brought my vehicles here since I moved to the area 6 months ago. They’ve worked on my truck and car. They are very honest and don’t try to upsell you on anything. I trust them completely with my vehicles. They do bring issues to your attention but they give you realistic suggestions- I have a slow leak on my truck and even though they did quote me a repair, they were in no way pushy about it and gave me a realistic timeline on when it needed to be fixed. Which I appreciate as a single woman.The staff are all very friendly as well. An appointment cuts down the wait time of course but they’ve fit me in for little things like inspections. Highly recommend. I buy my tires here and have routine maintenance done as well as repair work.

We are a military family that traveled through the area recently due to moving. My check engine light came on and they were able to get us in right away to diagnose and fix the problem! In and out in less than 2.5 hrs! The staff were very kind and communicative with us on time lines and cost.

This is the best Firestone I have been to. They have never told me that something needed to be replaced and have never over charged me for anything. I have taken the same vehicle to different Firestone shops as well as a couple of other places along the way and this one stands out as the best. I do most of the repair work on my own vehicle but cant do tire work and they are always courteous and havent tried to throw in other miscellaneous repairs.

James and Marcus were very professional and friendly. They had my truck done in a time. Normally you wont get service that good at bigger shops. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Went in to today to get coolant topped off. Tommy immediately tried selling a pressure test to test for leaks but we declined and just had a top off. Drove away and 2 miles down the road the car started to overheat. pulled over, turned it off waited 10-15 minutes and drove back to Firestone. Tommy was the service advisor and proved once again why our family doesnt do business with Firestone. We mentioned that it had not been overheating before and Tommy interrupted to say that adding coolant wont cause it to over heat. We agreed, and went on to finish our statement that it was overfilled by one of their technicians. Tommy then proceeded to step out and look over the car, start it, rev the engine, and could not produce the symptoms again. Tommy then advised that had we gotten the pressure test he recommended, we wouldnt be having this problem. I mentioned that it may have been a sensor issue since the car hadnt been overheating before and now it was maxing out on the heat gauge. Tommy then ignored what I said completely and started a rant about his wifes car having the same problem and what he thought it was. After a few more minutes of ranting and trying to figure out why nothing was hot or boiling under the cars hood after overheating several times he came to the conclusion that it was a sensor issue. They pulled it into the bay and we sat down to wait. Tommy came back out at one point said a bunch of cool car talk about vehicles in general and not at all related to our problem then told us we were good to go. I guess Tommy refused to acknowledge our concerns and treat us like we were ignorant because two females couldnt possibly know how a car works. Well Tommy, I would suggest that in the future you treat your customers with respect and not assume they are ignorant of the basic workings of a vehicle. I take my car in not because Im ignorant enough to need some one to fast talk me into repairs I dont need. I take it in because I dont want to do the repairs myself. PSA: all he did to fix it was siphon coolant out like I asked him to in the first place.

Only reason Im giving two stars is the one guy was kinda nice and helpful. The wait is ridiculous. Just go somewhere else unless you like wasting time.

Personnel was great. However they never did address the issue with my front end being out of alignment. But thank God my radiator blew right in their driveway and they took care of it and sent me on my way and still my front end alignment went uncared-for.

They don’t do what they say there gonna do plus are pricey compared to other shops in weatherford. I don’t mind paying for my car to get fixed, but I expect a shop to do what they say they will do nothing less.

Replaced my stock wheels and tires to my upgraded larger ones, I brought in, in a timely manner. They also quickly located and installed low profile lug nuts I was missing with my rims I brought in. All around excellent service!

This was the last time Im going to Firestone. They keep overcharging me for parts I dont need, plus the ridiculous amount they charge on labor. Sometimes the labor amount is more then the price for services done. All the time they like you need this, you need that. Just do what I told you to do. Im also quitting that damn credit card with them. Everything is a rip off. Im done. I wont be back there!

Ive ordered multiple sets of tires from them and each time, the prices are not what was quoted over the phone. The labor is always overcharged, 6 hours for a 5 tires mounted and balanced. Any mechanic should he ashamed if takes him that long to mount and balance. Terrible customer service, poorly maintained facility and rude staff. Definitely will never visit here again.

Awful customer service. Everyone is rude. We made an appointment for a standard oil change and they waited over an hour after our appointment to start working on our car. For a standard oil change that can be done in 30 mins at jiffy lube. What’s the point in having appointment if you don’t follow them? Definitely lost a customer

The manager (Marcus) here was very professional. He frequently gave me updates on my car as I waited. I was made to feel very comfortable while I waited.

Jason at the Weatherford firestone was so awesome! We were here so long that he offered my teenager a HUGE spoon to eat her bucket of ice cream so it didn’t melt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service for sure! All the guys were super professional and did an awesome job on both of our vehicles!

Went in to get my tires aligned and they told me I needed to change some parts so I paid them to change them, and the parts they changed were the same ones I changed a month before I took it there. My tire alignment is still off it’s the same as when I took it to them maybe even worse and now they’re saying I need new tires.

Get ready for a LONG wait for a simple oil change. The service man has been walking around talking on his cell phone while nobody is servicing my vehicle. They told me they could get right to my vehicle but 1 1/2 hours I still waiting and mine is the only vehicle in a service bay. Horrible customer service. I will never come back here.

I always get excellent customer service here. I appreciate the detail they give me when explaining what I need/why or what was done, and I feel that they put effort into finding any problems I might have with my vehicle.

Do not go here they charged my husband over 800.00 for a repair on dodge dakota said it was crankshaft and distributor drove it home after they said it was done and died wouldnt start sat about 10 mins drove it back they called next day said they couldnt find the problem. Took it to cliffs and after trying to get it to replicate the problem they found out was computer wasnt working properly my advice if you want the problem fixed right dont take it to firestone and upon further inspection it really doesnt look like a bolt had been turned. Oh and if I could give you 0 stars for the shoddy work you do I would. You might be friendly but mechanics your not maybe tired and oil changes but repairs never again.

Came in the the firestone in Weatherford, TX for a oil change. I asked for a full synthetic oil. When it came to check out I was informed that they put in a synthetic blend. I’m giving one star for the time I was waisted here waiting for them to redo my oil change.

Had my tires rotated and balanced. The mechanic cross threaded the nut onto the stud when the wheel was put back on and didnt say anything about it to me. Discount tire let me know and got it off for me. If you need wheel and tire work done go to discount tire not Firestone.

I was heading back to Abilene and my car started misfiring. I went to Firestone and they had great customer service but the labor is too high in my opinion that is whats giving them 4 instead of 5. Fixed my car within 45 mins.

They broke my wheel when installing $1400 Worth if new tires and refuse to accept responsibility for it . Now Im going to be out several hundred dollars to replace it. Awful way to treat people that are spending good money .Do not go here .

I have a BMW that I took to Firestone to have a road force balance. Im a mechanic myself and watched the sketchy looking crackhead that they hired to do the balance balance the tires. He never zeroed my tires out so when I said something to the manager he rolled his eyes look like he got upset that I called him out so they rebalanced the tires correctly. Once they got finished with the car the same crackhead took my car and rammed it up on to the curb then back that off scratching the underside of the front bumper. The manager did not want to do anything about it after a big fight he finally said hell put a claim in to the claims department at Firestone. Firestone had a third party come out to look at it. This guy looked sketchy also. So 2 weeks after that Firestone calls me said that they seen all the damage from the pictures and theyre going to deny my claim. Which doesnt make any sense at all. How can you say it has all this damage from the curb and say that youre going to deny the claim. It doesnt make sense Firestone is a horrible company avoid like the plague. They have the slowest service in history . It took 2 hours or more just to do this balance and they were not busy at all . I watch the mechanics stand around eating breakfast sandwiches, smoking cigarettes, talking and drinking coffee for a long time . So if you have all day to spend at Firestone and dont care about getting your car destroyed and also ripped off come here . The bearded manager at this Firestone in Weatherford Texas is very Shifty and scammy. I would recommend going anywhere else. Watch how they reply to my post just like the reply to everybody elses. Theyll say sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused you some kind of basic generic response. They honest to God do not care about their customer . Thats why they hire crackheads they get paid $8 an hour to do all the work . Just stay away from this place Im telling you youll regret coming here.

For whatever reason they always want to make you wait for a service. Today I walked in, no on acknowledged me. I waited until one guy got off the phone and the same for another person to finish to their client. Not so much as a hi, we will be with you in a moment nothing! I even went to the bathroom while I waited, came back out waited some more. One guy finished with another and he still didnt say anything to me. He then helped the guy who got off the phone, I was standing in front of them both!, and they still didnt say a single word to me. Then one of them commented on how he needed to leave because he has an hour drive ahead. It wasnt until after that that Marcus was summoned and he acknowledged me. I just wanted a simple state inspection. He said their state inspection tech was gone for the day and offered to schedule me for the next day. I dont live in the area so I asked how long to allow before work. They said 45 minutes! With an appointment. I dont see why it would take that much its never taken anyone that long for a state inspection. I had to pass. I didnt want to end up being late for work and after the length of time that passed before anybody said hi to me, I just didnt think it was the place for me.They had a marketing banner laying by the tire displays and they still had a labor day promotion (that ended sept 3rd) still posted in the waiting area. It just didnt seem like a professional place. Their customer service skill level is lacking.

The people here are very curtious and get you in out as soon as they can

Great people who treated me honest and fair.

Always tried to get my wife and daughter to get unneeded work done. Sold my daughter an allignment on a car I had purchased a lifetime allignment on. Tried to repair one of my vehicles about 8 times at a cost nearly $1000 then said tbey couldnt fix it and to take it to a dealer, that they would no longer help me with it. And many other events similar to these. Will no longer use Firestone at all.

If zero stars was an option thats what this place would get, went for an alignment, was told they had a special for $70 called around and it seemed reasonable, turned out that didnt include the $300 labor fee, complete waste of time
