We set up a date to get a calf processed 6 months in advance, because that is how far out they were scheduling. We picked the calf that we thought would be ready at the right time, put it up and fed it every day so it would be ready when the time came. Then about 2 weeks before our date to get it processed, they let us know that they would have to move the date out another 90 days because they did not have enough freezer room. So now we are stuck with a calf ready to be processed and no place to go with it. Every processing plant is booked up for 6 months to a year. So I guess all that time and money was just wasted. Very disappointed in them. I certainly understand they are very busy and we are not a big customer. But I dont feel like there is any legitimate excuse for being that far off on the date we were given 6 months in advance.

We love their meats. Fresh and delicious. It takes me back to when I was a kid, the meats are full of flavor.

We have been shopping at Hamilton’s for about 4 months. We started out purchasing their least expensive meat bundle of steak, chicken, hamburger, and boneless pork steaks. All was absolutely delicious! Returned for three more bundles. They are will to substitute within the bundle, if requested. Today we are purchasing yet another bundle plus sirloin and ribeye steaks for our komodo grill. Gonna enjoy some good eating this weekend!

Normally, discount fresh meat after 3pm on Saturday. Got a dumb founded look when I asked about it today. Not the end of the world as I shop there often. Meat is fresh and good quality. Price is not the lowest, but quality is there.

Every time we go, were always greeted and served in a friendly manner even when its obvious theyre overwhelmed. If its not in their case theyll try to find the cut youre looking for. Their packs are really good as well.

I picked up my meat package today and I am very disappointed. Have been coming here for about 10 months and the steaks were not cut right like I ordered and the meat was old. I will be calling.

I love the place, great deals on custom packs and high quality. Their marinated skirt steak is delicious but so is everything else we have tried.

This is the only place we buy meat. The people are so nice and are eager and determined to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Make the drive out and youll be happy you did.

Ive been here several times. Their package deals are fantastic and only once were they sold out when I showed up.I like the customer service here. If you have a question, ask. It will be answered.Sometimes there is a wait. Thats fine. Its okay to wait. The world is not going to end if you dont get your 20 lbs of meat in 5 minutes. You will get the same amount of attention paid to your order that was paid to every order before yours.I asked for a skirt steak on one of my first visits. There werent any in the case and the guy offered to go cut one off the cow in the back. Cant get that at Walmart. You guys are awesome!

Love their meet but we placed an order and was told would be ready in an hour. We go back 2 hrs later and it still hasnt been started. We had to go back because a couple items were left out.

The usual employees were gone. 40 minutes to get a simple order. There were 4 people in the store when I got there 13 when I left. Too much small talk and employees walking around not sure what’s going on. Be prepared to wait

I went to see what they offer and I am not disappointed. The service can be improved. There is a room to improve on the service side. The main bocher guy is a fine man and got respect for others. Mandy was a fine person when I order and she pass the exact order and I appreciate it very much. I will definitely go back again!!!!

So so customer service but I dont really care. The meat is top notch and the prices are pretty great too. Wont get meat any where else.

Quality of the meat is great, however the cleanliness is questionable. Everyone handling meat are wearing gloves, but the same pair consistently. One man removes his hat, scratches his head then returns to handling raw meat. Another man carries a box of meat outside to a customer, opens the door everyone else’s touches to come in to the store and jumps right in handling raw meat with the same pair of gloves he walked out with. Not to mention those same people handling the meat, adds up the total on a calculator, writes the ticket, handles money, answers the phone ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES GO RIGHT BACK TO HANDLING THE RAW MEAT. COVID-19 or not, it’s not a very clean way to handle meat.

I am updating my poor review of Hamilton’s. After talking with the owner I was assured that they do truly value their customers and that customer service is very important to them.It is important that we support our local mom & pop business and I will continue to support Hamilton’s. They do have quality meats.

Great quality beef. But the price kept increasing. When I called about getting a half a side it was quoted at $2.79. When I drove in to place my order it the next week it was $2.89....I didnt pay attention. Once the $700 order arrived and was ready for pickup...the price jumped to $3.05 / lb. I had not noticed but just assumed it wasnt going to change. 25 cents per lb for 235 lbs. Pretty good profit enhancement for Hamiltons. Like $65 extra beyond what I was quoted at ordering time.

Excellent service great meats! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the processing and walk you through every step of the process. They even let me taste any if the specialty items I wanted. Ive had numerous deer processed for great prices and always feel like they do a great job. Recently had a Hog processed and was very pleased

Well first of all, a pound of hamburger only makes two hamburgers by the time the grease all runs out of it. Not a big fan of their steaks way too much fat. Ill probably stick with Walmart cuz I think they have better cuts of meat.

Always the best cuts of meats available. Prices are very competitive. Family owned and operated. I personally dont shop for meats anywhere else. Even if I didnt live in Parker County, I would buy from Hamiltons.

This is the kind of place you would drive for miles to get your meat. It is the freshest and best tasting beef or pork around for miles. I know some restaurants that use Hamiltons and others that should.The customer service is great, be prepared to wait a few minutes if they are busy. It will be worth the wait. The Ribeye steaks cut to order are my favorite and out of this world hot off the grill!

Old time butcher experience. The best hamburger, bacon and steaks that can be found in the area. The people are great and will also process your beef, pigs, etc. I always see the FDA on site too. I give five stars because it truly is deserving.

Was very disappointed in the service received, I should say not received! We had a big party scheduled and had ordered two lambs from them. We ordered the meat two weeks ahead of time and just to make sure called two days before to make sure it would be ready for pick up. They said yes it will be ready. When we drove from flower mound all the way to weatherford to pick it up. They said they didnt have anything ready for us. After talking to many people and hearing excuse after excuse we ended up having to scramble last minute to find lamb from a different company and of course paying double in price because of it. Theres no excuse for what happened.

Do they say they are a Kosher meat market? No. So why is there any expectation for the facility to process Halal? So after a thousand plus years make friends with a Kosher Deli and get what you need.

This should not be your first choice for halal meat. cuz they cut pork on the same tables some say its ok if they wash the surface---no no--to completely clean the machine u have to dismantle it-just rinsing it still leaves pork or non halal meat on the blades--god guide us all the right way.
