It took a couple of trips to fix the issue with my older model car, but they were kind and they were reasonably priced for a dealership.
Had a good time here shopping for a new ride. The sales team was very knowledgeable and informative on their vehicles. They customize your car or truck exactly the way you want it. You can get custom brush guards and flat beds and bumpers painted to match the factory paint job. I even saw them put GOLD wheels on a customers Jeep.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I shouldve known something was wrong when the Finance director told me that the only way a bank would approve me was if I accepted a 2300.00 warranty in addition to the cars price. However, after telling Evan (Finance director) that I didnt want the warranty, he proceeded to tell me that hed call the bank and see if he could do the deal without the extended warranty. The next day I finally got in contact with Evan after leaving messages and was told that he was able to get the deal done for the original price without warranty. So today I drive from Oklahoma City to weatherford after work with the intentions of purchasing the vehicle, However while inspecting the car I noticed that the fender on the vehicles passenger side was misaligned. I went back into the dealership where Evan expressed that my wife and I needed to hurry up and make a decision because he needed to go. He said that the time we had to make a decision (25 minutes) was more than enough time and that they were closed. I told him that I was disappointed because Id heard that Cummins was a reputable dealer and Evan replied Be Disappointed. I proceeded to leave the dealership when my wife asked for a manager, in which a gentleman who was standing there the entire time announced that he was the manager. My wife asked the gentleman if he heard Evan talking to us like that and he replied that Evan had said nothing wrong. He went on to say that they had bent over backwards to make a deal work for us and express how he had worked for Mr Cummins for 20 years. Although the original salesman Tyler was nice and professional (very informative and had me sold on purchasing a vehicle from Cummins) I will never visit this dealership again. We were treated unfairly and rude and I doubt that ownership is aware of how customers are being treated by their staff (Evan and the Manager on duty).
Had to pick up a part for my car. Parts counter person very friendly. Cashier personable and fast. Easy on and off I 40 in Weatherford.
I cannot say enough about this place last year had an engine that would not stop overheating and their team did not stop till they found the problem which wound up being a defect from the factory. who finds these things, I dont know but this place did and they replaced the engine and the truck has ever run great ever since recently my AC went out they did not hesitate to give me a nice truck for a loaner which I desperately needed and I know I can count on them to fix my truck and give me a great deal
My wife had a great experience here while on her roadtrip from Arizona to Oklahoma. Our jeep was having issues and they took it with no appointment. An employee was even kind enough to let my wife use his personal car to get her business done, while ours was being completed. I personally have never heard of customer service going this far to be helpful. Thanks to Phillip and all the staff at Cummins Dodge.
Had a wonderful experience with Cole as our salesman. He was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We did have pre-approval through our bank, but had never worked with a dealership and Evan was very informative on this process. He helped make the purchase a smooth transition. Definitely will come back for future purchases! Will also be referring Cummins to friends and family looking for new vehicles!
Every time I call to try to get an appointment they make up some excuse. Then they want me to bring my car in during the week. I can’t because of their service hours. I offer to drop it off if they could give me a courtesy car but they won’t because I didn’t buy my car from them. My Jeep warranty guarantees me a courtesy vehicle but they don’t honor it. So, it is easy to say I won’t be going to this dealership for anything. They are unwilling to work with you and want you to come it when it’s convenient for them.As to your reply, I talked to your service department today and they did not allow me to make an appointment tomorrow because they did not want to spend “too much time on my vehicle”. The fact that you turned down a paying customer tells me a lot about your business. As for the rental, I was told “we do not lend vehicles to anyone who does not buy from us.” You are the only dealership that I have dealt with that has not honored my guaranteed courtesy rental outlined in my warranty. Like I said, this is not the first time I have tried to come to you but it will be the last.
Had an alternator go out while on a Nashville TN to Las Vegas NV trip. The staff at Cummins got me repaired at a very fair price and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Couldnt be happier. Very highly recommended for any service needs.

Make sure you are knowledgeable about your vehicle or bring someone with you who is when you are having it repaired here. The service department staff is friendly alright as they try to talk you into things that arent necessarily needed to fix the problem you originally took it in for. They are very unorganized and tend to forget what you asked them to do or lose important documents needed for your warranty. Dont pay for anything until you have all the paperwork needed for proof of service.
Thank God they were there when we broke down on our trip. They ordered the part we needed even though they dont deal in Hyundai parts.

Terrible service, terrible people! They said they were going to call me in three weeks to get the front of my bumper fixed because while washing my car, the paint started peeling right off. Over a month went by without any phone call or anything, so I finally go up there and they said that Chrysler denied my coverage.. They said that they believe it was hit with the power wash tool, which resulted of the paint peeling off. Umm.. No. Why would I hit the front of my $45,000 sports car. The paint starting peeling off when I started to wash it. Then they said they were going to call me, but they didnt have my phone number in the system. Oh, but they have my full name, street address, email, and even my parents info in their system as well, yet they couldnt contact me at all. Either way, I wanted my front bumper to be fixed whether it would be free or if I would have to pay for it, but I never got the call.Never going back there again, the service sucked. The people there are really rude, and they act like I dont know anything because Im just a kid.
Well Im going to start off saying there is no such thing as customer service unfortunately as I was traveling from Amarillo Texas to my home in Nashville Tennessee my Dodge truck broke down. My first thought was wow how lucky I am to find a Dodge dealer in this small town taking the truck on Wednesday finally Thursday that tell me the radiator is bad by Friday morning the day and a half later Ive got the radiator done and then they tell me the number 8 cylinder valve spring is gone bad quote me 6 hours of labor and parts I ask them when they can have it done explain to them that I am stranded in this town with very little money they tell me it will be Wednesday at the earliest so Friday Monday Tuesday Wednesday 4 days to do a 6 hour job thats just ridiculous. So Monday I need to recover some paperwork from my truck I get there trucks in the shop the hood is down there not even working on it meanwhile I stand there at the door and watched them pull in six brand new vehicles to prep for their lot thats more important than your customer I once again tell them that I am disabled I have a bad heart condition Im stuck in this town no Transportation no way to get anywhere ask them about a loaner car they informed me they only do that for their customers that buy vehicles theyre not for out-of-town people like me also happens to be one of the coldest weekend and now I sit here Tuesday sick from having to walk to get myself something to eat so again I call and explain to them that I need to get home to Nashville to my Dr my health is not good I get the same reply Wednesday buy close or possibly Thursday what the hell is up not only is it going to cost me good money to fix my truck Ive had to pay for a hotel for a week at an exorbitant cost its just shameful

The service department is just atrocious. Dont go there. They charge you extra for items they think you need for you car. They just want your money.
