We arrived 10 minutes before closing. We had been looking all day for a vehicle and found the one here at the end of the day. They had it ready toDrive when we pulled up. Theo was very informative but not pushy. They gave us a good amount for our trade in and we were able to purchase the car quickly. All-in-all, I believe we were at the dealership for a total of 45 minutes to test drive, and do the paperwork!! It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I am very particular and had looked at several other cars at several other dealerships. Word to the wise, DO NOT BUY ANY FORM OF A PRE-OWNED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sell VW, that’s what they need to stick to. The warranties aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. I’ve attempted to utilize the purchased warranty 3 times since my purchase in the past 3 months and each time, Chris finds a way around it. The tires on the car should’ve been replaced prior to resale but WERE NOT. When I attempted to get this issue fixed, I was told that the tires did not need to be replaced. About a week after I left the dealership, I was stranded on the side of the road with two grandkids and three flat tires. When I had the tires checked out, I was able to confirm that I indeed did not run over anything and that the tires were way past needing to be replaced.

Today I confirmed why I am a dedicated South West Auto Group customer. I have been buying cars and trucks and servicing my vehicles with SW Ford for years. Today I met Theo over at SW Volkswagon. He and his manager made my purchase of a vehicle a very pleasant transaction. They got me what I needed for my trade-in and made me a good deal on top of that. You guys are great! Thank you.

I came into the dealership to discuss leasing a new vehicle. The sales woman was not very knowledgeable of the vehicle and also took a call during my test drive. When the manager came in to talk to me, he had an AirPod in his ear the entire time. The dealership refused to show me payments on the vehicle unless I provided them with my social security number for a credit check.

My daughter purchased a used Tiguan from Marisol at Southwest Volkswagen. It was an extremely easy process. She purchased the car with a few items that Marisol said they would fix. Sure enough, they completed repairs as they said they would. We are very happy with our treatment and left extremely satisfied, knowing we got a good deal. It is worth the drive out west of the Metroplex!!!

My wife and I started looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We wanted a specific look in mind. We found several throughout the state but as with most Jeeps, they move fast. I found one at SouthWest Volkswagen, it was exactly what we were looking for. Living in San Antonio I had to call about the Jeep and they had it. I was put on hold and Mike Berry became our new friend during this process. We were pre-qualified with a lender so we knew what we wanted to spend and let Mike know that upfront. We drove up the following Saturday to test drive the Jeep and then sign some paperwork and make the trek back down to San Antonio. We get up there and there was an issue with the Jeep. We didnt feel comfortable about taking the Jeep. We were disappointed in the fact that we were going home empty-handed. BUT Mike and Walter had different plans for us. Walter told us about another Jeep at their sister store. We were promised that this Jeep was a better overall vehicle than the one we were looking at. He showed pictures of it to us and said that they would drive it down to San Antonio for us to look at and test drive. He also said that he could most likely beat the interest rate for our Pre-Qual. Friday (5/14/21) Mike drove down to San Antonio and delivered the Jeep, it was better than described. We drove it and then signed the paperwork. Mike and Walter both went beyond what they needed to do in making sure that we were happy. If we need to buy another vehicle we for sure will be contacting Mike to start the process.

Just bought a brand new Taos. Theodore was the absolute best salesmen Ive delt with. Got to dealership and whole process took under a hour, and I was out the door. If youre in the market for a vw this is the only place Id recommend. A+ guys!

This place honestly has the best service I’ve experienced. I called in looking for a part and a lovely woman, Catherine Morrison, answered the phone. She was so knowledgeable and throughly answered all of my questions. She was a pleasure to talk to and work with. 10/10 would work with them again!

Mike Berry was fantastic! He took care of us and made it the best experience it could be. We would buy from him again in the future. The store manager however, took us from being repeat customers at this location, to not. After all of the negotiations were settled, he came back to tell us he “forgot” to add in extra fees, bringing us right back to the sticker price. He was either being shady, or should really look into another profession. It was very disappointing after a very positive car shopping experience.

Imagine you just bought a car not even a full 24 hrs ago and it breaks down. Wont start or anything now you cant get to work. You are told a mechanic will come and tow it and take a look but hours go by and you dont hear from anyone. This was my experience. I will update when the service is completed. Aside from that the customer service is friendly. Most sales people are though. The paperwork was smooth I just cant say if I would recommend this place if we got a vehicle that broke down not even a full day later ya know?Update: It was our battery they said. Im just not sure why that was not thoroughly examined prior to selling. Make sure they check everything about your car, battery and all. Tremaine was very calm and reassuring throughout the process as was the other associates I spoke to (Chris, Mike).

Purchased a new 2019 VW Alltrack from this location earlier this year. So far the car has worked out very well and I just returned for my first oil change. When my car got dropped off by the Southwest Ford dealership (despite Ford saying they were able to handle an alignment but couldnt) on Tuesday afternoon the Volkswagen service rep said it would be ready by Friday morning (went out of town) and now Im sitting here at 12pm still waiting for the alignment to be done. At least its a pretty clean place I guess?

Only speaking for the service side. I can understand Covid-19 causing some delays. I really can. 2.5 weeks for a cracked thermostat housing Im not too keen on, especially when they apparently have no loaners to offer out. They never return phone calls here either. I called a couple times to ask for updates and only ever got machines, and never a returned call.8/2 Update. Car still leaking coolant. They didnt even fix the problem.

Dont waste your time if youre an out of town buyer. I was driving up from Austin to Dallas after having agreed on a price for a new VW. Last minute the decided to say they would no longer honor the pricing. See screen shot attached. There claims for transparency and a hassle free transaction are full of holes. Wish I could give zero stars.Update: Almost immediately after posting this review I received a call from the sales manager/director. After 20 minutes on the phone he told me he still couldnt honor the pricing. He then preceded to tell me to take down the text message due to privacy law (Ill do it once it actually appears on google) but you can read between the lines of what it means when someone is asking you to take something down. Anyway the best part was when I asked him his name he hung up on me.

I found the car I wanted from the Kelly Blue Book website and clicked the option to see if it was still available. I got a call from Andy very quickly about it and he was extremely helpful and attentive from the start. After I purchased my Sportswagen used from another dealership, I came to find that there was a leak in my A/C. I took it back to the original dealership who claimed they fixed the problem. They did not.Finished with the runaround, I decided to take my car in to the nearest VW dealership. Dakota was in charge of the operation. I cannot stress enough just how friendly and committed Dakota was in taking great care of my car. He took the time to keep me informed as to each step of what was going on, which was tremendously helpful for my weird work schedule. You definitely want this guy on your side.They got my car in, kept me informed, fought really hard to get my insurance company to cover the issue (and they totally did), and made me feel warm and welcome as not only a customer, but as a guest. It might sound biased, but Rachel truly did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone that is buying a car. In fact, I have recommended her to my friends who are indecisive and need help finding their perfect car. Rachel is an amazing person and i am truly proud to call her my sister, she enjoys her job, she does her job well and she treats everyone like they are her top priority customer. Not only Rachel is amazing, but everyone there is amazing, they help you in every way that they can and they always treat you well and make sure you enjoy your stay. Every time I come into Southwest Volkswagen I feel an amazing atmosphere that lightens my mood because I can truly feel how happy everyone is to work there. Unprofessional, scheduled for a 15-30 minuteOil change @12 and been here for 3 hours so far and am being told it’s still going to take another hour. This is not acceptable. We schedule appointment so things like this do not happen. Will not be recommending this dealership to any family or friends. A referral is one of the best thing you can give someone. It will not be Volkswagen in Weatherford Tx.

We recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Southwest Volkswagen in Weatherford. Jonathon Crouch was our salesperson, and we could not have had a better one! He was positive and upbeat and even acknowledged and visited with our eleven year old son, which meant alot to us and him. There were a few things that came up during the purchasing process that were not his responsibility, but he handled them like they were and personally made them right.
