Horrible sales & customer service. After driving three hours to this location to see a vehicle, they failed to inform me of their ridiculous fees that they DONT tell you online or over the phone. If you have a vehicle price online, THAT SHOULD BE THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. Not ONLY did sales not mention the extra protection plan, they tried to upcharge me $3,000 when the window sticker showed a couple hundred. That included window tint, tire air & paint protection, which is ONLY covered at their dealership. As if Im going to drive 3 hours to your dealership for coverage. After declining to pay thousands over the MSRP because they refuse to negotiate pricing or remove the Optional package... Four weeks later and the same vehicles are still for sale, because they firmly believe someone else will pay that price. Hows that going so far? Good luck!
Ill give 2 stars, because I believe blame should be spread between both dealerships. I leased my Genesis in Denton. I have a weird schedule and it is very difficult for me to get into the dealership to get serviced, so the valet oil change during the time of the lease was a selling point for me. My first valet oil change by the Denton dealership was uneventful (except for the low tire pressure light that stays on despite adequate tire pressure).The problem started with my 2nd oil change. Denton now says Im out of their service range. Weatherford is 4 miles closer to my house than Denton... I have called this dealership on at least 5 occasions to schedule an oil change. I have been unable to speak with a single person outside of the receptionist (who is quite friendly). I have left voicemails with the service department. I even had the receptionist give my name, number, and email to them to try and schedule something.After complaining to Genesis via the website, they apologized and scheduled my valet change for August 25, 2021 at 09:00am. Nobody showed up. Not even a phone call. I pay extra for service regarding tire replacement, dings, dents, rock chips etc. I dont know why I bothered when it is now near impossible for my vehicle to get serviced.I love the car. Runs great. But so far, the customer service from the Denton and Weatherford dealerships has been abysmal.
They tried to charge 3,000 over MSRP and give me 4,500 less on what my trade in is worth.
