Not very crowded and pretty friendly staff. It’s a pretty slow paced store so if you’re in a hurry with a mobile order you may wait a little extra. It’s usually clean and pretty stocked with items. Always use their coupons!

Terrible experience with Angela, she didnt know anything you ask for her. Her excuse was: I dont have an idea because I’m not part of this area, I don’t belongs from here. We try to renew our membership and her answer was: I already told you, I don’t KNOW!!!That means you have to train your personal better or dont allow them to have costumer service interaction. Angela was not professional and rise here voice. Joe arrived and he fix the problem in seconds. Not big deal. Angela just wants to poor her frustration to some one!

Loved it! This was the first time in a very long time that Ive shopped here. I purchased my items online and a few hours later went and picked them up. Doesnt get much better then that! Being a terminal cancer patient during this pandemic Ive tried to avoid people interaction as much as possible.

BB&B remodeled their Baybrook location & its a vast improvement from last year. Aisles are wider, items are organized beautifully & easy to find, the store is clean and the check-out line has been streamlined. I found several things in their clearance section that surprised me (substantial savings). They are happy to honor on-line coupons (they scanned one from my phone). Enjoyable shopping.

Everything is BIGGER AND BETTER in the Lone Star State. This place is huge, we have so much fun and save major bucks each time we come. The product selection is vast.My only gripe is this location has been remodeled to fit in more decor for the outside of your home, this caused Bed Bath and Beyond to slash down the Health and Beauty Department by 60 percent. Oh well you cant have it all I guess.

Listen, I usually have no problems with this store. Employees are always nice and helpful. I’m not one to write reviews BUT, my husband just experienced something that is kinda upsetting. My daughter needed to use the restroom while my husband checked out and the cashier asked him if the diaper bag in the cart was his. He told her it was our daughters. She then proceeds to stare at him and asked him if she could look through it....He said “sure, but can I ask why?” And her response was “I just want to make sure nothing fell In there”...Ya sure lady. Let me be clear with something. My daughter sat on the diaper bag inside the cart most of the time we where in the store. Maybe she saw a brown man with a bag and assumed he was stealing, which is very sad and messed up. Bed Bath and Beyond, idk if you train your employees on racial profiling, but maybe you should start.

I love the original concept of Bed Bath & Beyond, but this visit lacked the customer service, I once admired. We asked for help & the young lady pointed off into the distance. Were made our way to find the product pricey & limited. Without someone to tell us why wed want to pay the price, we searched elsewhere. What were did find, we loved & the check out lady was very friendly, engaging, & informative. She reminded us about our coupons, too. Yea!

I got a pair of sheets and saw a duvet cover I would like to get. Theres a great selection of linens and bedding. I useda 20% off mailed coupon. Theres great selections of products for the home as well as personal items.

Typical BBB. The store was clean and organized. However its always out of stock in one way or another when I go there for specific items. The prices as you know are below pier one but well above something like walmart. They have a good selection of items that are mainstream but the more obscure items are non existent. I prefer the BBB on Fairmont as it is put together better. Check as usual was a breeze.

Lots of things to browse through. selection is through the roof. the downside is that the footprint of the building is a bit small for everything they have and it can feel a bit claustrophobic especially by the towering towels and bathroom stuff.the employees are helpful and always have a smile on their faces

I understand why people are fascinated with this store. Concentrating on three key areas of the home and offering a vast array of choices is a bit overwhelming at first, but then you start realizing how cool it really is. This store is clearly a hodgepodge for the consumable shopper, but its not necessarily all affordable. It does make sense though since they make it your one-stop shop for all your concentrated needs. What I mean is by example, I was looking for a new shower head. They had a specific one that cost $59.99 that is clearly meant to enhance your shower experience. However, later that day I went to another store to pick up prescriptions. Out of curiosity I went to their shower head section. I saw the same exact item I saw at BBAB for $49.99. I saw that at BBAB they offer a price match, but they really make you work for it. So yeah overall its a fantastic store for that key upper-middle to upper class shopper happy to drop hundreds if not thousands on a dime, but if youre on a strict budget, I wouldnt shop here.

Well the weekend of I desperately needed this specific item because my grandchildren were coming to visit. And I had already purchased 2 twin bed topper but it didn’t fit so I wanted to exchange it for a queen size. When I go to return it, I told the cashier Diane that I just wanted to exchange it for 2 queen sizes instead and she was very helpful and checked to see if there was more in stock on the computer. And had told me there was very few left so she’d try her best to get her Bed associate to find it. She calls several times for an associate no one answers, and told me she’ll go get it. I waited quite a while and she comes back carrying both of the items. She then even apologized for the wait because she had to get it from a the top shelf. Such a sweet and well mannered young lady, showed excellent customer service. Even help me sign up for the 20% entire purchase program. She not only went out of her way to find my items but even helped me save money. The customer service here was spectacular I will now always be a loyal customer.

This place has so much for the home! Lots of hard to find items. Stuff you didnt even know you needed. A gadget for everything. Most prices are good, but check, sometimes theyre not the cheapest but they price match.

I am from an entirely different part of the state, but happened to be staying on Nasa Parkway for a wedding last weekend. I wanted to give a very specific gift to the bride, but, did not order online in time and the store in my home town had absolutely no selection of fine items. Out of all of the Bed Bath and Beyonds in the state, this particular store happened to have the exact item I wanted in stock!!! I found the store on Google maps. Made it to the location with ease. Was in an absolute rush on a Saturday afternoon, hours before the wedding, but, was greeted quickly by an employee, sent directly to the correct department, and was rang up in a flash!! The cashier was extremely kind and even prompted me for a coupon. They saved me and saved me some money as well!! So fortunate that I was staying near this store. Great experience and great customer service. Keep it up.

Great place to get ideas, compare prices, and purchase good quality items for your dorm, apartment, or house. Love that BB&B accepts ALL their expired coupons - no matter how old. The Texas/local decor at the front is great and the recent remodel makes it so much easier to navigate thru the store.

The crack of home stores. Once you have that first item in your cart, the rest easily follows. What better then a place where you can buy dishes, snacks, beauty supplies and pillows. The staff is very nice, the store is huge, and my house is already improved after a visit.

I was searching for a specific 11 storage bin at a reasonable price. The catch was I needed 84 of them! Long story short Bill S., one of the managers helped me to order the exact quantity & color I needed for my business. Despite me walking in on a busy Sunday afternoon, he was extremely helpful and took the time to actually process the order himself! Its nice to know there are still people out there who care about great customer service!!! Thanks again Bill.

They have just recently remodeled and reorganized the store. Tons of items! They now have a Houston/Texas section up front with lots of skyline wrapped canvases and wooden signs of downtown Houston, Galveston and Kemah.

Pam made my day so much easier. They didnt have what I wanted but she called another store to get them to hold it for me. This was my first ever visit here too so great first impression.

BB and B has updated their look! Very trendy and airy! Store is easier to shop and not so cluttered! Still expensive, but with a little shopping savvy, still has good buys!

Nice store to browse or find an item other stores don’t carry. Very big store, & prices are okay on some items and others higher. Clearance is usually very nice and have a little bit of everything for everyone. Associates are helpful and checking out quickly can be a hit or miss at times with.

We just moved and needed several things for decor and necessities as well, we found everything here without running all over town. Friendly and extremely helpful staff that pointed out some sale items that we needed as well. Not to mention the Homemedics massage chair that made my day after the move, so relaxing. So give them a try if you are in the area.

They have everything you need or want for your home/living space. Check out is easier now...dont have to jockey for position or the shortest line. Only problem....resisting purchasing more than what is on your list.

Today was a nice time in the store. It was a little difficult to find a sales associate towards the rear of the store. When a lady was in our area, she was informative, helpful and showed us how to maneuver through the store.

Managers were ever helpful and understanding with our situation.

I love shopping at this place and almost never have a problem. They have so many different great items to buy you could spend hours walking around and looking. My minor problem was that I had asked for a gift receipt on one item and the employee forgot to ring it up. I had to go to the service desk and wait in another line for awhile to get the receipt since the first employee wasnt able to pull one up after she closed out the purchases. That was a little irritating to me.

For years, has been one of my favorite go to stores. The clearance section after the holidays is usually my first stop! Youll lose your mind if youre a bargain hunter like me. Btw, remember to save the coupons you receive on the U.S. mail they always come on handy!!

Havent been since they remodeled it, but it looks a lot more open and inviting now. They also have food demo which is awesome.

Wasnt too pleased today. My husband paid to have 20% off on everything for the next year. He texted me the coupon, which I kept on my phone.Today it didnt work and the cashier said that it was invalid and that was just the way it was.Anyway, I love BB&B and will be back, but not without a coupon in hand.

Great customer service! I arrived as soon as the store opened this morning and Joanie was at the front of the store asking people if they needed help finding anything. I was looking for one specific item from their website. She stopped at a computer to check inventory and then helped me search the department until we found the item!

Didnt have what i saw online, but staff was helpful! The store is getting a new layout, so lots of construction. Buy buy baby is right next door so very convenient!

They advertise price matching… but they do not. I went in to buy and an espresso maker and Target and Amazon had it cheaper. When I got to the cash register to pay they said that those were not true competitors and could not honor the price match. I left it there and walked out. I went a 1/2 mile up the road to Target and bought exactly what I wanted.

VERY disappointed in the customer service that my wife received yesterday. My wife is a frequent shopper there. Yesterday, she went to return a set of dog stairs and the employee behind the customer service desk questioned if theyd been used and my wife explained to her that they hadnt because our two small dogs were scared of the stairs. Not to mention they had the cardboard on them still attached in brand new condition. Then the employee asked if my wife wanted the original receipt and my wife said yes then the employee said why?, thats the only thing on the receipt?. Then she gave it to my wife plus the new receipt with the refund and then made a comment those are my staples when my wife asked her kindly if shed staple them together. Then my wife goes to check out by another employee there and the clearance item rang up regular price. My wife then brought it to the employees attention. She TOLD my wife youll need to go take a picture of the clearance tag. Seriously? My wife did and when she brought the picture back the employee questioned the clearance price being wrote in red marker (like my wife had a red marker on hand). Therefore, the employee goes to find the tag herself and was unable to do so. The customer service desk was unaware that their clearance products were wrote in red marker. My wife was all upset about the whole experience she received yesterday.

With a 20% of coupon and the clearance and sale items, everything is affordable. And they do have everything for the bed and bath...but not so much for thebeyond. I find their linens lacking.

Am going to have to give this place a 2 stars due to the fact that it depends who you get at the register in order to use your $5 off coupon. The lady I got in my register decided that I couldn’t use the expired one that I had from baby depot. Although I been going to Bed bath and beyond forever and I have never been told I couldn’t use it before. In any of the many stores I have been to, only in this one by this ONE CASHIER.
