The worker in the store who helped us tonight went above and beyond to help us get in and out of the store quicker... He helped us find what we needed to help us get to the checkout and pay for it faster... I was VERY grateful for his help... I even complimented him on his service by telling him he went above and beyond what was expected of him!! This guy deserves a raise I wish I got his name from him but I didnt..

This experience with Home Depot has been the worse experience I ever had with any store. I bought a fridge, a little after 3 months later it doesn’t freeze nor get cold at all. I put a warranty claim and their warranty department has came 4 times and they haven’t been able to fix it. I’m now going on 50 days without a fridge and Home Depot doesn’t seem to care. They haven’t given me any updates, they transfer me from person to person. The parts that the warranty department orders are always incorrect. Stay away from them. You never know when you will be out a fridge and have to constantly eat out. It will be a huge expense. Home Depot doesn’t care about their customers.

I usually like this Home Depot. Staffs are usually very helpful and efficient. However, I was very disappointed about how they attempted to push away the responsibility and inconsiderate yesterday. Especially the shift manager on 8/19/2021 4:50pm and a customer service employee Mxxx. A word of advice: dont order appliance online. Order from store or no one will be responsible if anything goes wrong.Or, order from Best Buy.Last Sunday I ordered a chest freezer online to be shipped from this store. I received it the next morning and verified it was DOA in the evening. I called the customer service phone number next morning and was asked to call the store. The store initially told me that they do not pick up defected item and i will have to bring it back myself. Then I got transferred to someone that said they would pick up next day. Next day, nobody showed up so I called, transferred, and wait and wait and finally decided to give up and talk to someone in the store in person. I went to the store next day and the customer service lady didnt know how to handle. She called the manager and manager told her to call .com. We told her that we had called and was told to contact store because the item was shipped from the store (credit card record also showed it was charged by the store) and we asked to talk to the manager. She just kept telling us the manager said to call .com and the manager refused to come talking to us. She then discussed with her coworker, made a few phone calls. We were just standing there waiting for at least 20 min. After she hung up, she just went on to help other customers and completely ignore us! During this time, a line of people waiting for return were just also standing there waiting with us without getting help until someone asked to have manager finding more help. It was as if customers should just wait. Her coworkers that she discussed with finally took over our case and arranged pick up! It wasnt that hard! Now I still have to see if I get the correct amount of refund.

I shopped for some paint at this location last week. Chadwick ( in paint department ) was awesome, very professional and helpful. This was the second time he has helped me complete my job perfectly. He did more work than 2 guys in the paint department at HD close to my house. If you ever need some paint, I highly recommend for your to see him.

I placed the order for 480 pressure - treated . I payed 919.69. I pick up 364 unit. The left is 116 that I did not pick up. I return 44 unit. My total that I have to pay is 320 unit. The computer is $ 644.28 plus taxes. ( its 364 units) my total refund is 137.77 ( 72 units) and $85.44( 44 units) which is 116 units. But I only used 320 because I returned 44 pieces. The mistake was made by customer service return. When I returned the 44 pieces you subtracted from 116 pieces left.I spoke with the manager and the cashier with no right answer, because they only check the last bill and they didnt check the details. The order number is there, please fix it ..I want the money left back to my card.

Need to train their people better. Its almost a complete waste of time to ask for specific help from someone that works in that department. I was met with more I dont knows then I shouldve. The store is clean and well stocked. Oh and the checkouts are ridiculously slow too.

Take my advice, buy your appliances at Costco. Costcos return policy is much better. We bought a garage freezer from Home Depot and the one that was delivered was defective and can not be repaired. I tried to return the appliance only to discover that I have to return it though another company who will not pick up the non-functioning freezer and wont credit me back for the sales tax. This transaction is going to cost me money because now I need to pay sales tax again on the next unit I purchase. I purposefully chose a local store to do business with just for something like this. The return policy is terrible, they just shove you off onto another seller. I am giving two starts because the staff tried to assist, but their hands are tied.

Very helpful, friendly, professional and welcoming staff. It is rare that you pass one aisle without someone asking you if you need help. Beside all the improvement home stuff that they have, their Halloween and Christmas decorations are unbeatable in price and quality!

Karen was about to leave for the day…she answered my question about flags to mark my property line/sprinkler line…did not find it…ran into her again and explained I had no luck…she was obviously off work but she took the time to help me find what I needed. We FOUND IT…and she was so kind. She works at the Webster, Texas store. Thank you Karen!

Great Home Depot! Stocked with most items I need. Home decor stock can be low at times but we just get online and order it after we see the store display. Staff are friendly and helpful and returns are easy. Great garden section too!

One of the better HD in the area. Close to home for me and easy access. Staff could be more helpful but overall an adequate experience.

You would think someone in the customer service department of this place would be able to help people. I waited in line for several minutes waiting for someone at the pro desk but they hid until they were closed at 6 so I had to go to the customer service desk. I waited several minutes there while one employee stood by and chatted. She eventually decided to help me lol when Alex came over it seemed well at first but she refused to call my office for a phone sle because they dont do what the pro desk does so where are pro customer supposed to go after hours, Lowes? What a joke, there are other home depot locations not far away, I hope Alex learns to help people or gets put in the back stocking shelves.

They usually have a really good tool selection compared to some other Home Depots.

My dad ordered a tree pruner for in-store pickup and sent me. I just wanted to give kudos to the one that earned them. Felipe and Celeste at the service desk went above and beyond today. The product that was pulled was in rough shape (packaging was busted, product was scuffed up, strictly cosmetic) Celeste and Felipe came to the rescue and immediately went and pulled a product that looked great (and worked great)! Thanks again Celeste and Felipe, rockstar customer service!

I was trying to get a purchase finalized at the customer service booth when it was brought to my attention the customer service person was about to clock out in a few minutes. The lady was kind and courteous, so she told her co-worker to take care of us. Her co-worker was a older man. After the lady left us the older man took a look at Me and my friend and turned around and walked off. He didnt acknowledge our presence or even speak, no eye contact, nothing. So after waiting for 5 minutes, I went to the restroom.Upon exiting the restroom I asked the lady what happened to the older man that was supposed to help us and she told me that he was in the break room, and that he went on break at this time. A manager named Johnny overheard our conversation and came out of the breakroom to investigate the situation. This manager took care of his business and put everything back in order. I felt that the color of my skin was a decisive decision on the older man not to render service to me and my friend. Not going to tolerate this attitude from anyone.

I went to but a new grill it took me a bit to pick the right one but when I was looking for the one I wanted I found it but the people there were more interested in talking to each other then to helping me but when the guy finally helped me he was super informative and helpful but no body help me load it on to the my truck so overall an okay experience but wish they were more helpful

Bought a super expensive refrigerator - delivery guy took it to the wrong house and gave it to someone else. Spent two weeks trying to get a new refrigerator but eventually cancelled the order. Manager refused my calls, was told hes too busy grilling to talk to me about the missing refrigerator and $3232 refund.

We ordered American Woodmark cabinets for our bathrooms, and were told that due to supply chain disruptions they were going to take longer than they typically would, but they would be here within an 8 to 10 week period. We based our move out date from our old house and our move in date on our new house upon this information. 12 weeks later we are missing a component and can’t have the countertops installed without it, and are facing moving into a house with no sinks in bathrooms. The company says they don’t even have the materials to begin production on it, so there isn’t even an estimated shipping date. Never again.

This isnt even the closest Home Depot to us but this is one we always come to because the customer service is unmatched! Today, a gentleman in the parking lot saw me struggling with loading up a ton of returns and he stopped what he was doing to help me out and then took the cart inside for me. Then, Aleyda at Customer Service was super helpful, super friendly, and super patient with the multitude of returns. Love this store and the people who work here! El Dorado Home Depot is the best.

Can home Depot not afford to pay cashiers or have cash self checkout ANYMORE. I DO NOT want to have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check out while there are literally 5 or 6 employees standing around chash register talking. There should not be self checkout for card customers only. Most home depots I go to have at least 1 or 2 cash self checkouts and people on at least 23 or 4 resisters. No one her knows where anything is, or they just dont care. Will be going to Fairmont location from now on just so I am not wasting time STANDING IN LINE JUST TO PAYIN CASH

Ordered a table and chairs to be delivered April 9th. Order delivery was delayed once from the promised date. Eventually 4 chairs arrive but no table. After multiple phone calls on our part, we are told that they cannot find the table and we have to dismantle the chairs and return them for a full refund.Eventually we kept the chairs and they refunded the table. So now we have 4 chairs, no table and waited over 5 weeks to get messed around and left unsatisfied. Do better Home Depot!!

Went to answer an appointment for a job interview.The HR manager did not go to far into the interview because she concluded that I was overqualified!I had to laugh, because I felt very sure that my prior work history would be sufficient for the job of cleaning. She even commented that . You were employed a long time, that is goodNot meant to be for now.This is all ok, just a disappointment.

Usually well stocked and good prices. I shop also at Lowes and its about the same. Great return policy. Customer service is pretty good depending what department you are in. Tool department great, lumber kinda slow. Some of the people working there know everything about the store and some only know about what department they are working.

We asked 3 different workers to ask where they kept their saw horses. One straight up said they didnt know and too lazy to find out. The next worker sent us to the opposite side of the store. Thats when we ran into Jeff he knew exactly where they were. Gave great Customer service was only going to give a one ⭐ but because of JEFF I gave 3. I took away 2 stars for the other 3 workers poor Customer Services and non professional behavior. After searching their web page for item at this location, I went to store to purchase. After inquiring 3 different customer rep, I was sent on a wild goose hunt to no avail. I asked 2nd rep who did not even know what a hand truck was and suggested I check their rental dept..on my way out the door I asked the 3rd rep who said this item was not carried at that location. Since my daughter had made a purchased I waited for her in the car. I also pulled up the item again on their website to confirm Id looked at the right location..I did, but by now Im too aggravated to deal with nonchalant workers who either didnt know what items their store carries, or were too lazy to look or just didnt care. So my business was conducted elsewhere. The rep there not only assisted me, but went with me showing exactly where the item was..I was in and out in less than 10 minutes time.

Home Depot is great Place for all American to Home Need.

So, yes there are other home improvement stores near me, but the people are just a little nicer and a bit more helpful. This is my first stop, if they dont have what I need, I re think the project!

Had a very poor experience with their paint department AND customer service today. Went across the street to Lowe’s and had EXCELLENT customer service all around. Kindness gets my business every time!

While they didnt have everything I was looking for, the one thing that truly impressed me was that their associates on the floor were willing and able to help. I will definitely be shopping here again. (Lowes, I gave you plenty of opportunities to shine but now..I am done with you!)

I like home Depot I just dont like it they changed it or you have to get your concrete inside now takes longer to get it I like to be able to pull up go inside and paperwork come back out and load it you got to go inside now

Im leaving this review for Reggie who works in the plumbing department. Reggie was awesome and a lifesaver.The drain in my apartment bathroom was leaking. The maintenance guy for the apartment complex tried to tighten the coupling but broke the pvc pipe and couldn’t fix it.I had company coming and not having a functional sink was not an option. I went to Home Depot and met Reggie. He was already supposed to have left for the day but he stayed an extra couple of minutes to help me.I explained what had happened, showed him the broken piece that I brought with me, and a pic of what under the sink looked like and he literally built the replacement part for me in the store and told me how to install it (pics attached).I was so grateful that I tried to tip him and he refused because of company policy. It’s my hope that someone at Home Depot sees this and does something special for him.Thanks again Reggie

The staff can sometimes be helpful but sometimes they refuse to help and will just shrug their shoulders or tell you the wrong isle.

So, I went to the Webster store instead of my usual clear lake shores store due to traffic going over the Kemah Bridge. I bought 16 sheets of 4x8 sheetrock. I paid for it and asked the cashier if shed open the large overhead door because thats where my truck was parked. She said theres no way. So I asked for a manager. The front end manager laughed and said absolutely not. I then asked for some help pushing it out and around to my truck, or a refund on the $172.00 purchase. Thank you to the two young men that helped me load it.

Although there are HDs Everywhere this store seems to have an organization unlike most others.. Most staff are willing to help, there are the few that still duck and dodge. Clean throughout

Terrible customer service. Save your time and money. The employees lack self respect or pride in their work, which is a clear reflection on management. Waited over 15 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on, the paint samples didn’t match the swatches and they actually scratched the table we had moved to the front to purchase! Then when speaking to the Ass.Manager Ricky, he chuckled and offered little help. There are many other Home Depot’s in the area, make the drive.

Went in to buy faucet stem for single pull faucet in Master bedroom and Reggie in plumbing was helping me and a plumbing and A/C guy overheard my conversation and told me what to buy. Reggie handed me another item and said here, buy this one. Plumber told Reggie he was incorrect. Reggie said been doing this for 16 years, buy the one I gave you.Went hope a little skeptical. After all, the A/C plumbing guy said Hey I do this for a living. So I shut the water off, took everything apart, and pulled the stem with the stem puller that Reggie also sold me. He said I would need it to get the stem out.Reggie! you are a genius. Everything you sold me was correct. Reggie is an asset to your store. Thank you Home Depot.

Mel was super busy with a task. He stopped doing what he was doing,helped me load some wood on my cart. He Then pushed the cart to the register waited for me to pay, helped load the wood in my truck and went back to what he was doing. Awesome service,great attention, hard working. Hes a keeper!

Ive never had a problem finding help at this location. Im also impressed with their covid checkout situation. This place gets crowded on the weekends but the line move pretty fast.

Love this location couldnt be without the great staff and their knowledge of prod.

I mean it was a good store but I feel the layout is kind of crazy its not easily navigatable as far as the way everythings laid out it just feels different I guess maybe because its an older store but and theres lots of displays everywhere but check out was fast even with the security at the end of the PVC aisle limiting customers to 15 at a time on the aisle

We come for supplies when we are in the field working. This is one of the most amazing Home Depots Ive ever been to. Its so clean and everything is in its spot!!! The bathrooms are very clean that is a SUPER BIG +...... Shelia at self check out is so Awesome. It makes me very sad that she is leaving. But overall all of the employees are Great. I hope management knows how good their staff is. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for them all.

Unfortunate that Home Depot thinks like home owners. Home owners dont think about about preparations in case of bad weather etc. So they depend on places like Home Depot to provide its consumers with their needs. Well the PROVIDER showed theyre not prepared as well. 🤷‍♀️They didnt have the items needed to prepare my home from the COLD.

This my preferred Home Depot location. Have items in stocked and friendly service. Definitely worth the extra drive when Im closer to other locations.

This particular home depot has shown themselves to b far above the others... During a time when plumbing issues were at its worse...a appluade there customer service an employees..

I have placed two separate orders through home depot to install backsplash and to install French doors in my home. it has now been 8 weeks and I still do not have my materials, nor do I have an arrival time for my materials or installation date. I have called home depot 10 times and have driven there three times to pick up my materials with no success or information.

Went to buy some AC filters. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially the man at the front whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. Landy? Would recommend!God Bless.

Order online for curbside. Went to store immediately when I got the message that the order was ready (I live 5 minutes away). Upon arrival they could not locate my order. I was handed off to different people a couple of times. Keep in mind several employees were just sitting around talking and not bothering to help when asked. The final person that was helping us was pulled away by a person needing a key made. I finally located my order myself. I still was in awe the lack of customer support and the fact that they had no idea where my order was. Might be time to switch to Lowes.
