Not a huge store, I thinks it medium. So that translates to them not having a huge stock or just merchandise in general. Still, the place does a great job stocking the stuff that sells the best. I think their cellphone department does a better job then any carrier store. So theres that.
Josh B. In the cell phone section was amazing. There were activation issues on my phone that was being shipped which was neither of our faults but he helped me over the span of three days in the store for over an hour each time and never got frustrated, constantly apologized for the inconvenience (which I wasn’t upset), and was determined to fix the issue! Thank you so much Josh!
Our online order was for a different location, but Andrew the supervisor helped us get the item we wanted. I felt embarrassed but he kept a cool composure. 10/10 will keep shopping here.
There is a lot of electronics in this store. Theyve got computers, laptops, monitors, TVs, drones, cameras, GoPros, smart ovens, microwaves, smart lighting, and so much more. They even have a little theatre in the back with remote controlled curtains, lighting, and sound.
Horrible service. Ordered online and then i pick up my items. Just to find out they messed up my date of pick up, they had the item in hand, and said i cant pick it up till it gets cleared from the warehouse. The guy was lazy to begin with, didnt care or show an sympathy and have to go back to pick up my order. They arent good when it comes to order things. Ive had the same issue in the past when purchasing a phone and they took 1 hour! Keep away from this one!!
Its Best Buy the one place to get all your electronic items at good price, walk in or delivered to your car. I bought a Dell monitor for my gaming PC and I love it. The price was also good.

Arent capable of answering their own phone so it goes to a call center. I have been waiting a total of over 40 minutes now since, Margaret at the call center hung up on me, just to find out when a Samsung tech will be at the store to look at my watch.

I bought a Netgear modem from this store 3 weeks ago. The modem did not work when installed, and this was verified by an Xfinity tech who came out to the house. So I tried to bring it back to the store to switch it out with a different one. They refused the exchange because I did not keep a receipt and do not have a registered account with best buy. Now Im stuck with a $150 modem that does not work. Avoid this store, they do not stand behind the products they sell.

Found what I needed. Had to ask the guy at the front door to help me. One guy said he would come back to help and never returned. Then a young lady came over to help. So much help that she walked right past me to help an older couple. Kudos to the guy at the front door.

Looking for a laptop and stood by the one we were interested in. Three salesmen were standing near us but they were too busy talking and joking among them selves to notice us. Several times one salesman started toward us but then turned back to his buddies. After 10 to 15 minutes we left.
Went to pick up a product and the transaction was very smooth and fast and the associate was very friendly
Asked for help finding a phone charger for a samsung not made anymore. Was just pointed in a direction to go. Not helped at all. Had to make a best guess decision about a 35$ charger. Not impressed with the customer service.

No graphics cards. No surprise, but if they would just follow Microcenters lead on providing graphics cards for customers, they would have five stars from everyone all day long.

I went in to purchase a specific tv, while browsing a csa offered assistance, and I told him what I was looking for. He retrieved it from the back, rang me up without delay or trying to push any agenda, and then helped me load it into my car. Great experience.
Staff is useless and dont know what they are doing. My husband went in the store for some assistance & they basically sold him something that wasnt even needed and all together wrong. When I went in the store to return the item & get the correct item the staff again attempted to sell me the wrong item.I would have given a 0 rating had I been allowed.

Great deals when you catch a big sale, or deal of the day. Has pretty good selection of electronics. Not the best prices for cables...Frys is way cheaper. Customer service is usually pretty good. Most reps are pretty knowledgeable. They dont always have things in stock, maybe just the holidays.

I usually order online and pick up my orders when ready. Ive used the service for years and have only had an issue once. That was when they attempted to sell my a product that had already been opened and reshelved. I paid for a new product and not an opened product which are supposed to be cheaper. I like my things new. Other than that they are a good all around spot to pick up your electronic needs.

Store isnt confusingly laid out so finding what youre looking for is pretty quick. Staff was helpful when asked but didnt go out of their way to approach customers. Overall, a positive experience.
If you want to speak to a human about the status of your delivery, this store is not for you. I was given a 6 hour window for the delivery of two large appliance items. That window came and went without any delivery or phone call to update me about the status.Because of this I called the store to ask where my items were and if they were going to still be delivered that day.I was on hold for two hours, transferred to 12 different people, given two different phone numbers to call by two different Best Buy representatives, neither one went to a working phone line, asked to speak to a manager, and never once actually spoke to a manager. The last person I spoke to said, “Oh, well you are just going to have to wait around all day and they should show up at some point.”When I asked if they could call the delivery men to find out if it would actually be delivered that day the reply was, “No, we have no way to contact our delivery men.”The delivery men, who are third party vendors, showed up two hours after the six hour delivery window. The delivery men stated they told Best Buy the night before the window that they would deliver my items. The window was late afternoon early evening. This information was never conveyed to me. I was emailed and phone called by Best Buy the night before with an early morning time.In the end I am left extremely underwhelmed by Best Buy and their ability to communicate effectively between third party vendors and their customers. I will not use Best Buy for my purchases in the future simply due to their lack of respect for customers.

I went today to this location to look for major appliances for our kitchen. I go usually to Fairmont location, but I chose Baybrook this time. The place is very nice, and organized. They have a lot of options and models. I focused mostly on the kitchen and utilities room section. The employee that help us out was very friendly and professional. He was very patient and helpful, and it seems like he is the only one who is doing work in that area, while there were three ladies sitting by the computes playing on their phones (for most of the time that we were there that took good of two hours). Great place, they could have better staff though.

They did not disappoint. Every year i shop for the majority of Christmas presents at Best Buy. I had done my homework and knew what I needed to get when I got there. However, I didnt know the layout of the store. A representative came up to me right as I began looking around and offered to help. Found everything for me and I had the items I needed and was checked out by Cory so efficiently and quickly. Cory was so nice! Makes me happy to know that even in these crazy times, we can still smile and have patience with each other.

We were going to purchase a printer online from Best Buy but decided on visiting the store to purchase one to take home immediately. Much to our surprise, there wasnt hardly any printers to choose from esp the one we were eyeing to buy. The associate ordered the one we wanted for us. So we really didnt have to visit the store. All in all, our experience was great.

This place was terrible, I wanted to shop for an audio system part but they would only let you in the store if you had an appointment. They said you could shop online and pick it up there, but most of the parts would not be available until next week. I could use another part but I had to look up each part and see if they had it. Too cumbersome, I went to Frys Electronics and shopped for the part I needed and went home. Done. Thanks a lot Best Buy!! I wont be back.

I ordered $16k in appliances back in November. It is now March and still not here. DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY for getting appliances on-time. I executed a $60k kitchen remodel and it has been completed for 60 days. Still no range. Still no one will reply to my request for help. Their support and customer service is horrible!
