At my visit to Verizon in Webster I worked with Angela. She was so patient and helpful with all my concerns. Being a Senior with little to no tech savvy she made the whole experience a pleasure. Knowledge, patience and cheerful attitude made the experience awesome. Its the best experience I have had with a service provider. Thank you.

Eleni is the very best ever! A week ago my phone fell in the sink, went to my Verizon store with my totally dead phone, filled the insurance claim. Next morning I had my replacement phone and went back to my Verizon store, the young man said he was able to retrieve my photos but not my contacts. Went home with that on the new phone, only to view the photos and realize they were the photos from my husbands phone. Heartbroken as there were photos of my deceased daughter now gone. But the stubborn side of me kept the dead phone on a charger and after a few days it made sounds at the same time as my replacement phone. Today I returned to my Verizon store, the man who helped me last week offered to help, I declined and waited for Eleni to finish with her customer. Explained with the sound I had hoped she could retrieve my photos, and thats my husbands photos were on my phone. Within 5 minutes she retrieved all my photos and contacts!!!!!! Eleni knows her stuff, you are lucky to have her. As for me, she retrieved all my photos, especially important were the photos of my deceased daughter. Thank you Eleni, and thank you Verizon for having such a brilliant woman to service customers.
I do not wish to go into great detail about why I had to visit today, But I would like to say, that I am extremely pleased with how my visit went. Cyrus is who helped when I entered the store, after waiting of course. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond the service in which I expected of him. He helped so much that I could not help but leaving the store with a little skip in my step.I just wanted to give him a shutout here on google review, he was a beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about all products and how they should be used.Thank you again Cyrus for everything!
Went into the store to inquire about something on my bill. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what I couldnt make sense of. I love going into this store because the staff there is top notch! I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Dont go anywhere guys! Youre a great service to the community.
Made an online order, it was ready to go when i was there. Employee said “hi we will be with you in a minute” and i waited a hour and a half for them to tell me something went wrong with the online team and i had to come back later. Instead both 2 workers (only2 workers working) were working with 1 party. Waited so long for them to send me home when they could of have checked an email and tell me it wasnt done.But they were polite about it.

Ive had a few interactions with the employees at this location in the past two weeks, and in all cases Ive been extremely impressed with the politeness, patience, perseverance and professionalism of the staff. The issues at the root of our particular problems were at the carrier-level of their competitors (as we sought to leave AT&T), and then later at the carrier-level with Verizon, as some glitch in the changeover was preventing my mothers phone from receiving texts. While they were troubleshooting her phone, I also saw them help a few other people with questions and problems in a way that I have to say was exemplary. There was never a hint of condescension or frustration as they helped with solutions for all-- including us. Today, we were helped by Amber and Tyler, and on the first visit by another young gentleman who was equally knowledgeable and pleasant. Apparently our issue this time was very unusual, and once it was resolved, they seemed eager to add the new knowledge to their memories. As a non-tech-savvy fifty-something, I can especially recommend the staff at this location to the AARP generation!
I would give 10 stars if I could, Cynthia made sure to help me with anything I needed.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with Verizon since my initial sign up in December 2014. I had switched from At&t because service was not so good in the area that I lived. I signed up on the Edge Plan and ordered my device. When I went to port my phone number from At&t it did not work, I then took my phone into the Verizon store in Webster and was helped by Matt Racine. I showed him my receipts and explained to him that I just needed to port my number in that I had already signed up by another Verizon store location. Matt Racine said okay and proceeded to help me. I left the store after everything was taken care of. However when I received my bill a month later it showed a third line added to my account. When I contacted the Verizon help-desk they explained to me that Matt Racine had not ported in my number but instead signed me up with a regular 2 year contract and kept the temporary phone number on the account. I asked why he would have done that and they told me that Matt might have done this to earn commission/sales for himself.Verizon also explained to me that this error cannot be fixed, that the Edge plan has to stay with the original phone number and since Matt did not port correctly there was no way to get the Edge plan and no way of getting the discount. The Verizon help desk explained that I should talk with this store and see if there is anything they can do to rectify the situation. Upon talking with Matt Racine he originally told me he would get to the bottom of this, that I was in good hands, and that he didnt understand what exactly he had done but that he was going to fix it and make sure that I received any credits that were due to me. This was over 2 weeks ago and Matt has contacted me once to tell me that he is still working on this situation. When I contacted him he lied and said that he tried to call me, which he did not, I have no record of the call he made or a voice-mail from him. When I asked him where he was with this issue he explained that he was still waiting for them to fix it. I asked if I needed to do anything and he said no we are just waiting at this point. I then asked about the credits being issued seeing as I received another bill that was incorrect. He said that he was not in charge of credits and had no control over that. What a strange thing to say when just 2 weeks ago he explained to me that I would get what was due to me.I have wasted my time, money, and effort to have this situation fixed and have been given the run around from everyone involved. Please be advised that Matt is not a helpful employee and seems to only be looking out for himself and his commission/sales. The people that I have spoke with at Verizon help desk have assured me that this problem happened because of what Matt Racine did. I would also like to add that while I was waiting for Matt to port over my phone number he approached me to trade in my old Iphone5 for a $210.00 Best Buy gift card.I was originally going to do it and then decided that the whole thing seemed like a scam of some sort considering the phone was not worth that much anyways. What kind of Verizon Employee asks this of a customer? Please be advised if Matt Racine helps you he is more than likely doing it for himself and not the customer. This is the worst I have ever been treated by anyone in the retail world.

What a difference new management makes. Met with Camille to choose a new phone, and the experience was great. Camille was knowledgeable and charming. This was a much better experience than the last time I visited Amcomm.

This store is under new management and has all new employees since these terrible reviews. Since being hired on as the store manager about a year ago, I have worked tirelessly to provide above and beyond customer service without the salesy feel the store had before. Im assuming the reason there havent been any reviews is because people have been generally satisfied with us (people are more likely to write a negative review than a positive one). So if you want a low pressure experience come on down.
Staff are plesant. I was referred by a friend. Paying for a non contract plan for two years. I went to switch carriers because I found more for my dollar. I was told I couldnt transfer my Verizon phone number with me. I went down to Verizon store to get a code to transfer the phone to another carrier. They never called with code. I went to Wal-Mart to help me get my number transfered to different carrier. They said that Verizon Puts a block on number so you cant transfer number to another carrier. Had to have new carrier representative call Verizon to get account number to get everything transferred. Verizon even gave the new carrier a hard time. Honestly would not go back with Verizon, there a rip off. One good thing is the staff were polite.
Absolutely terrible customer service, if I could give this zero stars, I would. Placed and order online and it took HOURS to get it ready to be picked up in the store. Once I got to the store, it was another hour plus, when they told me it was ready. I received a very insincere “sorry”. The two working had zero idea what to do, neither did the manager they called that runs the store. Will never use this location again.

I visted Amcomm Wireless in Webster, MA recently to upgrade my phone and met with Nichole. She provided great, friendly service and was happy to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone in the are using Verizon.

Dealt with plenty of times.Sometimes it takes some time to get associates help but only cause theyre busy with other customers. Does seem understaffed.But always helpful, friendly staff so far here.

I came into the store about a week ago....dont have the exact date. I am an active at and t customer and was coming into to switch myself and my family to verizon for better service and cheaper plan prices. I was helped by a woman and a man who stepped in to help eventually (i believe his name waa alex) but i cannot recall the womans name. Alex was awesome, however the woman who helped me was extremely disrespectful, on her phone the whole time, and dodged most questions i had. Alex is the only reason i did not speak to the manager because of how well he treated me after being treated pretty badly by the woman. All i can remember is she was sitting at a desk and had blonde hair. Regardless, i got so frustrated with feeling like i was bothering the girl by asking simple questions so i simply told alex thank you very much for the help (i highly highly recommend him) but at the point i was too frustrated with how i was treated. I ended up leaving the store in a very upset manner and will never step foot back in this store. I think ill stick with the extra 10 dollars i pay on AT&T rather than dealing with such disrespect. Again i cannot stress how much alex tried to fix the situation but i was so aggravated by then due to the woman that nothing was going to change my mind. Stay away.
We bought our HTC One M8 phones last spring along with what was portrayed as an excellent protection plan through Protect Cell. This plan cost about $167 per phone, but covered everything right down to stolen or lost phones. In such cases, for a $150 deductible, we were told the phone would be replaced with the newest model. Well, my phone was recently stolen. Needless to say, Protect Cell initially said they would only replace the phone with a new model if the old HTC Once M8 was out of stock. Then they said that under no circumstances will they replace the phone with the latest model; however, multiple people must have been sold on that factor because we were not the first customer to mention it. Also, despite having put in the order for a new phone last Thursday, and being told that a new one would be here Monday, (Tuesday the latest), now the HTC One M8 is not available and on back order. Therefore, I am completely without a phone until further notice. Neither Protect Cell or the Verizon store want to take responsibility for it. Verizon sold a protection plan under false advertising and now the company which is supposed to fulfill that plan is, of course, completely inept. Proof that the most expensive providers do not equate to the highest quality.
