Last time I came here to get a new phone and number but they didnt tell me about insurance and, they put insurance on my new phone. It wasnt a galaxy or iPhone phone so, no needed for insurance. I will never know it if I didnt call customer service and, they explained me about that extra charges in my account. Now I damaged my phone and, I tried to get a new phone and number again but, they didnt explained about 20 dollars cost just for making changes in my account. They only charged me 30 dollars in the store. when I checked my account it has plus 20 dollars up so, I come back and ask them what is this 20 dollars for? If they already charged me 30 dollars? So, she explained me 30 dollars for new line plus 20 just for making changes in your account? Dont come here.
The staff here is extremely helpful please go and get your phones fixed or Pay your bill ect.
Very unhappy with the service, from store and head quarter it self! How can u buy a fone but not return it, with in hrs cause ur not happy with fone! Even if its not an upgrade!!

Employees dont seem to care about what the customer needs and wouldnt be able to show it even if they did because they would still have had only 1 phone option for customers toupgrade to.
I bought a phone 2 days ago and they won’t return it the policy’s state after 7 days you can’t return the product. Worse pathetic place to come to....! They rip you off.
