Very disappointed in the service. The guy who helped us was inexperienced and sloppy. We bought a new phone with a case and a screen protector, as he was checking us out he begins to put the case and the screen protector on. Well he was using a dirty old rag that had been sitting on his table for who knows how long and didnt even bother using the things included in the kit to begin with. Anyways we go on to get it installed and after removing the screen protector about 3 times we ended up with bubbles all on the screen. We realized it after we got in the car and stepped back inside to ask if we could get a new screen protector to install it ourselves and he tried to charge me for it. What upset me most is that he didnt even ask if he could put it on and then when he left it all bubbly he couldnt even own up to his own mistake. Would not go in to get anything from him ever again. His name is Daniel by the way i believe he was just an associate or sales rep. He definitely wasnt any type of management material.

They lie to you. Dont know what they talking about either.

Fast working service! They definitely know how to fix issues and do it in a timely manner! Never had any issues with the service or towers being down. Definitely would recommend this location as well as the work diligently.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years and they are now under amazing new management. Staff is educated on products, and very kind. The assistant manager was very helpful when I went in for my new phone.

Ive been with Cricket the cell phone company for about eight years or more I went to Hawaii with two other people they had two different plans I was the only one on the whole trip 14 days that never never my phone did not stop working both of their phones didnt so I had to take over 300 photos from my phone that I have been with Cricket who is also AT&T now too. I love the people that work in the stores and they go way out of their way to help you teach you how to use your phone and I have turned many people over to this company phone company and Im telling you now anybody it is one of the best best best best cell phone companies Ive ever had Merry Christmas everyone.

Caution if you are signing up for a new phone to try it. Be sure to return on 6th day even though receipt states 7 day return policy. Day of purchase counts as day one!

The store was nice and tidy however, I did not like the employees. They were being extremely pushy and intimidating even after I told them I would not be switching to cricket until the following day. One of the employees insisted on giving him my phone so he could unlock it and then tried to give me a psychic reading....he began asking me if I had a brother, when I was born, all this stuff which was so creepy that I left the store and have not yet even switched to cricket. I now have to find a different cricket store to sign up, because this man WS so bizarre.

Not only did they mess up my husbands phone plan and lied to us, when we joined them, but they are also always not in stock with our products that we need. Dont ever go to this place. They never really support their customers and provide poor customer service.

Not to good.Their phones were out dated.I asked for a new charger, they didnt have them. I asked for the new Samsung thats out they said all they had was what was on display which was old and out dated along with hardly having anything at all period! Well At@t Im signing up with you!

I went to have my memory card changed out and got help from someone who seemed kinda new. BEWARE when going here, one of their employees are ridiculously sly and unnecessarily rude.
