This is the worst arrangement I have ever seen. Do not go to this location. The arrangement is not full, fruit is cut super thick (look at oranges), nor arranged in the pretty peak like formation. What a waste of $130. Never again

My experience with Edible Arrangements was very good. The person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. My arrangement was beautiful and fresh looking. I hand delivered it and the person I delivered it to loved it . I will definitely uses Edible Arrangements again.

Worst experience ever!! I ordered online for a Ghost daisy petite to be delivered to my grandson in Seabrook, Tx on October 30, 2021. No delivery. Then October 31, 2021 came and late in the afternoon I got a call from the Webster store saying there system was down on the 30th and the 31st and that they couldn’t deliver until today, Monday, the 1st of November. So much for a Halloween surprise for my grandson… now let’s get to the actual product that was delivered. Let’s just say, it doesn’t look like the picture online. It looks my like one of myPinterest fails. So, so disappointed! And I spent so much money on it too…

I can only vouch firsthand for the arrangement I sent my husband for his birthday. It went WAY beyond my expectations including the number carved out of delicious pineapple. Otherwise, I have to rely on what friends/family say about what I have sent to them, and they have always been satisfied as well. What I like most is the ordering process; the people are wonderful and patient with me over the phone. I love this place!

I’ve ordered gifts for teachers, grandparents, and friends and each time the delivery is a hit. The fruit, chocolate, nuts, flowers, etc. all of it has never left the person receiving it disappointed. What’s funny is I have never tried it myself!! I would definitely recommend Edible Arrangements and will continue to use.

I ordered an arrangement for my sister in law, and after I ordered it i noticed input the wrong date. I contacted the store and they were able to change the delivery date. Super helpful and I am very grateful they were able to help.

I send Edible Arrangements to my parents and my grandmother (in her 90s) and I always get feedback that they love the fruit and the arrangements are pretty. I have always found it easy to order and send.

The staff at Edible Arrangement in Webster did a wonderful job of creating and delivering the edible gift I ordered. When there was a problem finding the residence for delivery Karen was kind enough to call me and tell me of the problem so I could investigate the issue from my end. The delivery was able to be made and the recipient was delighted with what they received.

The Edible Arrangement was sent to my aunt for her birthday. She was excited able how beautifully the fruit arrangement was and how was fruit she was able to share with her family. Thank you for making my aunts birthday celebration a huge success.

A platter with 3 mini cheesecakes, miniature chocolate covered graham crackers, pretzels, and Oreo cookies, arrived for Mothers Day. There were small strawberries on the cheesecakes and dipped strawberries around the platter. My low rating is because the strawberries are so small and very sour. During this season when the stores are full of large, sweet berries, I expected better from Incredible Edibles.

Super friendly and sweet staff. Even waited after closing when I couldn’t pick up on time. Above and beyond expectations! 10 STARS

The arrangements are ALWAYS bigger than expected and look great! I had an earned gift of chocolate dipped fruit and it was a nice surprise to be able to have a choice of fruit other than strawberries. Those were delicious also.

I placed an order and everything came out great. My only complaint was that I had ordered a certain flavor of popcorn and the wrong one was delivered. I never called about it because it was not a big deal but the service was timely.

I ordered my wife mixed fruit and cookies box along with some “Love” balloons as a surprise for our anniversary. It was delivered but with the wrong balloons they all said “happy birthday“. I reported the error and within 2 days i got a call from the owner. I believe his name was pablo,we talked,he apologized for the error, offered to send the correct balloons and a complimentary order of cookies. It was delivered to her today. I wanna thank him again for the highest level of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this store and the staff..

Im sure the fruit would have been great, but the level of service at this location is ridiculously poor. Do not use this if you value your time you will have to sit at home all day waiting with absolutely no way of getting any feedback.

Was experiencing issues placing an order online so I opted to call in. The employee taking my order was very rude over the phone. I then asked if Id receive any type of confirmation of payment or delivery and she said no. I then wanted to canceled my order and asked for a confirmation on that and she said they dont do that and I can just go check my bank statement in 3-5 days. I felt like they couldve done a better job of informing me that theres no confirmation and canceling my order wouldnt come with a confirmation either. Hopefully the website doesnt have issues in the future so no one else has to deal with rude customer service.

Having worked in the floral field, I understand the sheer volume and stress of Valentines Day. However, it is UNACCEPTIBLE to receive an arrangement at 11 PM at night of that holiday. On the fine print of the online order, it does says it can be delivered as late as 9pm. Whats the point of THAT, even?The arrangement looked nice but no way near as full as the picture. The only reason it got a one star was because the strawberry that I ate at 11 pm last night was tasty.Having worked all day that day, my husband was pretty upset that I had nothing from this company when I went to bed at 10, and he had ordered this well in advance last week. If you are going to accept an unusually high volume of business, hire the people you need to make this work. We will never order from this company again.Additional note: I wrote the above review 3 YEARS ago and you are JUST now responding. Just saying....attention to detail.
