This star bucks always closes way before there posted time to close. I just got turned away today at 5:20 because he said they are closed. When they don’t close until 9. This has happened many times to me at this location.

I dont know whats happened to Starbucks but they dont make drinks like they used to unless its the state you live in.Tried a new fall drink and it was disgusting. So went back to a drink I always order if I have to go to Starbucks.The service went down hill, no personalities.At least they have a lot of seating.

Too pricey for my licking even more than Dunkin Donuts. Twice as much to be exact! Cumberland farms is the best, and McDonalds is also very good, the only difference is that you have to make it the way you want it yourself!

This is Starbucks on Brandeis University Campus at Farber Library. The staff is lovely and the service is great. It may be small in comparison to off campus stores but it serves great food and is pleasing to the eye.

Love this place but only drove by, didnt visit.

I mispronounced my order and accidentally summoned a demon. Other than that, the coffee was pretty good.

This Starbucks is horrible. The service is bad, the employee is very rude and doesn’t make the drinks correctly. Very disappointed.

Searched for a Starbucks on the app while driving through Massachusetts, found this store which was on the route home and according to both the app and the web site they are open until 9 PM. Arrived at 8:32 to be greeted by their employee who said she didn’t have anything and did not even have a drawer. She stated they close at 8 PM. And she was rude about it.

Great to have right in the store. Very quiet and tranquil. Great place to relax and have great refreshments.

Theyre the best. Always make my latte perfectly, and theyre all really friendly.

Nice having it located in the supermarket. The only problem is supermarket employees run it and some are better than others.

Staff is helpful and makes the drinks well. I have never tried to get food from this location.

Ive never had a bad experience or drink from this location and I find the poor reviews surprising. Ive been using this location since it opened and Ive always viewed it as a reliable place to get coffee and a healthy customer experience.

Oh man you can tell that these are employees that get cross trained. The drinks are made wrong and sometimes it feels like I am bordering them.

You cant even understand or order a proper coffee without feeling like an idiot!

Starbucks is dead to me! I was a regular customer for many years. I cut up my Starbucks card and will not support them in any way possible!

Most of the time I’m willing to pay the absurd prices for a good cup of Starbucks but never again at this location in webster, MA. Not only is the manager (I think) with blonde hair, insanely rude but in the 3 or 4 times I’ve been there my order has been wrong every single time. They NEVER have the ingredients needed for what the advertise and my latte I got today was literally a cup of WARM MILK. Get it together. Train your employees better and definitely get a new manager who actually cares about customer service. Lost my business for sure. Got some warm milk and a sandwich that tasted like cardboard/flaming trash bc once again the server got the order wrong. Do yourself a favor and either make your coffee at home or even settle for watered down Dunkins before you go to this Starbucks location!

The line, of 3 people, took about 10 minutes. Also the espresso tastes like 2 day old coffee. .. How does one mess up espresso?

I went there this morning and couldnt believe the experience. I had a basket of groceries (carry basket) and went to the counter to order. No one was there. About 3 minutes later a woman walks up with an irritated attitude like I interrupted her, and says, Hi. So I order a venti cold brew and a venti strawberry refresher. She proceeds to make them then leaves them at the end of the counter. Tells me my total. I pay and she says, You need a receipt? I reply with a, Yes please. She rushes back out from behind the counter and disappears. I go to the other end of the filthy counter to find my drinks and no holder. Shes nowhere to be found to ask her for one. As I mentioned earlier, I had a basket of groceries. This was beyond inconvenient. I really felt like I was inconveniencing her. Does she not realize that without customers she does not have a job?

Typical Starbucks....gotta wait 10-15 minutes just for your coffee. Ill stick to Dunkin or Dippin

Service and waiting is really bad

They dont even know how to make the right drinks when I order a venti strawberries and crème frappuccino that means I want a venti strawberries and crème frappuccino not a tall mix of strawberry sauce and water...

Im not stupid enough to pay a ridiculous price for a coffee when I can go to isle 9 and have coffee for a month by making it myself.
