I was assisted by Lori in trying on some Tudor watches. She was inviting and warm. I dropped off the wedding ring to get it polished and get the scratches fixed. I came to pick it up today. WOW! It doesn’t look like the ring I bought 7 years ago! Completely brand new. It even looks like a platinum ring even though it is white gold. Overall, just an incredible experience and the price you pay is worth it.

I have a VERY expensive watch so paying the $25 to replace it, though I thought a bit pricey, seemed ok.They took a picture for their records without my permission, described it as worn and made no attempt to clean it. I have used a different local company in the past who cleaned it for free and was 1/3 of the price.

I have been to the store 3 times and had great experience each time.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly, upbeat staff. We got friendly greetings from everyone, from the security guard to the manager. I was impressed with my first visit at Lewis Jewelers. I came in for 2 repairs and learned there are 2 jewelers on site who can do the repair (at a reasonable price).
