I surprised my Fiance with an apt here to pick out his wedding ring. The costumer service was awesome. He had picked out 4 rings to decide from. Which was very surprising as he is always like Blah when it comes to shopping. They had great options and very good prices.His ring isnt coming in until after the wedding but we asked about maybe renting a ring for the wedding day and they let us with no charge. Just have to return it when his ring comes in. That made us very happy.

From the moment we walked in the door, she greeted us with a smile and then proceeded to let us look at options. We walked out of the door that day with not only a great experience but the feeling of assurance that I could breathe again. We purchased our rings on a Tuesday evening, and they will be ready by Saturday afternoon.

Top notch service and items. I bought my wives engagement set here. The service is excellent. First off at this point in time I knew nothing about diamonds. If you desire they will take you through a full session with you own personal assigned sales person. They go over everything you need to know to make a informed decision on your purchase. You get to hold and look at the very diamonds you are interested in. Mean while the entire time you are treated with food, drinks, and excellent service. I highly recommend this place.

Do not waster your time. The service is awful. I went to look at engagement rings for the first time to determine what I wanted and they were rude and short with me. They didn’t help offer suggestions and they only wrote down two of the styles that I was interested in which didn’t help as there 4-5 I was hoping to come back to look at again. They didn’t let me take photos of any of the ring so I have no clue what I even liked. It was a waste of my time, and I was so discouraged and almost didn’t even want a ring after the experience, but fortunately I went down the street to Jared’s and had the most wonderful experience. Elvys took his time with me and wrote down all the styles I liked. I was also able to take tons of photos and he spent time talking to me about the different diamonds and styles. I will not be returning to Robbins Brothers even though there were rings I liked. Instead I will have Jared’s custom make me something I like because they had great customer service. Do not waste your time. Head to Jared’s it’s down the road and Elvys will spend his time making sure you find what your like.
I just left RB and no one even acknowledged us we left because of the poor service and we will never go back and never recommend them to anyone..
I love the store however i dont like the customer service We worked with Victoria whatever you do DONT NOT WORK with her she doesnt care about you she measured the wrong size on my finger and now she tells me the diamond is too big thats why my ring is loose on my finger she cant admit she was wrong and she measured the wrong finger and on top of that she was supposed to order my fiance a ring she never let us know to come and get it when I went there to see if the ring was there they said that they had to send back the ring because we didnt come get it and we didnt even know the ring was there the more of the stories is she sucks at her job and just lost two customers if you want your fiance to have proper ring fitting dont go to her
This is where I got my fiancees ring 3 years ago. Is sad to hear that the lady that helped me while I was in there is no longer working there. She was super helpful and so patience with me. She most of showed me over 20 rings and was with me for over an hour. Over all they have a really great selection and the people that works there are nice

The manager named Alex made it clear to us that they were not confident to work on our ring and that they were not capable of backing up their work with any warranty and strongly suggested that their work would be mediocre in a best case situation. When we decided that we were willing to take the risk they refused to work on the ring and the Manger kept repeating himself I thought I made myself clear getting more and more stern every time. Then he threatened to have me and my wife pulled up on the camera system to further his point that he made himself clear then he bagn to tighten up his stance and puff his chest out right in front of my wife. If we had been in any other situation that clown named Alex would have met a real man that day. I recommend never buying jewelry in this establishment because they are greedy goddless monsters with the pride to match. If I could give zero stars I would.

I liked the rings that we purchased and the initial visit was great. However, I did not feel fully informed about the process and got blindsided by some of the fine print on my purchase. I would have felt far more comfortable with our wedding ring purchases if the salespeople gave me all of the information about the financing and my ring purchase up front instead of relying on me to read the fine print at the end of the process.I had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring at the Westheimer location.
Nice at the beginning until you tell them you aren’t purchasing that day. Our salesperson’s attitude changed fast and you can tell she was mad. Also, considering yourself the “best of the best,” is such a typical sales speech. Maybe in the area but not in other cities. Also, when we left my boyfriend told the two people at the front door “goodbye”and the sales team just stared at us. They didn’t say goodbye back and for those reasons I will not recommend this place!
I bought my gf’s engagement ring last year in December. I bought the diamond and the setting from Robbins Brothers. What attracted me to Robbins Brothers was their warranty. It is a lifetime warranty on the ring and they would replace the diamond with an equivalent or better if it fell off the ring. I was helped by a man named Alex. He was very respectful and helped us out a lot to pick out the exact design my gf wanted. I do my research so I wanted to get the ring for the price I wanted it for. We had some complications regarding the custom setting pricing but in the end the issue was resolved and I don’t think that warrants a drop in rating. Anytime I had questions they were always available to help. The ring is perfect and the box it comes in has a light which is really cool. I definitely would recommend Robbins Brothers.

Incredible service, incredible selection. All rings are completely customizable. Pick your ring, pick your stone, customize the ring. It was a great experience. They do kind of nickle and dime you for different reasons, but overall they stayed well within my stated budget. Its expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Let me start off by saying that I am VERY picky and Hard to please when it comes to certain things; especially costly things.... Gearold and I walked into Robbins Brothers just to kinda look around and playing with the idea of getting a nice ring. Robbin Brothers was the very first place we stopped at so we knew we were not leaving with a ring that day; however, once we got in the store the idea of making this purchase was becoming more clearer and exciting!The Robbin Brothers team was very nice, and lets be honest, they kept a smile on their face the entire time I kept changing my mind. Every time I found the perfect ring, there was another more perfect one in the glass counter next to it.. I was driving myself crazy so I cant imagine how they felt, but no matter how many times I changed my mind they were there to help me.After we finally found the perfect diamond and band we decided to go home and think about this purchase.. We also wanted to go see other stores and my last stop I wanted to see the Leo at Kays. Yolanda made it very clear why Robbin Brothers was the store for us, but being a smart difficult shopper I had to see it for myself... We went to several stores in the mall and though they had some very nice rings, the costumer service nor the benefits (insurance, warranty, financing and jeweler onsite) compared to what Robbin Brothers had to offer.Gearold, being the salesman that he is, decided we should go back to Robbin Brothers the next day to see if we can get a deal. Yolanda was very interested to hear what we had to say about the pros and cons of the other stores. The best part was, she knew my ring of choice was the Leo (at first anyways) and Kays was offering a pretty good Valentines Day special. Yolanda compared the Leo to the Robbin Brothers Echo and without comparison, the Echo was the ring for me. It has 98 facets where the Leo only has 66 (this is what makes the sparkle, sparkle :)) and a perfect cut for lighting... the diamond we chose had better clarity, less color, more crts., and more sparkle than the others...and now at the best price! Winning....AJ, the GM, helped us close the deal, and yes, helped me choose yet another band for my perfect diamond. I know if I was me trying to help someone like me, I wouldve gave up, but AJ pushed through and kept me feeling like the whole purpose for him being there. was just to help me find that perfect ring!Thank You Robbing Brothers.. and a special thank you to Yolanda and AJ for putting up with our madness...! You now have two new customers for life (whether you like it or not..lol)...

Our first impression of the Robins Brothers. Webster/Clear Lake facility and staff was top notch. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were guided through the selection/purchasing process of our perfect Tacori engagement ring. We were told that we could expect delivery in 3 weeks!Right at 3 weeks we get the call that the ring is in the store and all they need to do is mount the center stone and we can pick it up the following day (Tuesday).Excitingly we go to pick up the engagement ring and this is where the nightmare begins.The ring is beautiful i mean very beautiful however, it does not fit its too small. This is when we meet Ms. Yolanda Spence. She introduces herself to us and tells us shell get the jeweler to resize the ring immediately. As we wait she returns only to tell us that the ring can not be resized on site and it will need to be sent back to Tacori for resizing. I ask what time frame could we expect the return of the ring and was there any way this could be expedited and she said she would have to get with Tacori and get back to me. Never once was there an apology or an explanation on how the ring was too small especially after Alex sized her finger in the store. Poor customer service and quality control if you ask me.Anyway... to my surprise Yolanda called me that evening and told they were able to ship the ring over night. She added that she would call me the next day after Tacori received the ring and give me an ETA(wednesday). Yolanda called Wednesday morning and said Tacori received the ring and it would take approx. 5 days for Tacori to resize the ring. She said she would call them on Friday and see if there was any way things could be hurried through. Friday came to pass and no phone call from Yolanda. I understand people get busy so we continued to wait.I called Yolanda after 5 days (Tuesday of the following week) and no answer. I left a message asking about the status of the ring and ask if she could return my call. Here it is Wednesday with no return call no update.We had an engagement party scheduled for this Friday and now im concerned there will be no ring. At the very least I was expecting updates and I cant even get that now. I feel This Robins Brothers location treats you nice right up until the sale and then you are no longer a valued customer. Maybe our engagement ring is small potatoes to them however the over $20k ring is a lot to me. I can assure you I will not be using this location for our wedding rings and I would not recommend this location to friends, family or a complete stranger.***UPDATE***So Wednesday I was able to get in contact with AJ (general manager). Let me say he changed my opinion of this location. With his intervention we were able to get an update on our ring and it was available to us the next day. I wish the rest of the staff had the same dedication / commitment AJ has for his store. AJ made this situation right, but its unfortunate the General manager had to be involved with this resolution. Thanks for all your help AJ.

Our experience was amazing. We werent even planning on purchasing an engagement ring that day, just planned on looking to get an idea of what we liked. But Cayla was AMAZING. She was funny, patient, understood exactly what we wanted & didnt make us feel pressured at all which is what we felt at past jewelry stores. The experience was truly the best... We ended up purchasing the most beautiful engagement ring because we couldnt pass it up. We loved every minute of the time spent choosing the setting and then the diamond. I can finally post this review after proposing to my now fiancé - I had the pleasure of working with Cayla, who did an amazing job of getting me setup with the exact kind of diamond/ring I was looking for, and was flexible throughout the process as I figured out what I ultimately wanted to get my then girlfriend. She was an amazing help, and their process is quite simple and straightforward. If youre in the market for a ring, go here and ask for Cayla - she was the most helpful employee I experienced out of all the ring shops I spent weeks visiting!

Ring shopping can be a lot like car shopping. Lots of pressure. Lots of upselling. I generally avoid both. Was pleasantly surprised by Robbins Brothers. I went in to replace the small diamond on my wedding band and perhaps buy another ring, but not if I felt pressured to do so. My consultant, Ryan, was attentive, respectful, and great with boundaries. He didnt hover and wasnt pushy. When I asked for the price to replace the diamond, he gave me a very reasonable price and left it at that. Because he wasnt pushy, I felt more comfortable asking questions and looking at the other options (my husband wanted me to pick out a new ring for my birthday). I ended up getting a very simple band. Again, he never tried to upsell me or point me to more expensive options that I clearly wasnt interested in. Instead, he followed my lead. Great customer service. Will return.

Very helpful staff but way overpriced diamonds. I know a lot about diamonds and The last one I purchased already in a gold band was 0.80 round brilliant VS1 with color E.....very very nice online too truthfully for $900. When I went to Robbins Brothers and you purchase the band and diamond separately and then they have it mounted. I told them exactly in detail what size, shape, color and clarity of diamond I would like and it was the same clarity and color but only 0.65 in weight and their price was $4,200 and that’s just for the stone, not including the band for $879. So I purchased a bigger diamond....Ring with all of the same specifications for barely over the price RB band?? In my opinion, they’re too high even being at retail. But they were really nice. That’s why I gave them three stars. But for pricing a definite O.

It has actually been a while seen I purchased the engagement ring. I first met with Jessica to help find the ring I had in mind. She was very attentive and patient. After a few ideas and seeing that I had not made a definite choice, she brought her coworker Lara. Lara shared her ideas which helped me to find the ring that was perfect. Lara was also very patient and very informative. The overall service was great; I never felt pressured or rushed to choose a ring. So I just got engaged recently (less than 2 weeks ago) and I thought I found a crack in my diamond. Immediately rushed to Robbin Brothers and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a man named Joe. I explained the situation to Joe and he was very kind and took me to a room with a microscope and asked if i bought the ring here. I told him no I hadnt but he looked at my diamond anyways and explained that I found a feather in my diamond which is an imperfection (crack) within the diamond(not on the surface). He assured me there was nothing to worry about and although it was very close to the surface, diamonds are very hard to crack. Totally put my mind at ease, will definitely be returning if I need any future assistance with my ring!

From the moment you walk through the door to the years after when you simply want to stop in and get a free steam cleaning on your ring, Robbins Brothers will outshine the competition. I bought my fiances ring last December from this location and have been in several times since. They always remember all of the special details about their couples, which makes for a much more intimate ring buying process. We recently visited the store and was given a personal diamond tutorial to help my fiance and me pick out the perfect center stone. It is truly a great feeling to know that our personal diamond consultant, Jessica, and the stores General Manager, Gwen, along with many others, like Donna, another one of their amazing diamond consultants, always goes above and beyond what would normally be expected of them to make our engagement dreams a reality. I would definitely recommend this place a million times over!!!

The store is large, very clean, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always very attentive while we are there. I always have to call the store to see if my orders are ready. Im not sure if it is not their policy to call a customer when it is time to pick up an order, but Ive always had to call them.

We had such an amazing experience at this location. Ryan helped us out through the whole process, including picking out the engagement ring and our wedding bands. A great deal of our time was spent in this store to ensure we picked out our DREAM rings and Ryan was patient, knowledgeable, and so genuine every step of the way. He didnt rush us at all and made us feel like family. We wound up getting custom rings (mine for the engagement ring and the wedding band for my fiance) and they surpassed any expectations if not all that I had ever imagined. He even did my fiance the favor of keeping him updated every step of the way throughout the entire ring making process. Ryan did an amazing job at listening to both of our likes and dislikes, concerns, and overall wants in what we were hoping for and absolutely knocked the ball out of the park.We could never thank him enough!!

Gwen has been my jeweler for 25 years. She has always taken great care of me and my family. In the past six months, I have brought three friends to see her. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience! Our sales associate wasn’t pushy or hard selling us, and really listened to what I wanted for an engagement ring. I ended up looking at ring designers online, and Robbins Brothers ordered the rings for us so we could view them at the store.We also bought our weddings rings here and are highly satisfied. I had my fiancé’s wedding band engraved and had some particular engraving requests, they understood what I wanted perfectly! I would definitely recommend Robbins Brothers.

I was hoping to actually see the ring in person but it ended up not being there just like the guy I was supposed to meet.
