When my 3rd band got added they did such a messy job I was without my ring for 2+ months picked it up and a sapphire was missing. Noticed as I was leaving and came back within days just to be told I need my receipt because cant be found in the system. Came back with receipt over 4 times to be told its out of warranty because I hadnt brought it for inspection which I had just done that. Its been a lot more than this but I noticed I am not the only one while there I explained to another customer the same to keep receipts because he had no idea. Came to baybrook and they were able to fix the issue the ladies there had no idea.Avoid a headache!

If the store opens at 12 on Sunday they need to make sure they open on time. Not 10 minutes after 12. Customers are waiting.

First of all this review does not reflect this store location or it’s employee’s but of the company itself.I got engaged Christmas Eve and my ring was a little big on my finger, so as everyone does I take it in to go get resized on January 3rd. When I dropped it off, they told me it would be ready in 3 weeks on the 24th. Ugh, still a longer time than I was expecting but okay whatever. Well I’m waiting and waiting.. no update no website update, no idea where my ring is. the 24th comes around and I still haven’t heard anything? Okay maybe they’re busy today.. they’ll call tomorrow. Nope. I had to call first... APPARENTLY Zales corporate forced them to change jewelers at the first of the year, and this new jeweler didn’t even start on my ring yet. While I was super annoyed because I had plans on the 28th and on the 30th and then again in February. Of course the store associate apologized and told me they would try to find out more. One week passes by before I hear anything so I call back. Now they’re telling me that it got sent to the new jeweler but hasn’t began the resizing process. So I have to cancel plans because what’s engagement pictures without a ring!So.... finally I get a date, February 3rd. Still nothing. February 4th... still nothing. “Oh it’ll be either today or tomorrow”.I continued to hear this for another week. At this point I’m fed up, I want my ring back, I DO NOT CARE I will take it elsewhere. Finally the store associate calls on February 10th and tells me my ring is in so I go and get it. So in short it took over 6 weeks to get 1 engagement ring to be resized by just a a half size. Yup just a half size. So Zales corporate... since you decided to switch jewelers to save more money because y’all so cheap, I hope everyone who had the same issue as me never shop here again. And for the record it might help if you would’ve atleast kept me in the loop but obviously you can’t even do that.

I’ve had my necklace fixed 3 times and within a week it breaks again.I was looking at a bracelet I liked. Decided to wait on the purchase and the lady behind the counter said just bring in your husband or boyfriend if you want it. Definitely not the unwarranted comment I was expecting.
The staff is amazing at this location. Was greeted in a timely manner. Joan was the one who helped me I let her know wasnt in for a purchase just to browse, but still took her time with me. The store manager even came and introduced himself. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase.
Made two orders from this location, rushed one and requested a “before date” due to the proposal being on an away trip. The first order was not ready before the trip because it was never rushed by the staff. The second order has been ordered for 8 weeks and when we went in to check on the status we were simply told “it’s not in.” they have no information or ETA on the order and only repeated “it takes about 4-6 weeks.” well, we’ve waited 8 and have had no update. It’s a simple band. It’s a standard catalogue item. We won’t be shopping here ever again.
I went in to get help had purchased a new watch at another location but needed links removed and other location had no one trained to do this when I called the number the store the lady was very nice told me they would gladly do it... I drove there and within a matter of minutes it was done to my satisfaction very nice and helpful manager was great there. I will be purchasing my stuff at this location from now on....

We walked in and we’re greeted With two kind ladies Mrs. Connie and Brianna. They were very kind also extremely knowledgeable and helpful . They Definitely went the extra mile to accommodate My fiancé and I.

I bought my ring 3 years ago because they had an onsite jeweler. Now they have to send it to Dallas to get fixed every time. So far this year I had it re-sized- 3 weeks gone. Then i got it back and a diamond fell out about a week later- over 4 weeks gone and still havent gotten it back yet. (now being told up to 8 weeks. was told 4 weeks when i was in store). Now a diamond fell out of my wedding band, I dont even want to deal with sending it back. I wish I could return it so i could get a new one at a store where repairs took a reasonable amount of time. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN! It will be about 3 months this year I havent had my ring. Oh but you can pay extra to get it back faster (after paying for the lifetime warranty already).

If I could give a 0, I would. Yes the associates had a customer but they couldn’t even take a second or two to make eye contact and acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood there for about 5 minutes and still neither associate said anything.
