About a third of their stuff is Chinese junk but if you look around they have some pretty decent products and tools. For instance this morning I needed a truck Bed Extender and they had one in stock. They held it for me and it was waiting in the front for me when I arrived. If youre looking for tools as a person that likes to do things around the house on occasion they have great stuff. If youre hey professional contractor and use your tools on a daily basis you might want to consider other options.

Your average Harbor Freight, its just very compact. The layout is about the same as other HF in the area though. The employees were very kind and helpful.

Great place for cheap tools. Large selection usually. Due to sales some of the sale items were already out of stock. The store was forcing everyone through one line. Which had about 7 people in line. Call before you go to make sure they have what youre looking for in stock.

I called to make sure an item was in stock today and the woman answering the phones told me they had one left. I asked the employee to hold it for me, as I was a few towns away and I’d been waiting for this in-store only item to come in stock locally. The employee told me she would hold it for me in the back and took my name. When I arrived at the store, the line was 7-8 persons long and there was only one cashier so my father and I decided to walk around for a bit and try to ask another employee to retrieve my item from the back. The only other employee we saw was busy with another customer. As the line ended, I approached the cashier and asked about my item. She told me that I had taken over an hour to arrive at the store, which was a longer amount of time than she was allowed to hold the item, so it had already been sold. The employee informed me of no such policy while we were on the phone, as well as upon checking, only 50 minutes had past between when I called and when I arrived at the store. This is not the first, but the second time this issue has occurred with this location within the last 6 months. If the employees are going to make up their own rules they should atleast inform people of them so they don’t waste time and gas to go out of their way to shop with them.

Called to see if the had any saw horses because it didnt come up in their website.First a woman answered (rudely) put me on hold for approximately 4 minutes then hung up. Great Harbor freight tools. Its clean Friendly employees willing to help. Very well stocked store. They had everything that they advertised in the paper on their shelves. Very conveniently located a couple of blocks North of NASA road one Just off the I-45 northbound feeder.

Great prices with a friendly staff that is always there to help find what you need. If they dont have it there they have no problems with ordering it without having to go online and doing it yourself.

Greeted by a loud welcome to harbor freight as soon as you step a foot into the store.Clean and well organized. I also always seem to find some little thing I didnt need as an extra purchase.Staff is sometimes hard to find, but overall I enjoy shopping here.

I was extremely happy with my visit here as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help me find something. I asked for spray guns and I was directed for the right location after that did not find what I needed and while I was walking to another spot to find something else another worker saw me and asked if I needed help with anything and Ill let him know I couldnt find the spray guns and he confirmed he could find one for me and did I ended up buying more than what I needed mainly because I was so pleased with the service and about warranty for everything I purchased thank you guys this is definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area.

I went here to purchase tarps. I had their weekly add in which there was a coupon for their blue 5 x 76 tarps for like $0.49 or $0.79 a piece. This was the SECOND trip i had made to purchase this same item and they had NONE. The first time i was told they may be getting some more in a couple days. This time i was told the same thing. I completely understand the delays and backorders of everything due to the pandemic, however why continue to advertise and run a discount for an item that you never have!? Its frustrating. I also understand that its not so much any of the employees faults, however they have access to the people who do make these adds and their corporate offices. They wont give rain checks on the items if they dont have them nor will they discount a similar item to compensate for your wasted time and efforts.Other than that the store is not bad. It was clean and the cashier was quick and efficient as well as polite. When we went to get in line it was, or looked, very long and i thought we were going to be there a while. Another employee came up and opened up another register as well and it was a pretty quick process.Therefore, as long as youre not going there for a specific item that you plan to use a coupon for, i guess its as good a place as any.

They had sale tags on items, but at checkoutit was regular price, so I asked what going on, so my experience i was tricked,not very nice.

Looking to buy a platform dolly truck. They were having a sale for the whole month so I decided to go in early and purchase one. I go in, walk straight to the back of the store and all they have is display model. I asked if they sell the display model, Sorry, no we dont Then I asked them if any of their surrounding stores had any, mind you there are 4 close by. He said no, none in stock and we are not expecting any shipments either......Why have them on sale if you dont have any in inventory or plan to have any ? Never again.

Horrible. Out of stock with what I needed. Bought other things with coupons, but didnt get them all out due to others waiting in line. Asked for my 20% off that I didnt get. Could have sat there all day going through my phone for the coupons. The 20% is usually a given if you ask i thought. Maybe Ill have to be inconsiderate next time. The other day same issue. Had knives on the counter and I knew and she knew the price cause I asked. I was told only with coupon so I went through my phone looking for that coupon wasting time, but I got it. There should be an easier way. I dont get the super coupons in the mail anymore. Other than that $8 something lose of mine the staff is great.

Handy Mans paradise! Tools and gadgets in all shapes, sizes, and price ranges. Treasures you didnt realize you couldnt live without. Dont take my word for it, check it out for yourself. Plenty of parking and very little wait. Definitely a Mans equivalent of a shoe store.

I want to like Harbor Freight more than I do. The prices are unbeatable obviously, but the quality of the products are subpar. The majority of items are made in China where quality control is lacking in the production of materials and the manufacture of products. My best advice would be to shop smart, check reviews and purchase at your own risk. Sometimes youll find a nicely functioning item but if you want quality just spend the money and go to Lowes or Home Depot.

From Chainsaws, Air Compressors & accessories to magnets and battery clips! So grateful for good old fashioned service and great prices!

One of my worst experiences in a store this past Saturday. I have worked in retail since I was 15 and I am 47. This cashier should not be a cashier or in retail. When I finally made it to the register I had a sprayer. The cost of it on the shelf was $44.99. She rang up $99.00. I told her the sprayer was on the shelf where it said the 44 dollars. SHe told me no it was not. I said yes maam it was. Then looked and said do you want it or not. I asked my daughter to go get me the 25 dollar one. The cashier said I do not have any of those. Yes maam you do. I was just over there. She continued to argue with me. So my daughter went and retrieved one. Cashier said well we did get a truck Friday. My daughter took a picture of the tag where the other sprayer was. I showed her and she said something about a hose. I would not have wanted it for 45 dollars but the way she behaved about it was uncalled for. She also kept repeating herself to me about a restocking fee. I said I am not returning it. I need it for a reason. She repeated herself three times. I do not like her attitude or her demeanor. To bad this was my first time in a Harbor Freight to be treated as I was treated. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Got to love harbor freight this is definitely one of the larger locations in the area due to social distancing and current guidelines did you have to wear a mask in the long lines are definitely present but this is not harbor freights fault. their selection is great in their staff is very well trained and friendly definitely your one-stop-shop for any of your basic tool needs.

Harbor Freight is great! My house flooded and having been ripped off by some unscrupulous contractors I find myself having to do some of the easier work myself. I didnt possess lot of tools so I go to harbor freight first to find what I need. Easier to navigate that the huge big box stores. And I can get in and out a lot quicker. They pack a lot in their stores. They mail coupons and catalogs and there are always great deals and usually a 20% off one item coupon. They always have a freebie item with a purchase but you must have the coupons. Great money saver!

Always seem to have a pretty good experience here. Most of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help find things. They have a super wide variety of tools and the majority are very good quality. I enjoy being able to just go browse and see some of the Ingenuity on some of the types of tools available. They also have an array of toys and household typed items that arent easy to find other places. This time I renewed my membership for two years as it was cheaper and I seem to use it enough that I always get the moneys worth by the additional discounts on a regular basis. But even without it there are a lot of times you can get good discounts by just waving a little while. The coupons come out every month and they always have holiday sales.

Tools really arent bad at all for the price and for the normal DIYer. People are friendly and helpful. Never really had any substantial issues with any tools I bought that I wasnt severely abusing.
