I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years never had an issue, everyone always very friendly but had to make an order for my daughter birthday party at the bakery. Every single person I spoke to in the bakery while placing the order and coming back to pick up our order are extremely rude. I’m not usually a review person but after my experience I thought it was only right. Will never order again from here. Sad

This Publix is really great...the front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix really is the best Supermarket in the South East US.

This is our favorite Publix here in Wellington. The store is clean and staff is nice. Prices at Publix is kinda high on alot of items so we dont go here as much as we like.

Customer help is lacking. And all the soup? is not filled, I didnt bother asking because every Publix I go for a soup weather I have to wait 15mins. & still not available, one thing for sure I always love their Chicken soup if its available.

This is the only Publix I go too! It has always been my favorite. I just wish they kept the Good Humor bars in stock. I like the Oreo and my sister likes the Orange Creamsicle. If we could get more of those if would be perfect!

I like next door and never returning! What is the point of placing a sub order online? For anyone ordering sub, show up 45 min after your order is due. Thats 2 hours to create a sandwich!!! Stand in line for sub, youll get it faster.

Publix does not care about you or it’s employees they are the most expensive grocery store and to be treated in a matter like they don’t care is horrible don’t go to this grocery chain any of them as they will not care about your concern only pretend to and get you out the door

The woman in the pharmacy was rude and unhelpful when I was trying to fill my prescription. I was told they don’t have it and that I can drive to other Publix to try to fill it. She wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t fill my script. Wouldn’t recommend this Pharmacy to anyone

Sue that works in the deli was very very nice she made the three subs in a timely fashion an did everything the way I asked her. She seemed very nice an we had good conversation while she worked. Cause I too use to work for the Publix deli on Wellington Trace. She did a great job an when I go back Ill be looking for sue to make my subs again.

A quick note to let you know that I had a really awesome experience with the pharmacy at the Publix Super Market at Town Square At Wellington yesterday. The pharmacist went above and beyond to secure my insurance for the COVID-19 vaccine, even though she kept hitting obstacles. She made numerous calls and was so helpful, along with the pharmacy tech, Sean. I went back today to get the vaccine, and the 2nd pharmacist that delivered the shot was as helpful and warm as the 1st. Three awesome representatives of Publix--kudos to them for their awesome customer service.Thank you, Publix, for taking on this monumental task!

Nice publix but no baggers to be found. had to bag my own as well as the lady ahead of me bagged her own too. the cashier was casually tossing my items to me as if he didn’t care.

A staff member sprayed my hands with hand sanitizer prior to my entering the store. I really appreciate this as my area of the state doesnt take the Covid19 virus very serious. The staff was very nice and pleasant to speak with and worked to accommodate my needs. The store was clear, well lit and it was easy to find the items I was looking for.

I love this store its always so clean and the employess are so friendly and Sweet. When you go in you get greetted and asked if you can be helped. We purchased flowers and cake decorations for my Daughters Birthday.

Had lobster, king crab, jumbo shrimp, and stone crab. It was incredible. Very fresh and clean. Dont pass this place by.

It was my first time ever trying curbside pickup. The service was phenomenal. I wish the Publix closer to me offered curbside pickup! I will continue going to this Publix. They were on time and waiting for me at the door to place my groceries at my car!

I started coming to this Publix for their deli instead of the one on 441 and Lake Worth Rd. Deli is much faster here. I drive past that other Publix on my way home and go another 5 miles past my house to come here. Its still faster than waiting at the other Publix and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great store.

I am extremely happy with Publix! Customer service, fresh produce, fresh deli, fresh meats and overall just a beautiful atmosphere no one can compete with them!

I desperately needed pumpkins the DAY AFTER Halloween and most places have sold out or gotten rid of theirs. Shenandoah took so much time to call around to all the local Publix to figure out who still had pumpkins for me. He went above and beyond, and it really made my day. Hes an all-star and the GM at this location is great too. Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks team!

My pubix 🤠

Publix is always a good grocery store with lots of unique grocery items. They are very kid friendly and very clean with fresh produce and meats. It cost a little bit more then Walmart but is worth it.

My go to Grocery when im at work. Today, They didnt had Cupcakes ready on the floor so I asked the ladies at the Bakery and luckily they had some ready that were just don cooling off. The girls added the Frosting (with the blue colors for my son) and saved my son last min birthday party with this friends

Always good friendly service and food exceptional

The only reason you should go to the Publix is if you’re in a rush or live 1 minute away. I was walking past the front and saw and heard a manager yelling at an employee that they weren’t bringing the carts back to the store from the parking lot quick enough. Meanwhile, this employee had to be at least 65 years old and didn’t sound like she spoke to much English. And this manager, who looked to be around 30, kept standing there in front of everybody yelling at this poor lady, who was looking very confused and worried. This Publix clearly needs to look at their management and do some more training. It’s never ok to yell and scream at your employees if they mess up a bit. Can certainly say I won’t be coming to this Publix anytime soon and I recommend everyone reading this do the same. Never experienced this at any other Publix in the Wellington/RPB area.

This place is affordable for food and you get everything you need easily.

Store is clean well stocked AND they had the pasta shells I was looking for to make my tuna salad. After going to two other Publix and Winn Dixie with no luck. Yea!
