If you like wine, beer and liquor this is the place you can find I think almost everything, I got this beers from other countries to try them out, the place it is well organized.This place is huge. I’m coming back everytime I can!!

This Total Wine and More is great. The store is large and the inventory of products is spectacular. It does not matter if you are looking for wine, beer or spirits or products to go along with them, youll find an awesome selection at Total Wine and More. I bought a few greeting cards here and a variety of individual beers today as a gift. The staff members are helpful and the store is Covid-Safe for shopping.

I walk around the store and pick out two bottles of liquor. Nobody says anything to me about wearing a mask the entire time. I go to checkout and the nice lady says she CANNOT check me out unless I put on a mask which she is handing me. I dont want to wear your mask. I should have left but instead I put on the mask in my pocket over my chin and she proceeded to check me out. This is ridiculous and I will not be back until you stop forcing people to wear a face diaper.

Went in to buy Coffee Patron Tequila but they were out. The associate made 2 recommendations based on my request. We couldnt choose so he opened them up and let us taste test both of them!!!! We loved them both so we bought both! The Señor Rio Coffee Liqueur has a Tequila base to it but is very smooth. The Kova Coffee Liqueur is really nice, it has hints of Coffee and chocolate. You could do a shot of it or sip it over ice. As for the chocolates, an impulse buy, but they were yummy!

I walked in excited and left feeling slighted because of customer service. I found what I was looking for and ask the front cashier for a bigger bottle. She instructed me to seek the lady in white shirt. I did but she was so engaged in a personal conversation with another customer that she never acknowledged me patiently standing by. The conversation ended and she proceeded to cash register and continued conversations over there while I stood there waiting in front of where I needed help. After she finished she continued on to another section still not acknowledging me until I stopped her and ask for her help. I asked her for a bigger bottle but instead of replying with a yes or no she just shook her head. I opted for the smaller bottle because that was the only option. That experience was terrible in terms of customer service and I wont be shopping at that location again.

The staff was not helpful.I had a door dash order it was my first time shopping in the store. The manager told me items can be found in isle numbers and section. I saw the isle numbers, but section number a sticker stuck on the self. One guy finally came to help me. His name was Ryan. He explained how to shop there. He stayed with me until I found all of the items. I felt helpless and confused until Ryn came to my rescue.

Large store and selection, however the store is not organized in the most straightforward way. It took me way too long to find a Riesling because certain white wines were just thrown into a random selection area in the back. It would be really helpful to have a large sign labeling red wines and a large sign labeling white wines where everything can be easily found.

Is a very very big liquor store. They have tons of stuff. They have some good deals. Have all the mixers you need. Four stars only because the parking lot was packed

Surprisingly enough, I went in not expecting a lot. Not only I found everything on my list and more, I was also impressed by the willingness of the staff to help customers leave the store satisfied. Good job!

They go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied.The selection of spirits is the largest of any store Ive ever seen. They always have some sort of wine or liquor tasting.Since becoming vegan Ive been drinking organic vodka and Total Wine has the best selection.I can tell you from experience that their prices beat any and all other liqour stores.Totally Recommended(no pun intended).5 stars!

A few days ago (3/24) I went to Total Wines to buy some wine and I remembered an imported beer brand I kind of gave up looking for. I went from aisle to aisle and noticed a guy stocking shelves on a lift. Normally, I wouldnt bother a store employee (especially not even on the floor) but I gave it a shot. He came right down and looked up the item, walked me over to area it was listed in and he found it. I noticed his name was Tom, and I thanked him. Great help and made me realize there arent a lot of people like him anymore. I hardly ever write reviews but Ill also say that all the employees Ive encountered in this store are helpful and polite.

The Manager Brian is incredible rude. I called to asked him a basic question about my bill and he yelled at me and hung up the phone.

One star for not one rude experience, but three. We should have chosen another place to rent a keg after the first phone call. We were told they were too busy to tell us pricing or availability. Second phone call was successful and we came to the store to pick up the keg. When we arrived at the store to pick up the keg, we could barely get service. Since it was a few days after the phone call, we asked availability again and were told “whatever is here” and he walked away. We were given a printout receipt showing the deposit we made. Upon returning the keg, we did not return with the same receipt and were given a gift card for less than half the deposit. I do not plan on shopping here again. It goes without saying that good customer service is key to gaining return customers.

Very well organized store and extremely helpful staff. We dont know anything about wine. We just know what we like. The sales representative was very helpful in interpreting both my and my sisters varied tastes. Nevertheless, the service was great. Busy place but well organized and enough courteous staff to help.

The next time a customer places an item on the conveyor belt at checkout, leave it be! Do not instruct them to set it back into the cart so you can scan it more conveniently. How embarrassing it was to almost have a highly overpriced alcoholic beverage nearly be destroyed by a single mishap. The sheer idiocy of the employees here astounds me. They take something so simple and make it a thousand times more difficult.

I had to inform the store that all their Berlin Weisses were expired by 2 to 3+ years. Unfortunately I left with none, but the customer service rep was great and very apologetic. Lots of recommendations and other options, so I left with a full cart (but no Berlin Weisse beers)

They give you samples. Enough said.

Total Wine stores are the place to get the finest of wines at Supermarkets price.I traveled 25 miles to get IL Duca Imperale, Red, sold only at Total Wines and every ounce worth a mile.The store is also like a boutique of wines.Like a kid in a candy store, so am l in Total Wine Stores.

Absolutely love Total Wines. Everyone in is helpful and friendly. You can get lost in here forever and find some good prices wherein wondering around. I only wish we had the stores in Pennsylvania 😭

Went looking for wines as a gift. They have so many choices in each variety and their associates are very knowledgeable when assisting. She did not try to get me to buy the higher priced wines in the category I was looking at, knew the ratings !

It is called Total Wine & more but my wife and I call it Disneyland. So many great choices and if you arent wealthy you can get some great deals.

Great selection and price. If you are not sure what to get ask the sales staff for help. They will keep you in your budget and give you a wide variety to choose from. I wasnt planning on it but I bought 2 jars of moonshine after tasting them. No pressure to buy if you just want to walk around and brouse.

I met Ron at the Wellington stores wine tasting desk on Sunday afternoon and noticed he had a bottle of vodka as well as an assortment of wines. We had a lovely conversation and I got to try two vodkas which were completely different from each other and each delicious in their own right. He will be back on Fridays, afternoon/evening, if anyone else wants a great tasting experience!

What led me to right this review is a wonderful man named Bruce he helped me and my boyfriend better understand wine and what makes quality. To make it short stop in get cheap booze and get educated on what your drinking

Getting lit on a budget? Total wine has your back. Need a keg on short notice and publix is out? Total wine has your back. Need to buy a good cigar as a gift topper for your old man? Total wine. Does your girl need her crappy variety packs of random wine coolers? Get em while your grabbing your stuff man. Always great prices on whatever you need and if your looking for something specific and cant find it they have big staff that are all extremely helpful. If you dont know what you want almost every liquor has a rating and expert advice/input on what its like. Oh yea and they have wine too..

The manager Jeff provided excellent customer service. Hes extremely knowledgeable and his feedback and suggestions are on point. I always look for him when I visit and he welcomes you like an old friend.

Loaded down with all beer, wine and liquor.They were crazy busy this day so the beer manager didnt have that much time to talk .
