Best experience, hands down. They walked me through the different types of bikes, let me test-ride them, patiently explained all the ins and outs and helped me perfect it just so. I want to get more into cycling but also have a bike to be with my kids, and it felt like they really listened and helped me find a great fit - honestly, I was almost pushing them for a higher price point in case I suddenly turned into a cycling fanatic (you never know). They kept me grounded and ultimately found me the Goldilocks of bikes. Glad I came here.
