I had a leaking tire on my bike and took it in to Trek for repair. We came over from Bellingham to ride the Apple Capital Trail for a few days. Our trip would have been for naught without the needed repair. When I arrived at the shop it was close to closing but when I asked if repair was possible immediately, one of the bike techs said, sure, without hesitation. Our bikes are e bikes and I know that repair of the rear tire on those is a bit more troublesome but Ben jumped all over it and had us back on two wheels in short order.I was impressed at the way the entire staff worked together, how the mechanics aided one another and how there was a general willingness and even pride in providing great customer service.These guys like bikes and it shows in all they do.We drive to this beautiful area several times a year to enjoy the trail, the scenery and Wenatchee in general. Trek Bikes has given us a whole new reason to continue our visits there. We now know if we run into a problem with our bikes we are in good hands with the Trek crew. We came in knowing little about mountain biking other than we wanted to do it. The staff was very helpful and patient with us and our young children running wild. The wild children were fitted for bikes too! The expertise in products was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

As much as I tend to try to support local businesses, the Trek store here is miles and miles better than the local bike store across the street. Fantastic, friendly customer service. I had a simple problem with my bike that Arlberg told me they wouldnt be able to fix for several days. The mechanic at Trek fixed it in a few minutes while I waited and didnt even charge me.

We were looking for a very specific Trek Bike for our daughters birthday that I had not planned ahead very well for. Our local dealer found one in Wenatchee which worked well for us. I tried to pay for it over the phone or give them a down payment, but they would not let me. Instead they held it for more than a week until I could get there from our home in Redmond (almost 3 hours away). Once there, they quickly added accessories for me and explained how I could get service at our local (to home) dealer. First Class.

Came to Wenatchee for a couple of days and was looking to rent a bike while I was there. The staff here was great and allowed me to rent a new Marlin 6. The rental rate was very good for two days, and the riding was even better. I will definitely come here again when I am back in town.

Brandon (I hope I spelled that right) took the time to ask what I was interested in - and then look at their inventory to figure out when the next shipment would arrive for the bikes I was considering.He then helped me save one of these bikes in my name so I could be assured of receiving the bike. We rode into town to check out the store and we were 100% impressed from the first interaction.The moment we walked in, the manager, Brandon, noticed the E mountain bikes we were on and asked if we had the computerized update done on them, which would increase performance. Since we had not, he offered to do the update immediately which would only take a few minutes, so he quickly whisked the bikes off for the update.While that was being done, another staff member showed us new E-MTB’s they have in stock that we we’re interested in, and was very well-versed in the features of the new 2021 bikes. Our next interaction was, again, with the manager, Brandon, who went above and beyond in helping us with other bikes that may be of interest. He set my husband up on a test ride and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable with the bikes, and explained features and benefits to a couple of them that we were looking at. While the test ride was taking place, Brandon jumped on the computer and showed me some fun mountain bike trails in the area that we had not yet explored.The entire experience was two thumbs up from the moment we arrived to the time we left, and, although we had never been in previously, we were treated like an old friend. We’d highly recommend this store for their knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff, and great products. I’m happy to spend my hard earned money at this type of business.

I made many calls across dealers to try and locate a specific Trek model that was not in stock. This store was the only store that went out of their way to locate the bike, which was at a different store in Idaho, and have it shipped to this store so that they can fulfill my order.That is the very definition of great customer service.

You guys were awesome! During Covid I bought a helmet online, but I wasnt impressed with the quaility. So I came into your shop and got great customer service, the product was a lot nicer than online, and it was 30% less expensive. Shopping local was not only more fun, I got a better product at a better price.
