This was the perfect wedding dress shopping experience and it was everything I had hoped for! I phoned and made an appointment a few days prior and the lady was so sweet and friendly on the phone. When I arrived in person they were very friendly and genuinely love what they do and gave me honest recommendations when I asked for it. What sold me on their genuine care for you and your special day is that I was torn between two vales. One was a longer style and a couple hundred more expensive; she recommended the cheaper shorter one because it suited my dress more, she could have recommended the longer one and I would have gone with it but she didn’t and I really appreciate that. Their store is beautiful and it’s full of stunning dresses! You are spoilt for choice In there. Their prices are really reasonable and the dresses are phenomenal quality. The wedding dress I bought looks like it’s a $15,000 dress and it was less than $2,000! Go to Bella Sera for your dress and thank me later!

My sister and I went to find her a wedding dress because their website says they take walk ins mon-fri and we get there and they told us they only do appointment but could maybe squeeze her in to try on 4 dresses. But when we told her when the wedding was she told us it wasn’t a good idea to dress shop so early (I bought my dress 1.5 years in advance and had no issues). I guess she didn’t really want our business? So much for shopping local. We definitely won’t be going back.

I found my incredible dress at Bella Sera and I am so grateful for this store! They were incredibly kind and helpful to me. I tried on a variety of dresses and as I narrowed down my choices the lady helped me patiently and professionally. When I fell in love with a veil that was discontinued they worked to locate and ship me one. I received it from them two weeks later. Without their help I probably would not have been able to wear the veil I hoped for.I love the variety of dresses they have and the variety of sizes they offer. I would also suggest going to them for accessories for any event! Make sure to call ahead and check for an apt. time so they can give you the attention you desire when shopping.

My daughter was told by her sister to come to Bella Sara for measurement cause thats were here bridal party got it done for free. My daughter gets there and is told by a heavy set white lady that they charge $20.00. Funny thing is she said they have been charging $20. For a wk now and my daughters bridal party got measurement on this past Saturday for free. Discrimination at its finest. Thank God there not the only bridal shop in our valley.

The staff at Bella Sera Bridal is very professional and knowledgeable and the selection is great. Our experience was top notch and I would recommend them for youre next special occasion. I will be back!

Cindy was a life-saver! I had paid in full for my wedding dress and didnt hear back from my stylist for months. In a panic, I called Bella Sera because my designer noted them as a carrier of the dress line. Cindy sat with me on the phone while I fumbled to find my dress model and size. She helped calm my nerves and even though her store didnt have the dress in stock she helped me find a reliable replacement dress! She contacted other bridal shop owners until she found someone with the dress in stock. Because of her- I got a new dress in less than 1 week. I highly recommend Bella Sera for your big day.
