I went to buy a wedding dress, took 1 friend, and we had an awesome time. I was told to pick my favorite first, then go from there. I bought that first dress. It was beautiful. Awesome selection, too.Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience with this bridal shop and their dress consultants!I went in for a fitting, and came out with an absolutely stunning dress that was both within my price range and catered to my hearts desires! 💕The consultant was kind to me and my guest, she was respectful, and extremely courteous!Needless to say, my say-yes-to-the-dress experience was MADE!

Sandra was very helpful and accommodating!! I came in last minute and she was very diligent and patient and personable. Thank you !

Would not recommend this store!!! Lady had to come in on her day off and was moody and rude. Did not listen to what was wanted and asked for. This was not a fun experience at all. Left very disappointed and feeling discouraged. Not how a bride should feel!

We didnt realize you needed an appointment, but after a short wait someone was able to come down to the shop and help us at the last minute anyway! Thank you for making our experience and prom so amazing!

Nicole and Sandra were SO helpful. I paid a visit to find a dress for my sisters wedding. It was very difficult trying to find the one dress that would meet the insane criteria she wanted (my sister is a wedding photographer). Nicole was extremely professional, honest, sweet, and patient while I tried on dresses. After not finding the right one, I felt very defeated. But later that day Sandra guided me to the websites they stock from and I was able to find the perfect dress, which they then had shipped to the store in a week! God bless you guys, 5 out of 5 stars.

SO glad my mom and I decided to stop by Sweetheart Bridal to find my perfect wedding dress! The two women working there were honest and kind and asked all the right questions to help me make the decision. They have a great inventory and knew everything in the store well - after I told them what I was looking for they pulled five wonderful dresses in my budget off the rack. My perfect dress was the second dress I tried on! They even let me buy the dress off the rack at a discount to make sure it was in my budget - they never tried to oversell me and always kept my best interest in mind!Overall, they were great listeners with a good eye for what would be most flattering for my body type!! They have a good selection for all budgets and made the process fun and uplifting - exactly what we want our wedding planning to be!!*The only challenging thing is finding them - look for the wedding dress display by Liberty Cinema on Mission St and head downstairs in the office complex.

As a single dad of a daughter I try to make every daughter milestones special. Sweetheart Bridal helped make that happen by helping us find the perfect homecoming dress. They were very helpful and courteous and they found us a dress in their store that we had previously seen in New York at a very reasonable price. Owner and associate were very helpful. We were there for several hours and had planned to go to other shops but, never made it. Found the dress and was very happy with the experience.

Picked up my bridesmaid dress and it is 6 sizes too big!!! I dont know where they learned how to measure but really 6 sizes!!?? Now I have to pay to get it fixed and it is going to cost as much as the dress!!! I am not the only bridesmaid with this problem, a few others out of our group also have this problem. Beware buyers 1. They dont know how to measure 2. No refunds or exchanges!! 3. Save your money go elsewhere!!

A bit late with my review, but felt it should be out there. My wife bought her wedding dress from here which was mostly a good experience. But when I went to go rent my tux there were 2 issues. First, was that after having been measured there and trying it on I definitely felt pressured to accept that the pants were an OK fit when they would have to get an overnight shipped replacement size and it would cost them money. The second issue was that when I was in there to order my rental I also said Im not sure if I have shoes at home Id like to check when I get home. So we added it to the rental and when I got home and confirmed that I did have shoes, they said they couldnt modify the order but I had literally been in there less than 2 hours previous and its not like they had to ship the tux and shoes 3 weeks beforehand. That was an additional 35 dollars if I remember correctly and after spending over a 1000 dollars on a wedding dress and my suit it felt like very poor customer service.

Went to them as a walk in needing a suit for my son in a pinch and the staff went above and beyond to help. I would give ten stars if I could!

The dresses in stock were all very dirty and had snags or other damage. The saleswoman wanted to know an exact price range and acted as though we were not able to look at all the dresses if they were higher in price. This was our first stop and the associate made it difficult to decide on the style we were looking for because she was not willing to show us all her styles. Also, we were told the dresses in the lower price range were sold as is and not orderable, so if you didnt want to spend over $2,000 you would be buying the dirty rag on the hanger!
