Lived in the Wenatchee area my entire life and today was my first time in this store. Wish I had been coming in sooner. Customer service was absolutely amazing. My son needed shoes for his first year in cross country and they helped size and find the right shoe for him. Will absolutely be coming back for any future needs. The best customers service we have come across in a long, long time. Appreciate the staff who did not make us feel like a nuisance while finding shoes for my husband that had the right fit that he needed. They were knowledgeable in their product and the variation of fit and what to take into consideration. One of the best shopping experiences weve had ever.

Let me start by saying this si an athletic shoe store with great running shoe options. I have to say this place is phenomenal. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. They have a no pressure environment and want to make sure their shoes work for you. My wife was treated very well on the first floor while I was attended on the bottom floor. We both walked out of there with new shoes. I recommend this place for any avid runner and anyone who just need a good pair of walking shoe.

My favorite place to buy running shoes and awesome outdoor clothes! The customer service is always really good, almost dangerously good because I sometimes will end up with not one pair of shoes but two new pairs!! They appear to hire really great employees because they always ask very nice questions and they seem to really do the research about the shoe brands. Which I very much appreciate!

They really find the best and latest gear and clothing here. I have to avoid walking by because I am always so tempted by the window displays, and I end up spending $$$ every time I go in!! Would love to give 5 stars, but the prices are just a little too steep for the average person, even though the gear is great. I think if they had better or more frequent sales, I would easily give the 5 stars.Long story short, be careful going in because you most likely will find several things you can’t live without, and you will be short at least a couple hundred bucks for 1-2 items. However, I have loved and enjoyed all the things I have bought here!!!!

Great selection of products and friendly, caring staff! They take the time to fit you properly for your shoes and prices are the same as what youd be paying by ordering online so go support a local family-owned business! They also have a great inventory of hiking and outdoor recreation products like clothing, hats, water bottles, sunglasses and accessories.

Great local running and outdoor shop! They have a large inventory and you can test and feel what you are buying rather than taking a chance shopping online. Excellent clothing and shoe selection, and if they dont have your size, they will order it for you. Friendly staff, well kept store, all around a good shopping experience! I was looking for a supportive walking shoe. I tried them for the first time after not finding what I wanted at my other tried and true sources. I was impressed right away when I walked in. It reminded me of a mini REI. The sales staff was knowledgeable and very professional. The shoe they recommended for me was a perfect fit and I have been enjoying it. For the product they did not have they told me were I could find it. I will be back!

I picked up a set of Brooks trail running shoes a couple of weeks before the Wenatchee Marathon, probably got a good 20 runs out of them and one of the lace loops broke. They gave me a in-store credit with no questions asked! I ended up getting a nice set of Merrells at a similar price. The guy getting my shoes was very informative and helpful. Ill be buying shoes from here from now on.

So today, I went to buy a pair of Hoka shoes. As a retired US Marine I always ask for a military discount. They declined to offer any such discount. More over I felt they were indignant when I asked. They sell last years styles at 25% above this years prices, and they dont waste much customer service on anyone not well heeled.. Questions about returns have got me a sneer and a we dont do rentals. I want to like this place, and buy our outdoor stuff here, but the owners obviously think theyre better than me. Whatevs -- Amazon doesnt.

Some really fabulous shoes and performance clothing. I could spend hours and $$$ here. A bit spendy, but sales racks are usually well stocked with some treasures in each size.

I have shopped at Performance Footwear for a couple of years. I am a 55 yr old woman with problematic feet--severe bunions, plantar fasciitis, collapsing arches and a neuroma. I have found the staff at Performance Footwear to be knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They helped fit me with shoes that were comfortable and supportive in spite of my bunions. Six months ago, I had my first bunion surgery and afterwards the staff at this store helped me find shoes to wear on my now mismatched feet. They have been incredibly kind and non-judgmental, never making me feel ashamed or embarrassed. And when I needed dress shoes (which they dont carry) to attend a wedding, they sent me up the street to another shoe store. I am deeply grateful to them for their great shoes and their outstanding service!
