Good place to shop for clothes. The store Not to crowed and easy to navigate.

This JCPenney is the only place in Wenatchee that Ive reliably found a mens big and tall clothing section. Its really hard to find shirts that are long enough that I dont expose my stomach when I raise my arms. This store not only has t-shirts that fit the bill they have button-ups khaki shorts pants the whole nine yards. It looks like JCPenney offers suits in my size online as well but I have not ordered those yet. Overall very happy with the selection.

Exceptional customer service. Really went the extra mile to help my mother with dementia find everything she needed. Everybody was patient and kind from start to finish, which (sadly) is rare these days.

Big store with Sephora! Fine jewelers and big shoe dept...always a sale and clerks are happy to assist you when needed.

I was looking at the Disney collection and there were two ladys working at the time; a blonde young woman and a red haired woman. I had to call someone over to help me and only then was I acknowledged. Instead of coming over or saying that she needed a minute, the blonde woman asked me if I was looking at something and THEN decided to approach me. She was very dismissive and her body language showed that she was very uninterested in whatever questions I had or pieces I wanted. Very disappointing, will definitely be looking elsewhere for any jewelry needs...

Sephora shopping for granddaughter and myself. They have vegan products and I feel that it is so much safer and kinder to our face, eyes and lips. I think you use a lot less too

I couldnt find drapes the right size for our windows. A lot of empty pegs. Only employees to help were at cash registers.

Friendly, clean, well appointed movie theater. Comfortable seating and good food. VIP movies great! - OOPS! Thought I was reviewing the local movie theatre not JC Penny - obviously JC Penny does not have a movie theatre with comfortable seating! Good Grief - Ill pay better attention I promise - cant find what I said about the movie theatre - wonder if I said it had great selections of clothing with great on line and in person service!

They have a sign back in Kids Dept that tells you where to pick up and return items...I got in that line on two different days and both times I was told to go to the back of the line on the opposite side even though I was there to pick up! The first time I got in line but couldnt stay in line because I have arthritis in my lower back and it was too painful! The second time someone was already being helped with a return on the correct side of the counter but the cashier looked up and told me to go get in the other line...so I just left! I never have picked up my item...Ill just let it go! Its not worth it to be in pain!

I love Pennys in Wenatchee,WA. I do 99 percent of all clothing, jewelry, housewares, carpet and drapes, & bedding buying. Great clean store and capable clerks.

I like shopping at Pennys. I usually can find just what I wanted. Bought 3 of my mother of the brides dresses here and shoes. Husband likes their shirts, ties, belts and pjs. Helpful staff but they also just let you shop and browse.

Whats there Not to like. The clothes are good quality. Love when they have the good sales. Ordering online is easy. Returns and exchanges never a problem

Frequent sales. Sometimes public really leaves clothing displays disorganized. Nice staff. Has tried to improve store over the years, for better customer service. Their St. Johns Bay clothes are quality. My husband really likes to shop here.

Lots of good clotheslines. Good pricing. Watch clearance racks. They are great in kids section. Clean. Good service. Easy access and great location.

This is my friend Margarets favorite store. I have not been in Pennys for a couple of years and was impressed by the wide range of products, designers and manufacturing companies represented. Many products on sale with reasonable prices.

I really like JCPs large mens clothing department that stocks non-skinny jeans, dress pants, nicer shirts and shoes. Help is there when you need or want it, but staff is happy to let you roam and look around without stalking you. I am happy they continue to have a Wenatchee store.

Horrible place to shop... Rude rude rude

Frustrating to find clothing advertised online for a certain price and find, once in the store, that its really buy one, get one half off. Eg. $23.50 online... Get to the store... BOGO at $55.00. At least places like Famous Footwear are straight up about it.

Lots of options for clothes, and amazing customer service. Some of there clothes prices are ridiculously cheap, and on the flip side they can be 100$ for some small swimsuit. Theyre prices are all over the place, but theyre options make it one of the best clothing places in town

Accociate 0461 you must had a bad day, I felt like you did not wanted to help me out at checkout.. I think you should not do retail at all... my first time a bad experience at this store. After spending over $480 dollars I felt like next time I should just buy online. Even a person behind me told me she noticed you were been not nice at all..... bad! bad! bad! Get a different job...
