A lens popped out of my glasses while we were on vacation in Central Washington. I called Shopko Optical and asked if they could reinsert my lens. I was assured they certainly could and to just come by. When we arrived we were greeted by warm friendly smiles and provided immediate service. True to their word, the lens was reinserted quickly and I was able to continue enjoying my vacation with optimal vision. Thank you Shopko Optical!

Everyone was super friendly, professional and laid back. The doctor was super nice and explained things thoroughly. They made sure I knew about their policies and how insurance worked. I spent a bit more then I had hoped to but my Rx changed so I guess I should have expected it. Wish I had come to see them sooner.

Kristal was AMAZING! She helped me choose some cutyglasses, spending lots of time with me, but I never felt rushed, and it was closing time. Doc was amazing with easy to understand explanations with a sweet professional manner.

I cannot wear my new glasses for my computer work(my job). They work ok for up close and far away. I took them back and told them. The made some adjustments on the frames but they are next to useless to me because I told them I wanted them for working on computers (i guess you would call it mid vision). They were not cheap and I had to pay some out of pocket. Learned my lesson I guess. Next time I will do my research a little better.

Amazing and energetic ladies greet you instantly when you walk in. Excellent customer service, even while busy they are still able to attend to everyones needs. Great job Kristol on adjusting my glasses, they fit perfectly now.

I had my eye exam elsewhere due to insurance, but purchased my glasses through Shopko. They were so helpful! They helped me find some glasses for a great price and helped me to adjust them to fit properly when they arrived. They have been so helpful every time I have gone it to have them adjusted. They even hooked me up with some great deals on contacts too. Definitely recommend Shopko Optical!

Staff very attentive, polite and most importantly, there to help! Dr. Sidhu did a great job with my contacts, which is tricky because of an astigmatism. I am now at 20-20 for distance. Ive been going there for years and do not have any reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Shopko Optical in Wenatchee Washington. Broke my glasses, no one else was seeing patients. Was told by Walgreens this place was awesome and open. Drove up and they came right out saw the glasses. Took them in and fixed them while i waited in my car and there was no charge. Becke was wonderful. Shopko Optical Wenatchee Washington is great.

I didnt mind the fact that the place accidentally charged my insurance by mistake, even though I didnt have any coverage left for the year. I was more than happy to pay out of pocket and was actually planning to do so. I didnt mind that the glasses came back crooked. I didnt mind that I didnt ask for transition lens, but I got transition lens. But I did mind the tone that I was treated with when I went back to pick up a new pair of glasses after deciding that I didnt want the transition lenses after I tried them out for a few weeks. I was told multiple times that if I didnt like anything that within 90 days I could switch out my glasses.

Today I went in for my eye exam knowing my vision had worsened quite significantly in the last couple years. I brought my 9 month old son with me (knowing I was going to be one of those patients that everyone hates, cuz I brought my babe along) but that wasnt the case at all, everyone was so friendly and understanding, they even helped distract him while I was getting my exam (which they didnt have to do). They were extremely informative, and helpful. I am beyond thankful for the service I received today. Thank you!!

Worst service, wrong billing, no follow thru, an hour + wait time after appointment time, and no one is aware of what is going on.

Absolutely disgusted by how the optical department manager treated me while trying to make a payment over the phone that I was un aware of in the first place. Making rude comments like maybe you should of payed your bill on time or are you to broke... and then completely refusing to take my payment and saying I’m in violation of heppa law and she will report me. When all I’m trying to get is my prescription that I had already paid for.. all over a past due of $50 that I was clearly trying to pay. Absolutely disgusting

I will never go to this location again. They charged my 18 year old son with an extra service that we had said we DID not want when we went to make the appt. No only did they confuse my son but when I called to get a clearer idea of the situation they would not let me because I was not my son who was 18...they were difficult to work with and also no longer covers VSP our insurance. This was my sons first situation dealing with his vision needs and it was a clear example of how a place can take advantage of those who do no know that system. Please do not go to this place...they have also upped all there prices as well as dropped a lot of vision insurances. Make sure to check if you havent been there in awhile.

After Dealing with this place for the Last 6-8 years in done. Luck of communication... Im kind of stupid but not that stupid. Check into everything before u go there.
