My father was visiting from the East Coast and hurt his eye significantly while using a saw and accidently getting a piece of MDF in his eye. They were able to get him in the next day and give him the care he needed. They even followed up him and sent information over to his eye doctor back home. His eye doctor was very impressed with the care he received from Vision Source. Thank you again!

Very professional organization! Everything was clean and Dr and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent location also.I had gone there a few months back to get the small plastic nose bridge piece on my glasses fixed and they did it quickly and did not charge me for it even though I had not been a previous customer. That definitely made me want to go back, and I was due for an exam.

Vision Source optometrists and technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly making me feel at ease. And knowing that their final product will improve my vision and my way of life.

Tried to get in for an emergency situation and was hung up on by the receptionist. The receptionist was not professional at all, accused me of lying about the situation.I am appalled by this place I would not have a job long if I treated people like that. That receptionist needs a refresher course on her soft skills, and phone etiquette with patients! I am sure the dr is very busy, but just lost two potential patients, and gained a lot of negative reviews .

Vision Source Wenatchee was so great about fitting me in immediately when I had a chronic eye pain issue. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and prompt. Dr. Donaghey was very helpful, found the issue, and took care of it very carefully. Thank you.

My wife and I were at Vision Source yesterday. We saw the young female doctor. We were both very impressed with her and discussed the examination.We received the best, most complete explanation concerning our eyes and vision that we have ever heard. We paid a little extra to receive an evaluation that did not include dilation. It gave better data and made the entire experience the best eye appointment ever.Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant experience from the very beginning! Starting w/being screened in my car for COVID before entering the facility, to the pre-exams by the assistant, to the actual exam by Dr. Renard & ending w/Amanda helping select new frames for glasses & sunglasses! It’s been over 10+ years since I’ve had new sunglasses! Yahoo! And, all of the office staff are always very helpful & very welcoming!

They run an extremely well managed practice and my Rx is always spot on!I recently had my first visit here for an eye exam, they were great! Cool technology to image the entire back of my eye so I didnt have to have those terrible dilation drops, friendly doctor completed my entire exam using a computerized machine. The customer service was great, they were friendly, helpful, and got me back for my visit right on time, actually a few minutes early! Highly recommended!

I found the doctor visit fine, buy trying to buy glasses was frustrating so I went to some one willing to help me with my insurance and a 100 dollar savings in glasses. Its funny that my insurance says I have to come there but you dont bill Soundpath.

The staff at vision source was super friendly and easy to communicate with. I recently switched eye doctors and i am glad i did. The technology/machines were out to date at my old optometrists facility. I didnt realize how out to date it was until i visited Dr Donaghey a few months ago. I didnt feel rushed and i felt Dr Donaghey was very thorough. My old contact lenss seemed to cause my eyes to be a bit dryer than i prefer for comfort, and he was able to switch me into a new lens that i love! I highly recommend this professionally run business.

I know most people have a fantastic experience here. I know I did for the first year or 2. So, to try and keep myself and this review balanced, Im going to bounce from positive to negative to positive.3 years ago, I would have given this place 5 stars, easy.The staff are outstanding! The optometrists are very professional, the atmosphere is relaxed and they take advantage of some really solid, innovative technology that makes going to the Optometrist more enjoyable and comfortable.I have 4 problems with this place.First, the price/markup. If you go here, you had better have a great vision plan with an FSA/HSA/HRA/etc. to cover out of pocket expenses like Optomap (to avoid being dilated) and costs for lenses and frames that exceed what your insurance will pay. For comparison, I switched to Confluence Health Optometry and got my prescription through Costco, and I got a similar Titanium Frame and blue-blocker lenses for $117 without any insurance payments (my 2 years isnt up). Equivalent frames and lenses at Vision Source cost me in excess of $200 out-of-pocket after my insurance covered a large portion, making them around $430. The difference in quality between the lenses and frames I got there and the lenses and frames from Costco is minimal; the nose rest on the frames from Vision Source is noticibly better, but the frame from Costco is noticibly lighter.Second, the lenses. I had a peculiar issue with the Crizal blue-light-filtering lenses that they could not fix. They claim impeccable top-of-the-line quality when it comes to coatings (they charged me between $75 and $120 extra depending on which pair were talking about), so I bought into it and came to be extremely disappointed. The first pair of lenses I received were not the proper prescription; not a big deal. I went back, they gave me another exam (complementary, of course), and ordered me the proper prescription. The second pair was absolutely perfect, then after about a year and a half I made the mistake of going through the scratch warranty process. The third pair plus the many scratch-warranty replacements of both pairs were just awful; the coating on those later lens pairs reflected blue light back into my eyes, the opposite of what they are supposed to do. I know the techs there did everything in their power to make it right, but they could never fix the problem even after repeated lens replacements; Im just guessing that there must have been a problem with the lab that they used to create the lenses. My blue-light-filtering lenses from Costco are just like that perfect pair of lenses from years ago, so in that respect the Costco lenses are higher quality for almost 75% less cost.UPDATE: The optometrist my wife and I used to see here is currently working with me on the 3rd and 4th items. As I say below, they have very good customer service, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort they put into making things right.To end on a positive note, these people really care about what they do; even after all the bad experiences, I could never rate this place 1 star. They are passionate about optometry, eye wear, and providing a high level of customer service; this just ended up not being the right place for us. In any case, Im glad it can be the right place for many, many others.
