Out of all the places I have been for my 4 year old, Walmart vision center has been the nicest and fastest experience for us. Her regular eye center takes over 6 weeks to receive new glasses, Walmart at most took 6 days every time. we have bought five pairs of glasses over the course of a year from Walmart and everyone is really sweet to my four year old.

When I visited the eye doctor here last summer I thought she was one of the best I have been to. I would highly recommend her services.

I have used Walmart Vision previously for myself and had a great experience overall they have good customer service, Bjorn (I am unsure of his name spelling) is always great., the prices are affordable. I am giving two stars for the service or lack of I should say as the appointment was cancelled. I experienced today, I had my sons eye appointment scheduled for weeks now, I scheduled child care, work, pretty much my entire day around the appointment. Only to be told when I show up that it has to be rescheduled because the DR is sick. The gal sitting at the counter said she called and left voicemails for anyone that she could. I mentioned that I have not received any voicemails and decided not to reschedule with them. I double checked my call history/voicemails anything to see if this was a mistake on my behalf and did not have any voicemails from them. I have one missed all during the day from an unknown number, shows up as private on my phone. Although I know they can be a good vision center this situation has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere.
