Having purchased a half dozen after market car stereos (and installing a couple myself!), I’ve dealt with a lot of car audio stores. Performance Auto Sound in Wenatchee is at the top. The shop was clean, but Wally informed me that their service schedule was packed. After patiently helping me chose the best stereo for me, my need for an install before I began my 1 hour commuting drive was a snag.Wally, who is the manager and my sales associate, did not miss a beat. He discussed my abilities and experience and then found a solution. His team wired the harness and gave me the hardware to easily install the unit myself. He took the extra time to make sure every detail (and there are some!) was covered to make the install as quick and easy as possible. And he loosened the old deck from my dash console, and he left a note with those important details with my stereo unit and parts pickup. Wow. Now that’s service.The deck sounds great as Wally tipped me off to the settings on the deck that really improve sound for my SUV. The install was easy because I was so prepped by PAS. If you want quality service with reputable brands, I highly recommend Performance Auto Sound. I am enjoying their work for 10 hours a week. :-)

Hands down, the best service you’ll find in town. Wally and the rest of the crew were very helpful and detailed in any thought or option I had about my car. It was fixed and sounds amazing! I will most definitely be back for further upgrades

Big shoutout to Pedro from performance auto sound. He installed a kill switch on my Honda Civic and it looks and works perfectly. Great price, and the only business I was able to find locally that can install one. The staff there is very nice and the work they do is excellent. I will recommend them to anyone for their vehicle needs and I will be a returning customer for years to come. Once again thank you for the great service!

Wallie and his crew will not let you leave the building unless your happy with your new sound or speakers. Wally at Performance Auto Sound in Wenatchee is simply fantastic. I went in there a few times this week and he was super friendly and helpful every time, even though the first couple times I had gone in there I hadnt planned on buying anything. Regardless of me expressing interest in making a purchase, Wally was eager to help me solve my problem all while knowing I wasnt buying anything at the time and even gave me great advice. Eventually, I did need to purchase a head unit and when I did I couldnt think to go anywhere else after dealing with Wally. I was shocked at how thorough he was at explaining certain settings of the head unit and he even gave me advice on how to resolve a problem that he has gotten feedback about from others. Also, while in there I heard him assisting another customer in the purchase of subwoofers and offered to have them stop back by once they had been installed to make sure they were adjusted to the best settings. Hands down best customer service Ive seen in a while. Wally is truly an asset to Performance and they should do everything in their power to keep him at that store. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience!

Got great customer service, Wally was especially helpful when I needed specifics on an OEM replacement for speakers. He made sure I had the proper information to install what I bought correctly.

Wally and Mac took care of me. Had them install a new unit into that I brought in. It was installed right, set up properly and works as expected. When something didnt go as expected, they made it right. Wally was helpful and friendly. Ill definitely take any future vehicles I have back. Worth the investment to have it done by pros.

Fast, friendly knowledgableI can tell you from experience, that if it wasnt for customers... Things would be easy. They are a necessity, but sometimes a bane. This is just how it is. Have to love them all. You guys seem very good. Ive never had a problem. I do all of my own installs, but you take care of my interlock and you have always been professional and courteous. Nobody likes to deal with these things, nor be looked down upon or treated unfairly. Ive never felt that way. Ill give you that extra star!CudosShay

Whenever I need something for my car audio or other electronics I come here. Theyve got what you need and the prices arent bad. My last visit I just needed a dash kit but Im going to go back there when I need my speakers.

I spend $900 on a sound system and it turned out awsome! Only downside was that they said it would take 2 hours to install, but it took over 4, so be prepared to wait a little longer. Other than that great work

They understand customer service. Even if I am only asking how to fix my existing system, they are happy to help. No pressure sales, only assistance to get what you need/want.

I’ve had three of my cars done here, my 1991 Honda Accord with pioneer single din headed unit, speakers and mtx amp back in the day and my 2015 Kia Soul with full alpine setup. My most recent was my 19 Camry for full door sound deadening, the tech did a stellar job, the before and after was awesome!

Went in because of a word of mouth recommendation Performance was the best around. Just wanted a simple installation of a car stereo, usb, blue tooth, AM/FM, etc. to replace the factory model in my 2006 work style pick up truck. So I am looking at cost of approximately $120+ for the stereo unit and not interested in speakers. Got a quote of $500 including stereo plus a run around rate description of addtional items that needed to be added by Performance. The hard copy quote was very nimbulus relative to part costs and labor. Went to two other vendors and quoted approximately $250.00 for the same job. Got straight up descriptions and costs from these vendors. My bottom line impression of Performance and their quote was that of Buyer Be Aware of attempts to cheat you out of your money as in Rip Off.

They just finished the hardwire installation of my existing Passport radar detector and also a new Momento M5 dash cam in our new GMC pickup. This is the third vehicle Ive had them hardwire a radar detector for me. All installs were done in clean and workmanship like manner. Very pleased.
