Had a very pleasant shopping experience there today. Meag was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Showed me this Simply Amish bed and it was perfect. Great customer service and really nice furniture.

Had a wonderful experience here helping my mom get new furniture for her house. Megan walked us around the show room and found us everything we were after. From recliners to a side board and a new kitchen table. After we finished picking Kasey helped us apply for financing. No pressure from anyone ever. Great choices with a range of prices, and they stayed a half an hour after closing to let us finish shopping and signing. 6 stars. Great people.

*******RE-REVIEW***** I quickly received a phone call from Sarah at Davis Furniture who was very apologetic for the miscommunication with the previous salesperson. She referred me to her Sales Manager Kasey who was VERY helpful and sent me additional sleeper sectional options in our price range. We found exactly what we were looking for a very reasonable price! Im very glad Sarah/Davis Furniture reached out to gain our business again. Very happy with help/service we received from Davis Furniture/Sarah and Kasey. We will be back!Was looking for a sleeper sectional for our vacation rental we just purchased. Sales gal showed us a Lazy boy sectional that we liked however she needed to get back to us on the pricing as it was a new couch in the Lazy Boy line. After a couple days we were quoted $4800 base price for the couch before tax and delivery. When I explained that that was more that we were looking to spend the saleswoman asked what our price range was (told her between $2k and $2400) said she would look at other options for us in that price range and would email options. Its been a week and still nothing. I feel like they didnt want our business because we didnt want to spend a large amount of money on the sectional. Sad as I wanted to give them my business but it doesnt appear they dont want it - And we have a whole house to furnish

Our order was delayed because of COVID but my sales person kept me up to date and apologized repeatedly even though it wasnt their fault for delays. As soon as it arrived they made a point to get it to me as fast as they could and I appreciated the effort. This is why I do business with family owned businesses. I wasnt just a number. I will be back.

Oh my goodness I love this place! Sweetest associate helped me find the perfect couch... color, price, style. I was planning to shop 3 stores thinking that I would not be able to find the exact one that I would like but Megan had it all under control. They delivered the couch the next day. The delivery crew were prompt, courteous, and knew how to do the job. An uneven entry with a poorly installed screen door and not much wiggle room didnt impede them at all.Thank you Davis / Ashley Furniture I will be back and I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

I just had a wonderful experience with an energetic, knowledgable sales gal names Karly. We need a new couch but I wasnt sure exactly what color, etc. She came to my house (in the snow!), asked great questions to get a feel for my style, and knew what sort of practical questions to ask too. She helped me see the pros and cons of various colors, textures, and styles. I am super impressed!

Lots of great choices, I like how they added Ashley Furniture. Purchased a loveseat and have been very pleased with the quality. Staff is also a big help.

I had received a Black Friday offer on- line from Lazy Boy on a recliner that I wanted and I called Davis Furniture to see if they were having a recliner sale on Black Friday. They honored the offered price by Lazy Boy, even though their sale price was higher. And the sales woman who I spoke to followed up with my request with her sales manager and I truly appreciated their commitment to serving the customer. I bought the chair the day before Thanksgiving and am very thankful that I called Davis Furniture!

Extremely helpful and friendly employees. We worked with Linda and she was a gem! We were in there for three hours going back and forth on a couch, she didnt rush us at all. Looking forward to working with them again in the future to complete the rest of the house!

Happy helpful employees who go out of their way to understand what we are looking for. Trish helped us furnish our whole house. Every piece complimenting the other. She even found us pieces we hadnt considered, that pulled the rooms together perfectly!

Went in and purchased a living room set and had problems with the process the whole time. First I was told there was a promotion by an employee and then found out that promotion had not started but they still said they would honor it but then they call me and tell me I would have to choose a different financing option because they couldnt honor the one I was told of. The I want to add on end tables and was told they were added and I get an invoice and the tables were never added. Then I was told the furniture would be ready for pick up a certain say. I rented a truck and trailer and got almost all the way to wenatchee which is over an hour away and they tell me they wont be ready that day and there is nothing they can do for us. They didnt even offer to deliver on the house seeing as I was told it would be ready. Wont be doing business here again.

Davis helped me furnish my new home. They have a huge selection of furnishings in the store and can word about anything. Eliska, my designer, really helped me plan as I wanted a unique room orientation to capture a view. She provided sketches with various configurations to help me choose. I am pleased with the service and quality and uniqueness of the furnishings I got at Davis.

Carol Gray helped us furnish our old home and new home... she listened to us and gave us advice and was very knowledgeable. The delivery service is great for us as well. Well keep coming back!!!

Great place to start looking with the big sale Davis has going right now.

We bought an okay set of Broyhill coffee and end tables, for a pretty high price. Imagine my disgust when they showed up in a Wards catalog, same brand, for a LOT less. Ive been back and have bought more furniture but this experience soured us. Made me a better, more careful shopper, and now am a comparison shopper.

Beautiful furniture but pricey.

First was the in home consult. The designer measured our room wrong and forgot to include all the design elements in the room that make it tricky to furnish. Windows were in wrong places, half walls were ignored. A total mess.Next comes the ordering of our couch. We ordered in February and were promised a new couch in 6-8 weeks. Later we learn that this brand takes 8-10 weeks. It looks more like 12 weeks at this point.This is why people dont shop local - smaller selection and mediocre service.

They have a very high opinion of themselves and their furniture yet they have a very low opinion of their customers. We even overheard one associate tell another you deal with them. It was very clear we werent going to be happy. We left before we could be offended. I have seen this tactic before, belittle the customer enough so that they will spend money just to prove you wrong. We bought elsewhere. (See my other review)

I purchased a loveseat from Davis Furniture in 2016 that was made by Lazyboy for just under 2000 dollars. February of 2017 I noticed one of the arms looked a bit off and upon closer examination I realized that the arm had started to deflate. I went into Davis Furniture and asked about someone looking at it. The service man was out on a call so I got some paperwork on how to contact him. After getting in touch with him I decided to send a text with pictures of the loveseat since there was a fee for him coming out to see the furniture. The service man responded quickly saying he would start on the claim. A few days later Lazyboy declined the repair saying it was not under warranty. At that point I asked if Davis Furniture would honor their product and they said no. I have bought furniture from Davis for years but I wont be making another purchase from them ever.
