Stopped by to buy a living room set. Needed a new couch, love seat and recliner. Walked around for 10-15 minutes. There were about 4-5 customers in the store and about 20 sales people. Not one person asked if we needed help but they tell us to have a nice day when we left. We went elsewhere.

We bought a washer and dryer earlier this year, horrible experience from day one.1 We were told that both items where in stock, after waiting for at least 30 minutes we were informed that the one of the items was not in stock we went back to the store to get the floor model.2. The Salesman informed us that their product came with in store one-year warranty.3. When we got the washer and dryer set up the dyer was not drying. My first reaction was it was defective. So, I called Sav-Mart and describe what was going on. They told me it was covered under the warranty and they would send a service tech out. The issue is that when I called the Sav-Mart rep did not disclose any charger for the service tech to go out.4. We got billed for the service tech going out. When I first called, I was told that the charge was due to the repairs that the tech did. Nothing was fixed, I ended up using my home warranty insurance to get repairs done.5. When I called today, I was informed that the charge was because they sent out a tech. I understand the charge, it’s common for repair service to charge just to send someone out, but it’s also common to disclose the charge before they send someone out. The charge was never disclosed to me.

Didnt have the part we needed but they were prompt to order what we needed. I am hopeful it comes tomorrow. Update: Part was delivered as we hoped. Great Customer Service

Good customer service but had to go from one area to another and back to conduct business. Good variety of different products and we were able to find the piece of furniture we wanted at a reasonable price. Will recommend Sav-Mart to others.

Idk why I waste my time shopping at big box stores. Savmart always has what I need at affordable prices. Its awesome they do payments and will pick up your broken items when they deliver.

I sent my wife to go buy a washer to support small business in my town. The guy that helped us was nice nothing against him. It was another employee that decided to scream at my kids to stop running when I had already told them to stop. Really unprofessional! I won’t be going back any more due to her unprofessionalism. I work in sales and if the kids are doing something, you let the parent know in a nice way not scream at the kids!

Well, minimum 10 employees on the clock, one customer. Went in for asa item. Not one employee acknowledged my existence. Walk around the store twice, examining the items I was interested in. Found what I was looking for....$1800! Yikes, but oh well, its worth it. Go to the center counter where all employees were chatting with each other. I ask, ANYONE? They ALL look at me and then go back to chatting with each other. NO? OK, THANKS ANYWAY. Walked out with my $2000 and my reminder to never allow disrespect from a company that is in business for profit. Cant imagine what they would do if they actually were busy with customers. On to the competition I go!

I wish I would’ve gotten a cheaper dishwasher somewhere else. It broke 3 months after the one year warranty and the customer service rep gave me no other options.

Theyre a little picked over at this stage but we still found a nice plant to purchase.

Local business. They used to be a hardware store that ran a garden center every spring. Now theyre a furniture store that runs a gardens center every spring. They inspire loyalty from both customers and employees. Some of the garden center ladies have worked there for one, two decades or more but they also hire college kids. Have admire that in a business.

Huge selection of appliances and furniture, most reasonably priced. Their delivery/installation guys are top notch and always super professional. Sales people are knowledgeable and not super pushy. Only negative is that whoever sets the pricing on their TVs and home theater products must be stuck in 2007, you can get far better home entertainment products for way cheaper at other places.

Super helpful staff. I bought a dresser (chest) and a bedside table about 2-3 weeks ago. Weve been very happy with the quality. Since it was Labor day, I went back today to see if they were having a sale, and they said yes! They could refund the amount of tax I paid, so I got $45 back! Nice!

Good prices, helpful staff but they also just let you browse. Name brand appliances, reasonable prices, furniture, beds, mattresses. We have never been disappointed with our purchases.

We bought a great washer dryer set as recommended by the staff. They listened to my needs and doing my laundry is so much easier and energy efficient. Their service is outstanding!

We shop around but always buy at Sav-Mart. Never been dissatisfied. Great customer service. We get calls to make sure we are happy. Thinking about it, I have looked around and I see we sleep on their mattresses, cook on their stove, keep our food cold in their frig, clean our dishes and wash and dry our clothes with their products. Appliance dept. Is top notch. The rest of the store is just average. The garden area in the summer used to be great but now is just average always the same products they dont bring anything new in.

Customer service was ok, associate stopped to visit with someone else in the middle of helping us. We were looking for a sofa bed but the sofas were all too close together to be able to pull out. Price tags werent clear as to whether or not the mattress was included. With the prices they had listed it wouldnt surprise me if they were not. If they were it would be a great deal. The sales person missed his window.

Craig in sales was great! That is where the service ended unfortunately. We are 4 weeks and still waiting for a dishwasher. Range was damaged and had to be reordered, fridge was damaged and had to be replaced. Delivery was late every time so we had to hang around and wait since they don’t just call when the are on their way. The original paperwork was handled by very unfriendly ladies at the back, I’m sorry you have to work their, but I didn’t do anything to deserve the attitude. Overall I will not be recommending them, so much of the great salesmen was drowned out by the rest.

This is the worst retail store in the entire Wenatchee area. the customer service is horrible and everything they sell is way too expensive. Id never recommend any purchases here. Take your money somewhere where store employees actually care if you conduct business here. This place obviously does not.

We bought a nice sectional couch at the end of June. We were told some of the pieces were back ordered so it would take a few weeks longer to get it. The beginning of August rolled around and we hadnt heard anything. We gave them a call to find out what was going on and it turns out the furniture company discontinued the fabric we ordered the couch in. We ended up with a similar fabric and color. Due to the fabric change it ended up taking another couple weeks to get the couch. Sav-Mart did end up knocking off a couple hundred dollars off the price for the inconvenience. We will definitely be returning customers next time we need furniture or appliances.

The Electronic repair dept. Is a joke. I brought in an expensive Yamaha receiver and they assured me they knew what they were doing and could work on them.. Well this guy has no clue. It was half way working when I brought it in and not working at all when I picked it up. He said it was because the EPROM. With 5 minutes of googling I figured out how to reset the machine and atleast had it in its original state. I sent it to Yamaha and they had it fixed up in no time. Seems save mart just wanted my $50.00 and knew they had no clue how to work on this newer equipment. Will never bring electronics into this store again. If you cant and arent certified to work on them dont steal peoples hard earned money rip off- mart...

Nice place to go for a great bed

My husband and I have purchased appliances and furniture from Sav Mart for more than 20 years. My mother and grandmother shopped here. I believe in buying local. But I will NEVER shop here again. We purchased a wall oven over a month ago and still have not received it. They have never checked in with us to update the time we could expect the oven. When we called them to say it was overdue, the lady who answered the phone said we dont have it yet, thats just the way it is. No apology, no reason given After several days-with no contact from them- we called again and they say it will be here next week. Again, no apology or reason given. It is difficult to live without an oven- no Christmas cookies this year- but the real issue is the lack of service. I will buy from the box stores from now on.

I went in there today to look at a painting my sister wanted for Christmas. As I walked through the front door i notice around 6-10 employees just hanging out around there desk, not one acknowledge me or even ask if I needed helped as I pass right in front of them.I knew where the painting was so I went straight for it and waited to see if someone was going to offer any help. As I stood in front of the paint a few employees walked right pass me and again didnt offer any assistance.I then decide to walk from the location of the painting to the other side of the store and still nothing.Not once did I get any assistance or even a greetings.I will never go back in to that store and Ill just buy that painting online now.11/12/2018update, went in again to give your store another try. Walked out with the same results Twice. Tracy at Walkers Furniture earn my business.

We have got all our appliances for our home and our rental home at Sav-Mart, and have been happy with them every time! We’re getting ready to remodel and will be getting our new black stainless appliances from here too!
