Even though I could not go in the store due to C-19, the phone in and pick up experiences were outstanding. The sales associate, Carrie or Cassie, was super knowledgeable, very courteous and seemed to value my business. She had great phone and communication skills and was very prompt. Really an unexpectedly excellent experience given that customers are not allowed inside the store at this time. I was all set to be disappointed, so my expectations were vastly exceeded.
