I was very happy with Hacienda Collision. The staff explained the process and made sure all the insurance and parts were in order before I dropped my car for repairs. I was advised it would take 3 or more weeks for the repairs to be completed. I was very happy and surprised when they called that my vehicle was ready 1 week later. My vehicle looks just like new. So happy with the overall experience.

This is my 3rd vehicle I’ve taken in, that’s how much I rely on this shop, I was told it was gonna take 3 weeks and they did finished in 1, very awesome work, front desk lady is always nice and attentive, really love this place.

Everything was good really good communication only problem they misplaced my check and the front assistant made us feel like liars buy telling my husband we had not given them the check because they always file there checks good thing they found it . The front end assistant needs to be a bit more Professional. Other than that everything went smoothly car was fixed.

Everyone is super nice and attentive. Paint job was excellent and fast.

As far as the work we got done, it was great!! But the delays, the short answers, and the customer service was bad! They quoted us a date and went over by 2 months!

Extremely satisfied. Ive been here a couple of times and they always have my vehicle ready in 1 week. This last time took longer but because one part had to be special ordered, which I knew was going to happen. All in all, this place is awesome and a million times better than PDM. Customer service is amazing, friendly staff. My car looks great, runs great and there were no marker scratches. Ill never go to another repair shop ♡

To be honest I was terrified after reading the reviews. First thing I asked was, will my parts be replaced with used parts? Was advised that it was not their choice. It was determined by the type of insurance and the coverage. Thankfully the gentleman that had hit me had Sate Farm and not one of the cheap insurances that are widely used here in the Valley. I was even able to upgrade to an even better bumper. I did pay the difference from what would have been covered. I am a extreme happy camper. Job was done quick and professionally. So for those complaining about the after market parts, check your insurance policy or pay the difference for a upgrade as I did. Thank you Jaime and Beatrice, I appreciate all of your help.

Yes Hacienda Collision Center gets our good recommendation! We have been here before and we were happy then as we are now. Hacienda told us the timeline from insurance review to their repair - done as they quoted. They are very professional and courteous. They even fixed a little problem with the truck carpet without charge! So from fixing my dads old beat up truck to my husbands newer truck, both times Jaime and staff treated our vehicles just the same-efficiently and perfectly!

This people are not professionals!!!!! Don’t take your vehicle it will get ruined!!!! The manager doesn’t know how to run this place he always makes excuses and lies. They left paint runs on my truck and what gets me really upset Manager tries to hide the runs by adding water to the truck seriously and that’s because he had my truck for a whole month. Dont recommend this shop at all!!!!!!!

This place rips you on your vehicle had 2 situations were state farm wants new material and collision care replaces it with junk from a junk yard. If you dont inspect thats what your going to get. Its better to inspect it before they release it to you and demand what you want and contact your insurance company and let them know what they are doing is robbing you and the insurance company.

Terrible, took my car in too get fixed and got my carpets stolen.

I don’t recommend this place, they had my truck for more than 2 months because they were always telling me that they were waiting for parts and the parts that they used were the same broken parts that my truck had. I talk with State Farm and they just asked me to please wait and I did it because I couldn’t move my truck to another apartment place because they won’t cover so I wait one more week so they can change the broken parts and fix the mismatch pain and the paint run that the door had and guess what he didn’t fix the pain run in the door, I picked up the truck because I already pay 1,814 in rental and I didn’t want to spend more money and time with this people that the only thing that they do is lie not only to me but the insurance.

Did a great job so polite to me and the receptionists went out of her way to answer my questions.

Very disappointed, told part had to be ordered and waited two weeks and left car there as was told should not drive as wheel bearing was bad. Was calledyt to pick after two weeks and told car fixed as i drove off the horrible grinding noise was still present and i turned around and went right back. Was told mechanic said only rotor needed changing(not so) called owner and they placed bearing and that fixed problem. Left car with full tank of gas and had less than half when picked up and driver and passenger seats were filthy. New car 2016 honda civic ex. less than 9,000. Miles( daughters college car). Write with heavy heart as my sister and brother in law own establishment. Had fixed after car accident and side panel still loose. Fixing elsewhere.

They are the worst body shop ever, we took our Lexus to fix and now look like an old car, from over spray to paint drips to body parts not fitted right, bot recommended at all

Good service at first, but now that one of the steps broke they werent too helpful,my hummer back tire still wobble s, they replaced both of the steps now 3 weeks later one of them broke again cause they put cheap parts.

Customer service not so good not very helpful on pricing.
