The purchase of our vehicle was so easy! Everything was done over the phone and only took 15 minutes to sign paperwork for the delivery of our suv! I’ve been back and fourth for weeks with other dealerships and never got absolutely anything done. Johnny and Finance was the most easiest people to work with! I will always go back and refer clients to them!

Flores, regarding the 2018 Jeep Compass not Concord!When Mr. J. Lucio dropped off vehicle, I was not sure if my mother was to receive more paperwork. My brother, whom is in the military believes she was robbed cause there is no way she be paying $600 for vehicle and $210 for insurance. Knowing that chances her credit is being worked on and interest must be high. I have not seen complete documents.Please be advised we do need it to review and chances are we might have to change vehicle to something she can afford and what was vehicle worked on that needed mechanic before being delivered.Thank youMaria Johnson &Juan H. Flores Jr.P.S. stil have not received any kind of paperwork or proof of interest rate in mail.

Went by to look at vehicles and told them what I was looking for, kept getting shown vehicles that I was not interested in. Found a vehicle that I was interested in and sat down to start negotiations as is usually done when purchasing a vehicle, numbers werent to my liking and instead of trying to negotiate with me they just took me outside to look at another vehicle that I disliked immensely. Asked a few questions and never got a straight answer, ended up leaving super disappointed. Ended up going to another dealership the following Monday and am now the proud owner of the exact vehicle (a brand new 2020 JEEP Compass) I was looking for in the first place.

They promised to get me into a car without needing a cosigner and a reasonable monthly payment. So I took off from work early and headed straight over there. Test drove the car I wanted and even signed papers. They left the keys on the desk while I waited. When the salesman came back he hit me with an unreasonable monthly payment and asked for a cosigner. I couldnt believe it!!! He lured me in there banking on me scrambling for a cosigner to make the sale. I was so embarrassed!!!

Took cash without permission. Had to go talk with a director before they refunded me. They got mad because I didnt go through with deal. Never will I shop Payne again!
