I am a plumbing contractor and have been waiting for 4 months now along with all the other contractors for final payment. Dave had a list of excuses in the beginning and now isnt answering any calls from contractors he owes money to or the customer that paid him in full and is now in jeopardy of have liens put on his house. Do not hire him, hes a crook.

Email sent to the owner...Clearly the my business was not of importance to you. Thank you for wasting my time. If you weren’t interested in my project, it would have been a professional courtesy to let me know. It may not have been an important project to you, but it is to me. Not only are you losing out on my business, but you are losing out on my boyfriend’s bathroom remodel as well as a friend’s kitchen remodel. I asked if I could get the quote sooner than 2.5 weeks, you said no problem. I followed up 1.5 weeks later with an email… no response. I called 4 days later and you said I would have it the next day…that was a week ago. It has now been 3 weeks without a quote. If you couldn’t follow through with a quote, why in the world would I even consider you to complete a project? If I don’t complete a project at work, I would be fired. You, sir, are fired before you even could start.
